What is a Ghost? Are Ghosts Real?

Answers to the age-old question, “What is a ghost?”

Are ghosts real? People have been asking themselves this question for thousands of years. But despite widespread sightings and stories dating back over millennia, we still have no definitive proof that spirits actually exist.

Believers say the skeptics are blind to the evidence that’s right in front of them. Skeptics say any paranormal evidence likely has a rational explanation, and those who chase ghosts are fooling themselves.

Who is right, who is wrong, and where is the proof?

What are ghosts?

Today we are going to touch upon a question which might seem a bit scary to many of you. Still this is a question that is often asked by people. Do ghosts really exist? Different people have different opinions about the same. Some people claim that they have seen a ghost. Some are skeptical and they believe that when we die everything is over.

However, the concept of ghosts has been found in all the cultures across the world. There are remedies mentioned in all cultures about how to get rid of ghosts. Yet what is the truth behind this claims and whether there has been even a systematic scientific study of the phenomenon? Let us find out more about this interesting query.

Do ghosts really exist is a question that becomes more confusing as you try to answer it. The common belief is that when a man or woman dies an untimely death or when the person dying is killed by a violent episode the soul does not get rest. They keep looking for a medium to contact the living world. All they want is that their souls are set free. When there is an encounter with the dead, a priest or a healer is called for. These people help to get rid of the soul. They can communicate with the dead and exactly understand what is required in order to set the souls free. Actually the word “getting rid of the soul” in the preceding sentence may not be true as soul cannot be destroyed but yes the people curing ghosts can actually help the soul to break connections with the material world.

Of course, it is well known that many believe ghosts to be the disembodied spirits of humans and animals that once walked the face of this Earth, while others believe ghosts to be some sort of unintelligible energy imprint that has remained imprisoned upon our environment. Some believe ghosts to be demons while others do not believe in ghosts at all. One day, scientists may be able to prove just what ghosts are; but today, we only have the experiences and experiments from which to draw some conclusions.

It is said that ghosts can easily contact a dog or a child. When your child tells you something that is strange don’t ignore it. There are some ghosts who don’t harm anyone and on the other hand there are ghosts who are evil and they want to damage others in some way or the other. Some of us are sensitive this is exactly why ghosts approach us. Some of us are strong willed so ghosts cannot contact us easily

When a person is lonely and weak the possibility to encounter ghosts is higher. There are many video and audio recordings that have proved the existence of ghosts. These are strong proofs to support the claim that ghosts do exist. In the olden days several times people have encountered ghosts. It is said that some of them are very territorial. They don’t like it when people enter their houses. This is exactly why they try to ensure that the new occupants of the house are scared and they leave. Some ghosts are friendly and they don’t harm anyone.

Many people have seen ghosts over time, yet science today has yet to answer the question, “What are ghosts?” So, what exactly are ghosts? Could some ghosts possibly be the power of the human mind projecting forth apparitions of loved ones? Are ghosts, people trapped in our earthly world, wandering spirits who are struggling in a temporary hell, being unable to move beyond the past? Or, are ghosts simply rare glimpses of the past that replay within the physical environment, being seen only sparingly?

Soul never dies they live on and they will keep visiting you. The ghost can be of a family member or of a stranger. When you experience something supernatural don’t ignore it. Try to face it. This may save you from a lot of trouble. When a ghost tries to contact you be brave and try to understand what exactly the ghost wants you to do. You can contact an expert. The contact of spiritual healers is many online. These people can help you to handle the situation better. We will advise that you seek help as you may not be capable of handling the situation. You will never know how powerful the ghost is and what its intentions are. When you see your child communicating with thin air or when you see your dog barking furiously then don’t consider these as nothing. Actually the logic behind this is that the mind of a child is very calm, pure and intuitive relatively speaking to a normal adult so has much more sensitivity, and even it is believed that dogs have sixth sense.

The reason we struggle with identifying the exact nature of ghosts is due to a lack of conclusive evidence. No one has yet been able to capture scientific, definitive proof that ghosts do indeed exist, or put forth a provable explanation as to why ghosts exist. Until this occurs, ghosts will remain the stuff of legend and lore.

What are Ghosts? There is Strong Evidence to Consider.
The evidence for ghosts is indeed overwhelming. When one takes a step back and decides to look throughout history for accounts of ghosts, it is easy to see that many have witnessed them. And, some of the stories of ghosts come from multiple witnesses who saw the same thing at the same time – together. Could two minds be fooled into seeing the same thing at the same exact time? Not likely, it would seem, though some skeptics would argue it was possibly the power of suggestion at work. But what about the sightings of the same ghost seen at different times but in the same place by different people? And ghosts and haunting are found throughout the world. Stories of ghosts abound, which suggests that it is likely impossible that everyone who has ever had an experience with ghosts has been duped by their own mind and senses.

Interestingly, ghosts are no respecter of persons, for ghosts have been witnessed who are both famous and unknown. Celebrities of old and the modern-era have been reported haunting former haunts, with some being quite interactive with witnesses. Even odder are the sightings of inanimate ghost objects, such as planes, cars and buildings by several witnesses. Are these ghosts, too? What about the repeated sounds of ghost voices, gunfire, cannons, trains and other noises from the past that are heard in haunted locations by a myriad of witnesses over time? What explanation can be found for them, if not residual energy being released? Is there an unknown trigger for each ghost sighting that causes it to appear to people? Many believe that such a thing as time-slips occur, where past events that happened in a particular place continue to occur, but in another dimension. This is definitely an idea that could explain some ghosts. Still, many questions remain concerning ghosts and different types of haunting.

There are other ghosts that cannot be explained away by theories of residual haunting, or time-slips. These ghosts are interactive with people, not only being seen, but heard, felt and communicative, being definitely different than some past event re-running over and over before spectators. Such ghosts are not chain-rattling spectres as Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol artfully imagined, but are intriguing stories of human experience revealing an array of interesting haunting phenomena. It has been the hope of sharing evidence we receive that perhaps a greater understanding of ghosts can be gleaned. Many a ghost seems to be interacting with humans in order to gain attention, aid or simply for personal enjoyment. Some ghosts are downright loving, while others are mean-spirited. But, isn’t that what the sea of humanity is, a pool of different personalities? So, why should the personalities (and reasons for ghosts remaining behind with the living) be any different?

Most ghosts appear to be hurting people who are trapped in the past, having not moved on in their life-journey. This journey continues, from what we have deduced, through heading toward the light after death. Ghosts sometimes seem to be aware of this light, but have not gone forward through it for a variety of reasons. Ghosts may remain behind unwittingly, due to being lost, while others seem to be looking for resolution. Maybe, a ghost needs acknowledged that he or she is alive, or there could be a message that needs to be delivered from the ghost to another living soul. Other ghosts, we have found, remained behind to watch over loved ones or former residences, while some ghosts were afraid to move on due to fear of being punished by an angry god, family or enemies they had made in the past. Whatever the reason, such lost human souls are truly in need of help, encouragement and enlightenment. Know that ghosts have been described in all shapes, sizes, ages, sexes and ethnicities: as people.

The father of modern analytical psychology, Carl Jung, after all his work and studies of the human mind was forced to believe in ghosts and spirits when he wrote this:Carl Jung: Ghosts

“I once discussed the proof of identity for a long time with a friend of William James, Professor Hyslop in New York. He admitted that all things considered, all these metaphysic phenomena could be explained better by hypothesis of spirits than by qualities and peculiarities of the unconscious. And here, on the basis of my own experience, I am bound to concede he is right. In each individual case I must of necessity be skeptical, but in the long run I have to admit that the spirit hypothesis yields better results in practice than any other.”

