karma and reincarnation

Karma, Past Lives, Reincarnation, Soul, Astral Body, Death

Past life regression goes hand in hand with theories of reincarnation. This is a concept that has evoked a variety of reactions in the western world, from ridicule to condemnation — essentially fear-based reactions to something unfamiliar and misunderstood. Interestingly enough, although publicly people may joke about prior lifetimes, millions of people have read books on the subject of reincarnation.

Reincarnation suggests this is not our first life on Earth and it’s most likely not our last. The Hindu perspective suggests we have been around for millions of lifetimes and that there may be millions ahead. In that sense, we are all “old souls.”

The Bhagavad Gita, the ancient text of India suggests that the soul leaves when the body dies. The type of body and psychological disposition — likes, dislikes, phobias, etc., one receives upon rebirth is dependent on the karma within that one life combined with the actions from previous lives. By some inconceivable system, all of one’s positive and negative deeds are recorded. This means, no one gets away with anything. Moreover, all positive and negative actions create within the individual a psychological disposition to continue performing that action. For example, if one starts stealing or gets in the habit of lying and doesn’t try to change these tendencies, then in the next life, one will pick up where they left off. The same goes for positive actions.

When the body reaches its demise, the mind and soul get transferred into, hopefully, another human womb. Even while in the womb, the mind remains active and is recalling events from the previous life.

Souls can decide to stay on “the other side” rather than come back for another lifetime after discarding its body, especially if they’ve worked through all of their karma during previous lifetimes which is very uncommon. Or they may decide to learn their lessons in other ways or help others on earth from the other side. But apparently, most souls are eager to return to earth to play the roles they were born to star in.

Karma literally means “deed or act,” but more broadly describes the principle of cause and effect. Simply stated, karma is the law of action and reaction which governs consciousness. In physics-the study of energy and matter-Sir Isaac Newton postulated that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Push against a wall. Its material is molecularly pushing back with a force exactly equal to yours. In metaphysics, karma is the law that states that every mental, emotional and physical act, no matter how insignificant, is projected out into the psychic mind substance and eventually returns to the individual with equal impact.

The akashic memory in our higher chakras faithfully records the soul’s impressions during its series of earthly lives, and in the astral/mental worlds in-between earth existences.

Many people believe in the principle of karma, but don’t apply its laws to their daily life or even to life’s peak experiences. There is a tendency to cry during times of personal crisis, “Why has God done this to me?” or “What did I do to deserve this?” While God is the creator and sustainer of the cosmic law of karma, He does not dispense individual karma. He does not produce cancer in one person’s body and develop Olympic athletic prowess in another’s. We create our own experiences. It is really an exercising of our soul’s powers of creation. Karma, then, is our best spiritual teacher. We spiritually learn and grow as our actions return to us to be resolved and dissolved. In this highest sense, there is no good and bad karma; there is self-created experience that presents opportunities for spiritual advancement. If we can’t draw lessons from the karma, then we resist and/or resent it, lashing out with mental, emotional or physical force. The original substance of that karmic event is spent and no longer exists, but the current reaction creates a new condition of harsh karma.

Responsibility resolving karma is among the most important reasons that a Guru is necessary in a sincere seeker’s life. The Guru helps the devotee to hold his mind in focus, to become pointedly conscious of thought, word and deed. Without the guidance and grace of the Guru, the devotee’s mind will be splintered between instinctive and intellectual forces, making it very difficult to resolve karma. Only when karma is wisely harnessed can the mind become still enough to experience its own superconscious depths.

Each soul has absolute free will Its only boundary is karma. Gods do not dictate the experiential events of our lives, nor do they test us. And there is no cosmic force that molds our life.

In our conscious mind we think and feel ourselves to be a physical body with some intangible spirit within it. Yet, right now our real identity is the soul that is sensing through its multiple bodies physical, emotional and mental experience. Recognizing this as reality, we powerfully know that life doesn’t end with the death of the biological body. The soul continues to occupy the astral body, a subtle, luminous duplicate of the physical body. This subtle body is made of higher-energy astral matter and dwells in a dimension called the astral plane. At death, the soul slowly becomes totally aware in its astral/mental bodies and it predominantly lives through those bodies in the astral dimension.

The soul functions with complete continuity in its astral/mental bodies. It is with these sensitive vehicles that we experience dream or “astral” worlds during sleep every night. The astral world is equally as solid and beautiful, as varied and comprehensive as the earth dimension-if not much more so.

Because certain seed karmas can only be resolved in earth consciousness and because the soul’s initial realisations of Absolute Reality are only achieved in a physical body, our soul joyously enters another biological body. At the right time, it is reborn into a flesh body that will best fulfil its karmic pattern. During our thousands of earth lives, a remarkable variety of life patterns are experienced.  Therefore, the Hindu knows that the belief in a single life on earth, followed by eternal joy or pain is utterly wrong and causes great anxiety, confusion and fear. Hindus know that all souls reincarnate, take one body and then another, evolving through experience over long periods of time.