It is not foolish to believe in the existence of ghosts. Though cultures vary, most hold beliefs in ghosts. The very idea of ghosts rests upon our hope, our trust in our own soul being immortal. In China, for example, the dead (ghosts and spirits) are understood as co-existing with the living. One’s ancestors are honored. In South America, the Day of the Dead is a festival also honoring those who have passed, but still co-exist with us – ghosts, if you will. In the Far East, many believe that this life transcends into the next and there is never any loss. Therefore, the spirit or essence of a person lives on and on. There are many, many more examples of beliefs in ghosts and spirits found throughout many cultures and religions of the world.

To look at ghosts further, we should perhaps understand that each of us has an etheric body – the spirit energy that animates and co-exists with the physical form. It is the real person, the eternal essence of the individual, being a part of one energy source. This spirit energy is what is seen when ghosts are visibly witnessed as apparitions.  Near-death-experiences  seem to confirm this idea. This spirit energy is comprised of sub-atomic matter, which is why it is currently undetectable by scientists. It has been believed for thousands of years that this spirit-energy body is connected with the physical body by way of what’s been dubbed “the silver cord.” When this cord is severed, much like cutting an electrical appliance cord, the body’s life source has been removed and it can no longer survive. Yet, the etheric body is still very much alive and well, just as ghosts would indicate.

Is There a Difference Between Ghosts and Spirits?
At this point, while reading this article, one might be wondering what the difference is between ghosts and spirits? Simply stated, we believe that a ghost is a spirit that has not yet gone to the light. The light is a cleansing process with a life-review, which from what we can deduce, acts as a time of reconciling with the past. Fear is always connected to the past and blocks the way to our future. By removing the past fears, the Spirit of a person is able to move on in the life-journey and leave the old, earthly life behind. This is not to say that a spirit of a person cannot visit loved ones here on Earth, but suggests that a brand new perspective is gained of seeing not only the past, but the present and the future, as well. This is quite a healing change of mind.

The future of our understanding of ghosts will undoubtedly be advanced and supported by what is to come in the modern-era. Quantum physics is already putting forth theories that will coincide and explain not only ghosts, but the existence of what has long been difficult to perceive: the invisible, realm of Spirit.

Chakra System | Aura & Energy Centres | Meridians

An introduction to chakras

The primary energy centres (chakras) are the non-physical organs of the energy body. There are at least seven primary centres, and over three hundred secondary and minor centres, scattered throughout the human body. All together, they form a complex network of non-physical energy components. These are all joined together by interconnecting pathways, or meridians.

These centres, and their interconnecting pathways (meridians) were charted by the Chinese, and other Eastern races, thousands of years ago.

Modern versions of these charts are still widely used today, in many types of alternative medicine and body work, i.e. acupuncture and reflexology.

There are active centres – transforming and manipulating energy – feeding other energy centres and taking care of life processes – both physical and non-physical. There are storage centres, communication centres, and centres designed to absorb energy from other energy sources around us.
Primary energy centres are attached to major internal organs, glands, nerve ganglia and the spinal cord. Secondary and minor energy centres are attached to joints, glands and nerve clusters, throughout the body.

Some Energy Sources

Food, water, oxygen, sunlight, planetary energy, cosmic energy and  love. Some of these energy sources are very subtle, but all are necessary for us to live a balanced life.

Energy centres are invisible to the naked eye but can be felt, quite strongly, when they are active (as a pulsing, thrumming sensation) . When energy is consciously drawn from one centre to another, through the connecting meridians, this can be felt as: A rushing water sensation, a spreading warmth, a tingling feeling, or a combination of these. Energy centres (chakras) can also be seen – with auric and clairvoyant sight – as whirling vortexes of intensely coloured light.

Every energy centre has important individual functions, in the energy body. It also works in conjunction with all the other major and minor centres. Each centre is an individual, but integral part of the energy body. They all work together, for the good of the whole energy body; just as all the physical organs, brain, heart, liver, kidneys, glands, etc, work together for the good of the whole physical body.

The energy body is extremely complex. It is, in a way, similar to an electronic device. Energy flows into the electronic device, and on through connecting pathways (meridians) that are etched into the circuit board. These connecting pathways (meridians) carry energy on to all it’s electronic components, (chakras), diodes, resistors, capacitors, etc. Energy is continually being changed, enhanced and transformed, by these components; to serve a multitude of different purposes, required by the device, as a whole unit, to function properly.

A single energy centre, is very much like a single electronic component. It takes in energy from the components around it, and changes the value of it. It enhances this energy, in various ways, transforming it into something different, that is needed by the whole unit.

Each energy centre (chakra) takes in the different types of energy it requires, from other energy centres in the energy body, and generates a completely different type of energy – with a different value and colour – according to what is required.

The strength of each primary energy centre, in any particular person, depends upon that person’s individual makeup; their nature, health and life style, as well as their spiritual, moral and psychic development. The energy generated by all the chakras at once, is reflected into the aura, mixing together and causing the dominant hue of the aura. This, dominant hue, is the part of the aura most commonly seen with auric sight.

Chakra” is a Sanskrit word literally meaning “wheel.”  These centers were named as such because of the circular shape to the spinning energy centers which exist in our subtle etheric body, the non-material energetic counterpart to our physical body.  There are seven main chakras and they are located along the spine extending out the front and back of the body.  Each chakra has a number of specific qualities that correspond to the refinement of energy from the base-level material-self identity, located at the first chakras, up to the higher vibration spirit-level awareness of being at our crown.  These energetic centers represent our highest level of integration split, prism like, into a spectrum of colors. Our opportunity in studying them is to learn how to master each chakra’s essence and unite them all into a unified field of brilliance.  As such, we re-unite our disparate parts into a radian light of full self-awareness.

Our Seven Life-Force Energy Centers

The chakras are formed at the junction of three connected energy shafts that ascend the spine, one on each side of the central channel, the Shushumna. The two lesser channels of energy — the Pingala on the right and Ida on the left — run parallel to the spinal cord. Chakras both take up and collect prana (life force energy) and transform and pass on energy. Our material bodies could not exist without them for they serve as gateways for the flow of energy and life into our physical bodies.

Each chakra is associated with a certain part of the body and a certain organ which it provides with the energy it needs to function. Additionally, just as every organ in the human body has its equivalent on the mental and spiritual level, so too every chakra corresponds to a specific aspect of human behavior and development. Our circular spirals of energy differ in size and activity from person to person. They vibrate at different levels relative to the awareness of the individual and their ability to integrate the characteristics of each into their life. The lower chakras are associated with fundamental emotions and needs, for the energy here vibrates at a lower frequency and is therefore denser in nature. The finer energies of the upper chakras corresponds to our higher mental and spiritual aspirations and faculties.

The openness and flow of energy through our chakras determines our state of health and balance. Knowledge of our more subtle energy system empowers us to maintain balance and harmony on the physical, mental and spiritual level. All meditation and yoga systems seek to balance out the energy of the chakras by purifying the lower energies and guiding them upwards.  Through the use of grounding, creating “internal space,” and living consciously with an awareness of how we acquire and spend our energy we become capable of balancing our life force with our mental, physical and spiritual selves.

In order for us to become fully self-realized and in harmony with our physical and spiritual nature our denser lower energies need to be harmonized with the lighter energies of the upper centers. This is to say our survival and base tendencies have to be raised to incorporate a heart-felt spiritual focus expressed in all areas of our being. Indeed, each of the upper-level energies corresponds and refines a lower level counterpart: 7th with 1st, 6th with 2nd, 5th with 3rd.  In the center of our being is full integration into the heart.

Each center has an integral function in creating our energetic balance. It is through the study of our energetic and physical being that we can create health, emotional stability and spiritual bliss. The following chart maps out the primary qualities of each chakra, its corresponding location in the body, color, physical and emotional realms of influence, and its greater significance.

This image shows where the main chakras in are located in your body.

holistic approach

Body, Mind and Soul Connection | Health Wellness & Sickness

Many are seeking holistic and integrative approaches to health and wellness. We have all heard the words mind, body, soul. We know they describe aspects of a human being, but do we really stop to think about what these words really mean and their profound impact on our lives? If there is a mind, body and soul connection, it must be true that anything directly affecting a person in one of these areas, must affect all other areas as well. For example, an event or disease affecting the body must also affect the mind and the soul. An event or dis-ease that affects the mind must also affect the body and the soul, etc. We are whole human beings and our component parts, while seeming unrelated, are intimately connected.

Holistic addiction and trauma treatment is an approach based upon the knowledge that sustained recovery can only occur when a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are addressed. The body, mind and soul are connected and disease affecting one of these areas must affect all other parts of the person.
Traditional treatment centers are often fragmented and focus predominately on the mind and peripherally the body.

The body, mind and soul work as a system of energy. We connect our body, mind and soul to keep energy flowing within us. This energy flow can be abundant or restricted, depending on our ‘state of being’ in each moment and it changes constantly.

Our state of being is our overall feeling of health and wellness. It refers to how balanced we feel on all levels of our being. Whether we are happy or sad, sick or well, disconnected from spirit or not, we are either in or out of alignment with who we really are.

When in alignment we:

  • Experience joy in everything we do
  • Treat others with love and respect
  • Treat ourselves and our bodies with love and respect
  • Have a sense of purpose and universal service

And when we are out of alignment, we experience the exact opposite of all of these things! The goal is to harmonise your state of being so that you can effortlessly create the life that you want. Here’s how the body, mind and soul fits together…

There are components of the body, mind and soul that contribute to the flow of energy at each level. And there are ‘bridging mechanisms’ which contribute to the overall balance and flow of energy between each level. In other words, there are things that we do in each moment that facilitate or go against our natural flow.

When we talk about the human body, most of us refer to the physical form that we see in front of us. However, in reality, every person is made up of four bodies, all of which interrelate to one another and coexist in harmony.

A disruption or imbalance between these bodies can lead to a number of health problems. Thus, it is necessary to understand how one body relates to another and how they can all be kept in perfect balance to live a healthy and happy life.

Four Bodies that Make One Complete Whole

In order to balance our four bodies, we first need to discover what these are and understand them thoroughly. The four bodies are:

MENTAL
The mental body encompasses our mind and thought processes. It is that part of our body, which deals with reason, logic, and perception. All thoughts, beliefs, and mental capabilities are controlled by our mind or mental body. From the most basic concepts to advanced theories and secrets of the universe, the mental body has power over it all and can expand its reach to great limits, enabling you to think beyond your wildest imagination in the search for logical perception. Our mental body allows us to perceive the world in a particular manner and governs our thoughts regarding everything we experience in our lives.

PHYSICAL
The most commonly understood body is the physical form. It is the way we see our body in its human form. Made of flesh and blood, with bones, muscles, and organs; covered by layers of skin. The physical body is a material presence, a tangible form that provides us with the ability to use our senses of touch, taste, sight, smell, and hearing. It is also a body that grows and changes in shape, capable of experiencing pain and injuries.

SPIRITUAL
The soul within the body is our spiritual self. Known as an aura or a soul, the soul is our purpose of life. It is the means of finding one’s true destiny in the world. The soul is what gives you the purpose to strive forward and become a better person. Every soul is said to have its purpose and the spiritual body is lost without it. A disturbed spiritual state can lead to mental stress and cause physical health problems as well. The spiritual state is the consciousness and discovery of who we really are and what our life’s purpose is supposed to be.

EMOTIONAL
The fourth and last body is the emotional one, concerned with our feelings, sentiments, and reactions. People excel in their lives if they have self-awareness, a control over their impulses, persistence, empathy for others, motivation and drive to achieve their goals, and good communication and social skills. We lose our tempers and act on our impulses due to the state of our emotional body. With time, the emotional body grows and matures, providing us with better control over our feelings. A happy person will face less health issues as compared to a person who is depressed, because negative emotions channel negative energy through your body and damage your mental and physical health.

Maintaining a balance between these bodies is necessary for living a stable and healthy life. The harmonious coexistence of the four bodies; mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional, is the key to ultimate health and happiness in the world.

The functions of the body, mind and soul are :

THE BODY

The physical body is designed to communicate its needs, dislikes, problems through sensory perception. Our actions are directed towards satisfying our desires that are highlighted through the sense of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. Our body reflects our inner being, if our mind, body and soul are in balance then our body is in balance. Disease occurs when the mind, body and soul are not working in harmony, the term dis-ease represents the turmoil created when these three components are out of alignment. The body is a complex machine designed by nature to serve the spirit /soul. Without the soul or connection to the vital life force, the body is useless. After death the body decays and cannot function. In today’s society people have lost track of just how important the soul/spirit is and how to utilize it to maximize our experience of life.

To this end the senses should be used to support the soul, guiding us to the things that are in harmony with our life path or that are good for us. However over time the senses have aligned with the mind or brain. When the brain leads, and life choices are made that are not in true alignment with the souls desire, we experience disharmony and the senses start to function in a way that wants to satisfy and bring back a sense of balance and peace. Negative emotions arise when we are not in balance. When a person is fully connected these emotions subside quickly, the trust in the Creator or sense of knowing that natures wisdom supports you allows you to quickly let go of low vibrational energy like sadness, fear, insecurity, hopelessness, panic, unhappiness, boredom, jealousy or anger. When a person lacks connection these negative emotions can sit with a person for a long time and even gain intensity over time.

The senses, in these cases, work to counteract these emotions , people may start to excessively crave the things that have brought them any state of happiness regardless of whether the happiness was temporary or not. People crave things like money, sugar, chocolate, sex, alcohol, drugs, attention, nice clothes, and new objects, music geared to bring release of anger, frustration or tears. People can crave new experiences in a constant effort to bring satisfaction and balance. When the brains direction contradicts the spirits desires we suppress our truth, our natural instinct and distortion can occur. On the one hand logic directs us one way, the spirit and soul another, the brain senses imbalance and the chemistry in the body responds. Suppressed desires, unhappiness, boredom, lethargy, anxiety, stress, worry, sadness, jealousy, anger, loss, loneliness, emptiness and a feeling of dissatisfaction can bring about a deterioration in health and over time lead to dis-ease.