Doing These Things Invites Ghosts, Spirits, Negative Energy

If You Do These Things, You Are Inviting Ghosts Into Your Home

Do you believe in ghosts? Do you believe there lay a world beneath ours which is full of negative energy? Whether you believe it or not, we all live around these negative energies which always look for draining out our positive energy by entering into our world. Be it accomplishing their some unfulfilled task or taking revenge from someone, these demonic spirits are always in the opportunity to enter our world.

we do many things that attract these demonic powers to our world. Unfortunately, they are attracted to certain places and people for certain reasons. Know what things bring them into your house.

  • Obsession with death : Death is something we all never want to think about. It’s saddening, it’s terrifying but more than anything, it attracts negative energy. A person who is obsessed with death, attract negative energy and demons. Traipsing around a cemetery, performing a séance, visiting haunted places or researching death and murder scenes also attracts demons into your house.
  • Depression/Anxiety : If you have been under depression, you know how miserable it makes your life. You lose motivation, you lose happiness and you develop a weak aura about yourself.  When you go through such a phase, you attract more negativity around your including the demons. So next time you feel depressed about yourself, remember you are inviting ghosts.
  • Drug Abuse : Drug use doesn’t only ruin your life and health but it has way more impact on you. A person who uses drugs on a regular basis opens himself up to demonic attachment. Drugs deplete your physical, mental, and spiritual energy, leaving you weak enough to allow lower level entities to feed on your energy.
  • Performing black magic : Diving your head into the world of black magic is one of the sure shot portals to invite demonic spirits into our world. It is a definite way to connect to them and come through their negative energy. And once they enter the world, they create destruction into people’s life and everything around them.
  • Dabbling in the Occult : You might do it for fun but playing an Ouija board may call demons into your world. Also, simply dabbling in the occult without protecting oneself or knowing what one is doing will attract a demon, for example, playing with an Ouija board, tarot cards or pendulums. Remember, your fun game can lead you to great trouble.

Apart from these reasons, demons are attracted to various places for certain reasons.

  • Murder/Suicide : You might have seen in various horror movies that the reason behind the house being haunted is the death of a person. Any form of violent death that has occurred in a particular place will generate enough negative energy to possibly attract negative energy beings. Sometimes the person died in the house, may take a control over the house.
  • Multiple deaths : Negative entities feed on negative energy and the place which has seen a number of deaths has the great amount of negative energy. Ghosts exist around us and even they can kill humans, Death of Gaurav Tiwari proves that, Such a place would definitely call demonic powers into our world and can even become home for them. This is apparently the reason old houses and monuments are haunted.
  • Black magic : Any place that has been used in black magic rituals of any kind is an open door for negative beings to come through and potentially linger. If a group of people participated in these rituals, it is even more of a magnet for demonic powers. In the sweet shop in Ajmer (Rajasthan), ghosts come in the night to make sweets and it is true. Performing such rituals is a great way for them to enter our world and drain out our energies.
  • Recurrent negativity : As said earlier, negative energy attract demonic entities from the lower level. The place where people with negative energy live can attract ghosts and spirits. If the negativity is strong enough and lasts long enough, can generate enough energy to draw the attention of negative entities.

Lower astral plane spirits, entities, non-physical beings

Majority of the people are not aware of the presence of subtle energies and beings that can actively interfere with their energy and emotions and also the atmosphere of the places.

There are astral energies at play in the manifest world that are almost invisible to the eye of the modern person. What hides from us is the role the lower astral spirit world has upon human activity, and personal development. Despite the desire of most humans to live a good and comfortable life there exist various forces in our world that thrive on destruction and the abuse or sacrifice innocent life force. It is only when we are impacted by the spirit world either directly through our own perception, or through actions that are visited upon us with a sinister agenda, that we may give attention to shamanic reality. These energies and beings are actually rampant at the present time as clearing processes have become largely. Growing materialism and fast-paced, complicated lives have shut down many people’s non-physical perceptions and this has led to society losing its knowledge of entities etc.  There has been a decline in the clearing of entities to almost a complete stop, leading to a growing number, all looking for a person to latch onto. Even many of the priests of Western religions have lost their vision and know-how of clearing.

Modern Western people live in a world where they are insulated from many of the spirit world forces this subject requires us to have experience and knowledge about: the true nature of suffering in the manifest world around us. The Shaman and the non-modern person accepts and understand how the spirit world works. The modern dismisses the spirit world as an archaic superstition of uneducated people, best consigned to the past along with the theory of the flat earth, and creationism. And in that arrogance lies our vulnerability to the lower astral destructive energies running in our lives. When we don’t acknowledge any important part of reality we will find ourselves out of balance, and unable to construct an authentic sense of the real world. This struggle is tied into the way psychological denial works to keep us sane in a chaotic world. To best open ourselves up to the natural world of lower spirit interactions we usually have to step outside of our modern culture and society.