THE MIND

The mind can function at different levels, it is the thought mechanism that drives our physical body to experience, it works with the brain and the soul and as such determines how the body responds. When we are born we are connected to the Universal Intelligence, our mind follows our natural guidance. When a baby is born it naturally follows its desire to suckle the mother’s breast and to cry when it needs something. There is no analysis in the mind weighing up the advantages and disadvantages of suckling or crying. Over time the mind loses this strong connection to intuition as stimuli in the environment start to influence behavior. Actions generate responses, pain, laughter, sadness, anger and over time the mind creates a memory bank which serves to influence future actions. As this memory bank grows the mind starts to make decisions based upon learned responses. The memory bank expands to incorporate responses influenced by knowledge, social demands, familial expectations, material pressures and media influences. The mind is bombarded with a myriad of signals that influence our actions and it is within this jumble of messages that in time our connection to the Universal Intelligence or nature’s wisdom, our natural intuition can be lost. The mind starts to depend on the learnt responses rather than the intuitive ones and a discrepancy with the soul path can emerge, creating dissatisfaction and imbalance. When this happens people can face disappointment, failure, stress, anxiety, loss of faith, loss of self-esteem, low confidence, fear from future, hopelessness and depression.

It is so important for our mind to be aligned with our soul/spirit, to make decisions that feel right, to allow our bodies and actions to be guided by that source of Infinite Intelligence and wisdom that creates and drives everything in nature. Everyone deserves to be happy, we are born to experience life, to fulfill our desires and contribute to the world in which we live in a way that satisfies our soul. We are all different, not designed to be a perfect replica of each other and through following our inner guidance system we can learn to uncover our unique gifts and natural talents that are connected to our soul path, become our true selves and bring our unique wisdom to the world. In this connected state our soul mind and body are in balance, bringing health and wellbeing to our lives and ultimately true happiness in our lives.

THE SOUL

The soul is the core of our being. We can never experience happiness by suppressing our spirit and our soul. The mind needs to feed the soul without which life does not exist. By connecting to our inner guidance system and raising our consciousness, the mind nourishes the soul and we are able to attain profound peace and inner bliss. The soul is able to establish a connection with the Divine/ Universal Intelligence/God of your Understanding /Natures Wisdom and gain true happiness in life.

The result is we become happy both inside and outside. We are able to find the true meaning of our lives, happiness is gained and spread around us.

Soul Mind Body Infographic

The soul mind and body are said to be in harmony if we have

  • Awareness of the Self
  • Realization of life purpose
  • Raised consciousness
  • No fear of the uncertain
  • A deep connection with the God of your understanding

Spirit Possession | Entity Attachment | Negative Energies |

Spirit possession is a phenomenon in which a stray being from the Spirit World constantly or temporarily possesses and exerts negative influence on a person living on earth. Most commonly they are known as “evil spirits” and, although many people may scoff at the idea, it is a real and undeniable fact that they exist and influence our lives.

Spirit possession can be the cause of illnesses, mental disorders or even crimes, but this phenomenon is not being treated appropriately since modern medicine and science do not recognize the existence of spiritual possession. Fact is though the phenomenon of spiritual possession is a common occurrence and to prevent or counter it people must have accurate spiritual knowledge.

Evil spirits are spirits that have a strong attachment towards the earth and human way of life. Spirits do not understand they are spiritual beings. All they know is life with a physical body, so they are consumed with the desire to satisfy their materialistic needs. Because reincarnation from hell is impossible, they aim to possess a person living on earth. By possessing a human being, evil spirits can feel just as if they have their own physical body, feeling the physical sensations and satisfying desires for food, sex, money, power and the like.

The only prerequisite for evil spirits to come and stay with a person living on earth, is to find someone whose mind is on the same wavelength as theirs. Evil spirits cannot stay with a person living on earth if he or she is always calm, benevolent and altruistic. But if his or her mind is dark with hatred and anger stays that way for extended periods of time, then it will attract evil spirits who, being on the same wavelength, can sneak into the person’s mind and stay on earth for five, ten or even many more years. This is what is known as spiritual possession.

Just as there are physical pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and parasites, so are there nonphysical pathogens in the form of etheric parasites, discarnate humans, aliens and demonic beings that can attach themselves to a living person, drain their energy and influence their thoughts, feelings, and personality. The present situation is analogous to how several centuries ago society knew nothing of physical pathogens and the bacterial and viral origins of disease. They fell ill and knew neither the cause nor medical remedy. Likewise, today people get attachments and know neither the cause nor remedy.

Etheric Parasites

Etheric parasites are negative thought forms, which are temporary beings generated in the etheric plane. The etheric plane is a nonphysical substructure underlying our material reality. Etheric energies and constructs are invisible “metadata” that can influence physical events at the quantum level. In occultism they are also called tulpas, egregores, or larvae.

Etheric parasites are generated by human thoughts infused with emotion and intent. This creates an energetic construct in the ether akin to an eddy in a river but imbued with artificial intelligence and purpose. Its most common purpose is to continue its own survival by feeding off the same kinds of energy that gave rise to it. If it was generated through hate, it will induce hateful thoughts in its host to suckle more emotional energy of that type.

These thought forms float around in the ether, which interpenetrates and underlies physical space, and can influence the thoughts and emotions of people onto whom they latch. Thus the negative thought forms generated by one person can induce negativity in another, proving they are not just internal subconscious subroutines. Occultists know how to create these intentionally, or to produce other effects in the ether, in order to consciously influence the mind of another person. But most thought forms are created unwittingly by our everyday sparks of emotion, fantasies, and moments of ill intent.

To people with clairvoyant vision, they can see these parasitic energies budding off the person generating them and turning into grotesque forms. The color of the energy is always black, red, orange, olive green, muddy brown, and other dull colors. When these turn into thought forms, they appear symbolically to the clairvoyant mind as amoebas, insects, crabs, spiders, black globules, etc… Again, the fact that clairvoyants can see these indicates they are objective constructs in the ether and not just internal psychological processes.

Discarnate Human Attachments

Discarnate humans are those who have died in the recent past, but have not fully faded out from the physical, etheric, and astral planes. Sometimes it is just their etheric and/or astral bodies that turn into nonphysical parasites once their conscious spiritual core has left them behind. It is also possible for demonic entities to pick up the discarded etheric shells of deceased persons and put them on, thereby more easily masquerading as dead relatives to mediums, ouija board users, and societies that perform ancestor worship.

These discarnate humans or their autonomous etheric/astral shells can latch onto a living individual in order to sustain themselves off that person’s energy and live vicariously through them. Without a physical body, satisfying remnant physical addictions is impossible, and so discarnate humans can gratify their addictions by splicing themselves into the neural and etheric circuitry of the living in order to get a taste of physical sensations once again. Supposedly they can also possess the bodies of animals even more easily than humans. Attachment to humans is easiest when parasite and host share some emotional point of resonance, say someone who committed suicide latching onto someone who already has suicidal tendencies.

Human entity attachments creates a personality overlay upon the living host, creating cravings and biases that are out of character for the person. Someone who never smokes may suddenly get the urge to pick up the habit. A discarnate female with sexual cravings can induce homosexual tendencies in straight males. A young woman who was always friendly may pick up the attachment of an old angry war veteran, and thus acquire a more masculine, gruff and angry demeanor. Discarnate human entity attachments tend to be acquired by being etherically vulnerable while in proximity to such entities. Examples include graveyards, bars, war zones, and sites of fatal accidents.