Mainly these entities come from people’s energy bodies when they die, as the energy body breaks up without the physical and energy body to hold it together. Conflicting parts of the energy body can no longer hold together and as its vibration rises it shatters mainly into astral dust which is reabsorbed into the astral planes.

The astral fragments need life-force to hold them together or they will eventually break up into astral dust and be reabsorbed. The only place they can get enough energy to survive is from a person or animal but they certainly seem to prefer a human host.

When they find someone suitable often with similar emotional characteristics to itself, the entity will try to get into the person’s energy and live there. This will drain life-force from the person.

Very large fragments with enough etheric energy may survive without a host and these may live in houses or public places. These large entities are usually referred to as ghosts. They may attach to a person with a cord of astral/etheric energy while remaining in these places and then affect the person similarly to a smaller fragment inside their energy.

Other entities that can parasitise people include nature spirits, elementals and others which are not so easily categorised.

Entities are actually quite a problem at present with most humans being the home for one or more. With our senses being so dull due to such crystallised astral and weak energy bodies we can only feel the effects of the entity. Often these effects will be lack of energy, depression, anxiety and all types of other negative emotions. We assume that these emotions are our own and therefore have no idea that an entity is causing such problems. Actually the entity isn’t the sole cause of the problems. To attract an entity you must first resonate with it to some degree. So you had some feelings of loneliness or whatever and so did the entity. This is what attracted it and so your initial negative emotions are amplified by the entity and it also drains your etheric energy making it harder to stay on top of such negative emotions.

An entity can only get into your energy if there is a weak spot or hole in your aura. Most people have some weak spots which become worse when under pressure or emotional stress. It is due to ego structure and astral crystallisation that weak spots occur. In fact the very nature of astral substance attracts entities. When it comes to astral substance, like attracts like so you have a situation where different types of astral substance pool together and keep on attracting more. This is how the negative astral planes have been created, basically all the negative energies have come together to create negative dimensions of astral substance, usually of a very low and chaotic vibration. Intoxication by alcohol or other drugs is a common way to resonate with these negative astral planes and attract entities into your energy. In pubs and clubs you will find a strong connection to such planes and an abundance of entities looking for a potential host.

At death, if you are experiencing extreme emotions such as anger and hate you will be taken straight to these negative astral planes as soon as you leave the body. This is because your astral body will be resonating with the negative planes and because like attracts like in the astral world you will suddenly find yourself in these realms. Once there you will likely see all kinds of hallucinations such as monsters and the like until your astral body begins to shatter (this is often referred to as ‘the Bardos’ in Buddhism). At this point your light body will be released and you will continue up into higher dimensions but the part of your astral body that was attracted to the negative realms will likely break off as an entity. If the emotions felt at death were very common and very much a part of your personality while incarnated then the entity will be larger. Once separate the entity will first try for a host with someone or somewhere familiar such as your home or your friends and family. If it can’t host on these people it will probably go for the nearest pub.

How does the modern person work with the lower astral, in this declining age of the Shaman? What can we do to protect ourselves, and our people and communities? We must awaken to the realities of how the lower astral influence us: emotionally, mentally, and physically. The lower astral charges our hidden agendas of anger, fear, and selfishness in our relationships, and in our self identity. It strives to create an enemy, a person that is different, or dangerous to me – and then justifies destroying that enemy (or driving it out), to serve narcissistic ends. It desires to spill virtual blood (as in emotional pain) or actual blood (as in acts of physical violence). As long as our conscious awareness can be manipulated in this way we will witness the sacrifice of the innocent, the suffering of the innocent, and the dark gaining of selfish power behind the scenes.

With the practices available in healing you will be able to find and explore entities and even begin clearing them. It is amazing what a difference it can make when a core entity is cleared. Emotional issues that have plagued people for years are sometimes cured almost immediately. The person must continue the work of clearing their own energy as well but the difference can be very tangible when an entity is thoroughly explored and cleared.

If you clear your own energy body while still alive you will not leave any entities behind for others to clean up. Through spiritual work your astral body is cleared of Samskaras and merges with the light body. This merger transforms the energy body into a lighter and more malleable substance that does not shatter into pieces at death.

If we can evolve the lower astral into higher forms of spiritual energy, we can all grow together, human being and spirit being. Modern people are not going to embrace blood sacrifices in order to appease the lower astral beings, that much is certain. But suffering caused by the lower astral can be reduced by raising our own consciousness, and the consciousness of our people and our community, so that wisdom comes to rule our lives, not our primal vulnerabilities. Once we are aware of the way the lower astral affects us, and others, we can move towards important changes in our relationships. The lower astral’s strength is in how it hides itself from view. Take away the camouflage of denial, and our lack of knowledge, and everything can be changed.