Demonic Attachments

The worst attachment of all are demonic ones. I am not sure of the true origins of demons. Maybe they are thoughtforms created by the collective negativity of humanity throughout the ages. Maybe they were effluvia left over from the creation of the universe. Maybe they were physical beings who advanced so far along the negative path that they transcended their physical bodies and took up residence in the darkest recesses of the lower astral planes.

Whatever the case, fully possessed humans become sharp instruments of demonic manipulation and can carry a composed exterior and high social status, but underneath be dark, manipulative, cunning predators endowed with paranormal powers. Those who are not fully possessed and are struggling against the attachment process are worn down through depression, suicidal tendencies, and self-destructive psychopathic behavior. Extreme sadism and perversion are also possible, as in the case of serial killers and murderers who typically admit a voice told them to do it, or that they couldn’t help themselves, that something evil compelled them.

Clairvoyants, young children, animals, and anyone with an iota of intuition can sense the presence of demonically possessed individuals and will feel threatened, repulsed, and creeped out by them.

Demonic attachments can be picked up in several ways. One is through willful invitation, say through practice of black magick, left-hand-path occult systems, or undergoing initiations into questionable secret societies. These all give a person increased power and knowledge in exchange for soul energy and debt to the demonic beings conferring those, which in the long run is a bad deal. But just as people get themselves into a hole through credit cards, some do likewise spiritually through the “credit card” of black magick.

Another path toward demonic possession is starting with a minor attachment and being too weak or willing to resist its pull toward ever greater forms of depravity. It tends to start with a severe weakness in a person, such as being extremely traumatized as a child, being a heavy alcoholic or drug abuser, and/or nurturing feelings of morbidity, suicide, depression into a total lifestyle.

Generally, demonic possessions require a greater degree of permission than other types of attachments. That is because demons target the astral body and spirit, meaning they are hooked in very deeply. Permission can be given consciously through rituals or inadvertently through cultivation of anti-human, anti-life, anti-spiritual attitudes and feelings.

Can we have negative entities in our aura? Unfortunately, the answer is yes. Almost all of us have some sort of negative entity existing in our auras. The number or size may vary but at a time one can hold many souls in their space, weakening the original soul inhabitant. The modern lifestyle leads to stress, anger, depression and lack of time for spiritual work. So, unless we spare ample amount of time, energy and thought on our spiritual upliftment, we are bound to be invaded by these spirit intrusions from time to time or forever. For those who feel completely at peace with themselves & are on the right track, even they can have negative entities in their space, but they might be dormant or less active than that of others.

How do we draw these negative entities? “These entities can become enmeshed in the aura, the energy field around the body.. The emotional or physical trauma endured by a person can render the energy centers vulnerable. They are open like doors to allow entry and attachment by entity. There are multiple ways they can enter a person’s aura and stay there for years or for a whole lifetime. Sent by others: Black magic and sorcery exist in every culture and proofs of the same exist widely. Sometimes, people who are unhappy/jealous with others can send these negative entities to bring misery to the victim. They will try to invade your space, time and again and stay with you, until it is cleansed. Sexual contact: The significance of sexual intimacy has been emphasized upon. The energy debris of other people’s aura can be left in the aura of another person with ease as the root chakras are connected, allowing a free flow of energy from one person to another. The entities have a free way into the body as the aura is open, making them susceptible to such invasions. Drugs & alcohol: Our consciousness has a lot to do with our ability to protect ourselves. Under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we lower our guards and our aura is exposed to the chances of being invaded. It is also said that both drugs and alcohol create holes in our aura. Holes in our aura can be created during surgeries, unconsciousness or trauma. When our aura is not whole, its ability to fight the negativity drastically reduces. Major loss: Soul loss has been spoken of earlier as well, where a person suffers from major loss in their life and a part of their soul in entrapped in the specific situation. With such a prolonged period of suffering, long bouts of anger and extended periods of stress, all of this can create holes in the aura leading to easy invasion.

How do these entities affect us? These entities affect us deeply and in ways we cannot even imagine. They are bound to create negative impressions, thought, behavior patterns etc. They will create physical pain or disease in the area they are stuck, causing improper functioning of the body. The illness caused by them might not have substantial medical proofs but the problem would seem to persist as it lies on the energy level. Creating obstacles in the path of success, one may find themselves going in circles with their career path, unable to find a breakthrough. Prolonged phases of depressions, loneliness, mixed with fear and anxiety, are yet another way they affect one’s life. Lack of energy, low self-image, low BP or low morale, as they feed on the prana or the life force, depleting the resources necessary for personal growth and energy. Stronger entities would like to seclude the victim and create unhappy moments like separation from loved ones, lack of interest in family life or withdrawal from the society.

Why Do Evil Spirits Mess With People? Many spirits that choose to be evil do so to have a good time, having often been former victims of human abuse. There behavior is sort of a retaliation upon the human race, in general, a way to punish others for the injustices that the lost spirit has suffered. Evil spirits do indeed understand they are spirits of humans, what many call ghosts. Knowing who and where they are, they practice to improve their skills of manipulating others and the physical environment. Many people want to call such knowledgable spirits, “demons,” but this will just cause the ghost to be more determined to use a person’s own fear against them. It is better to call them out onto the carpet by letting ghosts know you know what they are up to. Often when ghosts know the game is up, they lose some fight in them and become more willing to listen to the person who desires to help them. Ghosts choose not to move on in their life journey, ultimately due to fear. It may be fear of punishment, fear of ridicule, fear of having let a parent or sibling down, etc. Such spirits that choose to behave badly believe they are getting away with their crimes against humanity, but know deep down there will come a time when it must end.

Holistic Healing | Alternative Therapies |Drugless Therapies

holistic healingThe Definition – What is holistic healing?

First, we must answer the question, ‘what exactly is healing?’ Healing is about bringing any imbalance into alignment with its natural state of functioning.

Every organ in our bodies has a natural or ‘healthy’ state of functioning as do our emotional, mental and spiritual states. When we are out of balance, we feel like something is out of place – whether it comes in the form of emotional or physical pain or discomfort – and we naturally want to return to our natural state of harmony, when everything ‘works’ as intended. This process of rebalancing is synonymous with healing.

Holistic healing bypasses the ‘band-aid fix’ approach of conventional medicine, looks beyond a person’s physical state and sees the holistic view of their state of being or functioning. It acknowledges that the root cause of a physical illness may in fact be non-physical.

Holistic healing works when we we approach life from all aspects of being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Therefore, a holistic approach is considered to be more effective because change occurs on all levels and as a result, positive changes are more likely to last long-term and improve a person’s overall quality of life.

When we heal holistically, we address imbalances on all levels, rather than one or two, and so it becomes a life-long process in achieving overall life balance. The ultimate goal of aligning the body, mind and soul promises a happier, healthier, more balanced state of being.

Holistic healing is based on a philosophy of promoting mind body wellness. How well-being is restored, to what extent, and which methods are used are as varied as the people seeking to be healed.

What does not vary is the ultimate aim to achieve optimum whole self health. To make that happen, unbalanced or unhealthy aspects of mind, body and spirit are all taken into consideration and addressed. It also means that the power of mind and spirit may facilitate physical healing and issues in the physical body may be focused on to facilitate mental well-being.

What is Holistic Healing? What is beautiful about holistic healing is that it puts the responsibility and power for healing in your hands, not in those of a “healer”, even though you may wisely be seeking advice and help from others. It empowers you to make choices and take actions on your behalf and addresses you as a whole person.

Holistic healing is not a cookie cutter approach. People with the same ‘dis-ease’ may end up with completely different treatment plans based on their motivation, symptoms, lifestyle, resources, stress levels, and emotional and mental history. You may get amazingly quick results, or it may take months to notice a meaningful shift. These shifts may be in the direction of health, but may not be what you were specifically hoping for. If you ever heard a cancer patient say she was healed even though death is near, you know what that means.

Whole person healing is about bringing your mind and body back into balance and nurturing that balance over your lifetime. It is not about cure, although that would be wonderful and may very well happen. It is about returning to wholeness. That is an abstract concept which basically means that you feel complete and at peace within yourself. You deeply understand yourself, accept yourself in mind and body, and love yourself in the healthiest of ways. This is not about complacence. Real love often requires taking action to improve your life.

Whole person healing is about addressing causes. It is not about controlling symptoms, although that may be necessary and beneficial at times. It is about addressing the whole as much as possible, not just the vulnerable, ‘dis-eased’ part. The understanding is that something within the whole is stressing the part, which needs help, not suppressing, bypassing, or cutting out unless absolutely necessary. If not too far gone, the part will recover when the whole is restored.

There is a common misconception that holistic healing is natural healing. This is absolutely true, but not necessarily in the way it is meant, which is usually about methods. It is about your naturally self healing body and mind, which naturally seeks balance when given what they need and what is harming them is removed. The body is always striving for balance and will maintain it so long as nothing goes awry.

It is also true that lifestyle adjustments and natural methods and remedies are preferred. However, it is also true that modern medical assistance may be necessary and a best choice at times. It may also be beneficial to include help that is not medical at all. That might mean taking advantage of spiritual counseling, financial management classes, relationship therapy and/or a career change. Who you choose to assist you, and the methods you work with will depend on your changing needs and preferences.

The body and the mind act in unison. Physical symptoms may indicate the state of mind or vice versa. Medical intervention should take into consideration the whole rather than isolated parts. This is the holistic approach.

The purpose of holistic healing is to provide long-term improvement and health. This may even cause short-term pain. Intervention should be minimal since nature, in her wisdom, knows the best course. Pain can serve to make us aware of the problem so that we give our body the chance to heal. Pain can also make us aware of our emotional state, thus helping us in our own personal evolution. A natural diet, good exercise and calmness of mind can be one of the best means of holistic healing in a number of cases.

Spirit Release & Spirit Possession

What is Spirit Possession?
Spirit possession is real and does exist.
It is a full or partial “assault” by a discarnate being on a living human.
The being acting out the assault or attack may not have ever experienced a physical life. If there was a human life experienced at some point by the being then the surviving consciousness is labelled as a earthbound spirit.

What Is A Spirit Attachment?
When one discussed the term Spirit Attachment, Spirit Possession or Entity Attachment they are referring to the same with a different label. The entity becomes what is known as a parasite. This parasite to the host causes disorders and illnesses that are biologically illogical for the host. Soul fragmentation is required for the recovery and healing of the Soul by recovering and healing the soul fragments / soul fragmentations. These fragments may be scattered within a specific timeline or vary time lines of the hosts / person life / life times.

Signs of Spirit Attachment
“I keep going to the doctor, they keep running tests for my shortness of breath. They keep telling me there is nothing wrong with me. Now I am referred to a psychiatrist to see why my mind has created this. I went and they found nothing wrong with me. I went onto medication and still feel like there is something wrong”.

The attachment of a spirit on a host can manifest it’s presence in various ways. It can dominate the host in various ways; it can have a subtle to complete dominating control over the host. It does not need permission by the host; it just does as it feels.

Common signs are:
Unexplained subtle change in physical, mental and or emotional behaviour.
Sudden unexplained or unexpected changes in behaviour.
Unjust emotional swings.
Sudden cravings – alcohol, illicit drugs, cigarettes, sex, self mutilation, aggressive and abusive sexual acts, pain or promiscuity. Especially if one does not normally use these substances or has these usual personality traits.
Hearing voices.
Sudden weight gain without any medical explanation, all organs functioning well, no emotional trauma.
Phobias and fears from low and frightening energy experienced.
Serious illness of unknown cause.
Sudden and prolonged loss of energy.
Memory and concentration issues.
Severe personality disorders.
Unexplained physical / mental or health issues.
Migraine headaches.
Panic or anxiety attacks.

Entities and Negative Energies
Most common types are Earthbound spirits and Negative Energy forces.

The spirit / soul is the survivor when your physical body dies. When death occurs the spirit from its fear and confusion about going into the light due to the death of its physical body stays on the earth plane. It then attaches itself to people or even places. They are unaware they have passed on / crossed over. Many spirits remain on the earth plane due to this.

A demonic possession / energy is identifying to an energy that has never occupied a physical body. It seeks to destroy or disrupt as that is their nature and character is to destroy and wage war.

Some schools of thought originate from the teachings that Lucifer or a fallen angel is the masters of negative energy. Energetic forces are simply energy that mankind labels them as good or bad. It is important to ask a spirit where they came from and how they came to be. There is a Universal law that states the truth will always be revealed, one needs to ask the right question. As an example depending on your religious beliefs, always ask the entity, “are you from the Divine Light?

How and when do they attach themselves?
Entities are like you they are consciousness. When they are at a low energetic point in their lives they will attach themselves to the living when that being is also at a low. These low energy points are when one experiences fear, anger, depression, foul moods, addictions (alcoholism or drug use even prescription) all these open the pathways, your energy and energy fields and energy points for attachment.

Earthbound spirits may attach themselves while the human is in a state or even an altered state or unconscious for any reason. Visiting a hospital, retirement home, funeral, funeral home or cemetery you are opening yourself up to “entertaining” and even inviting these opportunist energies into your energy field or specific levels of your aura.

When you are an organ donor you run the risk of an entity or energetic attachment being invited to that organ and it finds its way to the receiver of the organ. This can happen pre, on route or when the organ is waiting to be placed within the receiver.

If we are out of rhythm with our natural body it can be a magnet for negative energy placement as this allows the body to be open for attachment. When occult tools are utilised and one does not has the entire understanding of how these work you are simply setting yourself up for attachment, interference and influence, possession and obviously disaster.

Childhood abuse, rape, incest and any situation that creates fear will allow entity attachment. Once the entity gains entrance it is like a virus it further stimulates a deeper tear within the aura, this allows more entry by other energies; this will allow any negative entity to access the host or piggyback on the original attachment.

Spirit Release is a therapy spiritual in nature, allowing the host to be cleared of all internal and external attachments and entities of a negative kind. Once the therapy is conducted and the emotions that attracted the negativity are resolved the negativity can no longer enter or attempt to do so.

What Is Spirit Release Therapy?
Spirit Release Therapy dates back to antiquity. The majority of all cultures, religions and occult address the topic of discarnate of various being types influencing living people, causing various degrees of harm to their hosts.

Spirit Release Therapy is the process used to release attachments from living people, this is conducted through various means possible. Some require more work than others as there are various levels of Spirit Releasing. It is called a Depossession Process that can be done in person or from a distance. We also offer this as a proxy for the person / host when they are unable to come in for a session. This is possible as everything that exists is energy .

Spirit Release is a therapy practised and effective by psychotherapists, mental health professionals and even energy healers who have found it effective where other methods have failed. As man’s evolving and understanding of the enormous influence and power of their higher energy fields it is “authenticated” by various modern methods of scientific measurement, and as preventative medicine grows, the importance of clearing foreign psychic energies will be commonly accepted.

Various forms of physical or emotional upsets / stress can leave you vulnerable to these unwelcomed opportunist negative energies which attach at a subtle vibrational level and can then go onto influence your health, personality and even your behaviour. A Lost Soul has the possibility of bringing physical symptoms it experienced at the time of its death.

Tapping into a person’s energetic field requires much skill and best conducted by a well knowledgeable practitioner. It is this reason we offer this service as much skill, understanding, knowledge and wisdom is required when conducting and performing Spirit Release. One can also do a proxy as the parent of their child and permission from the Higher Self is required before the session begins.

We are highly trained in releasing these negative attachments which may have been preventing you from moving forward with your life. We transform lives as we set you free from their influences and control over you and your life. The entities are transformed so they are unable to return to you. Ask for help and assistance and reach out we are here for you.

Spirit Release is different to exorcism, it is non-confrontational and transformation is achieved through negotiation. We invoke the power of love so the entities on their path to evolution experience love and are guided to their ascension. From that state they are unable to go back to their old ways.

Past Life Regression Therapy in India

Have you ever met someone and wondered how they instantly became friends with you? Do you have unexplained phobias or are you plain curious about the purpose of your life?

Answers to all these questions and much more can be found out by guided introspection, popularly known as Past Life Regression Therapy.

Discovering your past lives is a fascinating way to understand who you are as an immortal soul living a human life. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace

What is a past-life regression?

Past life memories are the autobiography of your eternal soul-—personal stories that explain who you are now and why you’re here on Earth.

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique for accessing and re-experiencing your past lives directly.  A past-life regression recalls scenes, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now.

Traumas and issues from our past lives can be reactivated by events in our current lifetime without our conscious awareness. We might react to people and situations in ways that seem counter-productive. The problem maybe actually rooted in dynamics set up in prior lifetimes or past experiences of present life.

Re-experiencing the key events of a past life and reprocessing the impact helps to bring closure to the events of the past. This enables one to move forward more freely in the present. Even if one believes these memories are not true past-life experiences, they function as symbolic stories and are equally as effective in resolving current issues.

Past life regression therapy is based upon the philosophy that we are eternal souls who carry forward learning and experiences from one human lifetime to another. Few people believe that we only live one human lifetime. In this case, the stories coming out by this therapeutic approach serve as wonderful symbolic metaphors for the issues and situations being faced in the present time.

Past Life Regression is Spiritual

Past life regression is gaining recognition as a legitimate form of spiritual healing.  No matter what religion you profess—or even if you don’t follow any religion—experiencing yourself as a soul in other lifetimes gives you a profound awareness that you are more than a physical body. You encounter your soul’s essence, connected and aligned to a greater universal energy, perhaps for the first time in your life. This has happened often in my sessions. For those who experience it, they feel truly at peace.

PLR Therapy

Past life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect (karma) and the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are based in the past. A skilled therapist can guide you back to a time before birth in this lifetime to discover the root causes of problems you may be experiencing in the present and heal them. This may include relationship issues, chronic illnesses, phobias, addictions, sexual dysfunction, inexplicable attraction or aversion to someone, recurring nightmares, fear of death, etc. Conventional psychotherapy focuses on the present life and may not be able to get to the source of a problem. “Talk” therapy often stays on an intellectual basis and does not allow for the transformation that comes from unlocking deep emotions and experiences stored in one’s cellular memory. It’s also why “talk” therapy often takes so long to produce results. Past life regression therapy can speed up the healing process as one understands and feels on a much deeper level the source of one’s problems. This technique is also valuable and enjoyable for self-discovery if you are feeling problem free!

How the Healing Works

Past life regression is healing.  You were born not as a blank slate, but as a soul rich with both the wisdom and scars from many lifetimes.

We all carry memories from past lives into this life–unconscious memories that carry an energetic charge and continue to affect us. They can be things left undone, vows made, accomplishments, failures, mistakes, success, emotional debts, guilt, gratitude, traumatic and sudden deaths, wisdom, and love.

These charges from the past set up patterns which are continually triggered and repeated in our present life. These patterns can be positive or negative. They can affect our relationships, behaviors, motivations, and even our physical bodies and health. Positive patterns can feed talents, bestow wisdom, influence tastes, and energize life purpose.  Negative patterns fuel destructive, compulsive behavior, cloud judgment, cause injury, and block your way.

By making these memories conscious, we can release the patterns that no longer serve us, freeing us to live more fully in the present. Beneficial patterns are reinforced, negative patterns are neutralized.

Past life regression is the process of healing the soul by healing the past.

What are some more benefits of past life regression therapy?

Past life regression therapy can transform your life! It will help you to develop your full potential, unlock hidden talents, and create more compassion and love for yourself and others. It can reveal your life purpose and reason for incarnating, and help you to overcome the fear of death. After a past life regression session, many clients report feeling a greater sense of inner peace, love and self-acceptance when they understand that they have chosen their life circumstances and the lessons that they need to learn. Past life regression therapy supersedes other therapies in its more profound perspective on the meaning of life. It transcends religious dogma and is beneficial regardless of your religion or spiritual beliefs. You do not have to believe in reincarnation to receive healing from this amazing technique.

What Results Can I Expect?

Past Life Regression is one of the most effective psychological and transpersonal tools available and often saves many years of psychotherapy, however, nothing is a panacea and rarely does just one or two sessions solve a lifetime of problems and habits. People often notice profound changes after one or two regressions, but without continued work and follow-up, these changes tend to be short lived. Rarely does one past life hold the answer to all of our problems, nor does one regression cover all the subtleties and insights of a given life. Our past lives were lived in the same way that your present life is, with growth spurts, times of stagnation, moments of sorrow as well as joy.

Dedicated and consistent effort in your healing process provides the best results. In the case of regression therapy, you will find that a series of lives around this issue. Successful lives around particular problems can be accessed to give you more resources and energy to move forward, difficult and painful lives can be brought to closure and redirected, again to give you more energy and resources to your own personal becoming.

How will I feel after a session?

Some people feel very happy and peaceful; others may feel tired or even experience some pain or a headache related to the release of stored trauma. All of these reactions are normal and not harmful. It’s best to schedule your appointment at a time when you can take the rest of the day off. Most people prefer to be alone afterwards to integrate and review the session. You may want to rest, take a relaxing walk, or write up any notes or reflections from the experience. You may continue to have past life recall after the session through dreams or intuitive insights that will give you even more detailed memory of that life.

depression

Psychic Healing / Spiritual Healing For Depression & Anxiety

Do you live with Anxiety, Stress, Fear, Depression, or PTSD?

Are you feeling lost, afraid, and unsure?

Through a Psychic Healing / Spiritual Healing / Energy Healing Session we can help to move this type of energy out of your field and teach you techniques so that you enjoy being a spirit in human form and feel peace.

DEPRESSION is when you have lost all sense of hope and direction. You feel lost in life, but lack the strength and inspiration to climb out of it. The future seems bleak, even threatening, so much so that you retreat into yourself and remain in a slow, sluggish existence. Every movement becomes a painful effort.

Depression is considered as one of the foremost psychological problems for people of different age groups today. There are approximately 121 million worldwide affected by depression. Depression can lead to suicidal tendencies, which is the sole reason for 850,000 deaths each year. There are no pre-defined causes for depression although stress is being quoted to be one of the catalysts.

Most people across the world opt for medical treatment for depression, which includes using antidepressants, electric shock treatment (ECT), psychotherapy, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Therapy and medicine is used primarily to help a person fight depression although medicines and some therapies might have other side effects.

On the other hand, natural healing doesn’t have side effects and the results are long-term or even permanent in some cases.

What causes depression?
There are many causes of depression, depending on which level you’re looking at. At the deepest level, depression is a symptom of, and often a coping mechanism for, disconnection from your true self. Thus, depression is a sign that you have veered off the path of your soul.

Depression usually arises when you suppress your true feelings. You may have been taught (directly or indirectly) that it is wrong to express your feelings. If you are also too open, sensitive and giving to other people’s needs, you end up creating an extreme imbalance within yourself. Your system then creates a block to stop the overflow of your energetic output – and your spirit becomes dampened.

Spiritual Healing for Depression
The conventional way to treat depression is by prescribing medication to increase the production of feel-good hormones to offset the depressive feelings. This may be effective in managing and controlling moods, but from the perspective of spiritual growth, it simply covers up the symptoms which are your body’s way of giving you useful information about where you’re out of alignment with your true self, the places that need healing. Behind depression is fear, guilt, shame, etc. and we cannot heal these with medication alone.

When working with clients, I focus on treating the psycho-emotional-spiritual-energetic levels. My view is that these levels can affect the physiological-cognitive conditions rather than the other way around. Thus, healing and resolving the issues in the former would result in true healing of the symptom.

How Natural Healing For Depression Works ?

The natural process of healing depression basically refers to treatment of depression holistically. Most people are not aware of a powerful force called spirituality, which once embraced in our lives can help us to get healed.

How can spirituality help in treatment of depression? To answer this question, you need to first ask yourself, what is the root cause of depression? Depression is not caused by an event, a person, or a situation; it is caused by a disturbance in the spiritual equilibrium.

This refers to the fact that when there is more negative states in our mind and negative energy in our body as opposed to positive energy then depression occurs. The lack of positive energy hampers the balance between the mind, body, and soul. This is where natural healing for depression comes into the picture. It is only through practice of spiritual healing that you will be able to restore this balance and thus treat depression.

Psychic Healing Sessions Heals Depression and Anxiety

  • If you have been either mentally, physically, or emotionally abused in the past you stand a high likelihood of experiencing depression.
    • On a Metaphysical level the energy of the experience is still trapped in your bio-field and you are continuing to operate off of the memories. During a Psychic Healing Session I can put you into trance and begin to gently remove the energy from your body, chakras, and aura. Such therapy has long term benefits and gives you the emotional release that you need.
  • If you are experiencing conflict with family members or friends, you may be experiencing depression.
    • We can do a Psychic Reading and look at the soul contracts that you have with your family and friends and we can look at what is causing the conflict. Once we understand where the conflict is coming from, we can energetically end the old karma and soul contracts and create new ones that will shift the energy of the situation.
  • If you are experiencing death or loss of a loved one (be it adult or child), we can connect with their spirit and bring messages of love forward.
    • As a medium, I can connect with your loved ones and bring you messages from the other side that will help you to heal and feel at peace with their passing. Coming to terms with death and loss can be difficult if one does not understand the beauty of dieing. Just as births are celebrated so to can death be for it is another facet of life. Often it is because of our sense of missing them that we suffer. Yet, when we can come to terms and understand the beauty of being an Eternal Spirit than we can heal.
  • If you are experiencing a chronic or major illness then there is a chance that you have become depressed in the process.

When we move the energy from your field, you heal. A healing may be necessary weekly or monthly depending on how deep it goes and how much you are ready to let go. The average person heals quickly from a session or two.
  • Women are twice as likely to suffer from depression than men. Women may be at a higher risk for depression due in part to estrogen, which may alter the activity of neurotransmitters that contribute to depression. Once men hit midlife, they may face an increased risk of depression due to the decrease of testosterone.
    • If there is a physical reason for depression, such as a body chemical that is missing, a psychic healing will help you to identify the problem and you will need to take other steps to help to heal the problem. There is nothing wrong with combing eastern and western medicines to improve your state of mind.
  • Men typically experience depression differently from women and use different means to cope. For example, while women may feel hopeless, men may feel irritable. Women may crave a listening ear, while men may became socially withdrawn or become violent or abusive.

Life Between Lives Regression for Spiritual Integration

At some point in most lives, we begin to ask the questions, ‘Why am I here?’ and ‘What is my life’s purpose?’ We may find clues by paying attention to what we love, what we are passionate about changing, or perhaps by what most pisses us off. For those interested in a direct response to their questions, The Life Between Lives Regression (LBL) offers this opportunity.

Each lifetime has a different purpose that we most often discover when we hit an obstacle in our lives today. Past life regression will enable you to put the problems or concerns that you can’t quite master on your own into a new perspective. And by accessing spiritual help and guidance through such a journey, you will discover rational solutions to your problems that are more effective than those of sound psychology.

Living here in a material world, we forget that we are souls whose true home is in another dimension. Through hypnosis, you are able to push aside the veil and enter the world of the soul where you can get your questions answered and receive the guidance you need to move forward in your life in a better way. You gain not just a new perspective and plan on how to act differently in the future but a boost of energy to help you get started. Recalling physical and emotional events about former lives when the subject is mentally out of body allows them to reach core issues related to karma, dissect them and expose them to examination for meaning and purpose.

There are those who believe that before we came into this physical body, we were part of the energy and love that exists in the spirit world. We were souls that had access to the limitless love and knowledge that’s available in that realm. But we eventually made a decision to come back into the physical world to experience and grow. But in order to experience and grow, we had to forget nearly everything that was available to us in the Spirit world. For those who believe or are open to the concept, a Life Between Lives Regression (LBL) can allow for access to that information

Life Between Lives session, also known as a Between Lives Regression. For those clients who have previously experienced Past Life Regression and are now looking for an even more profound experience, Life Between Lives (LBL) Regression is both an extension and evolution beyond Past Life Regression. Through deep hypnosis soul memories are accessed of your travels through the spiritual realms following your most recent incarnation. It is also an advanced therapeutic intervention to access your life between lifetimes, enabling you to heal, gain greater understanding of your life’s path and ways to empower your present. This is because the techniques of LBL therapy allow access to our soul memories in a higher state of consciousness we call the superconscious mind. The key for the application and success of LBL therapy is the length of the session and depth of the trance state.

This procedure permits subjects to connect with their soul-self, enabling them to bridge their physical incarnations and connect with a more permanent immortal life in the spirit world. Once connected to one’s ‘eternal self’, a client is able to see their evolutionary karmic growth pattern over a vast amount of earth time in many bodies, while mentally residing in the ‘world between lives’. One then learns why those bodies were chosen; the ‘fit’ between the experiences encountered in past and present lives; and the lessons they bring.

The LBL client, when in a state of super-consciousness, is able to transcend identification with physical incarnations to access a deeper, eternal nature that actively records the lessons of those lives as part of an evolutionary growth of soul-consciousness. Past and present human lives are seen as but alter-egos of an eternal identity. In this state of heightened perception and understanding clients are then able to find their own answers to age-old questions such as:

“Who am I?” … “Why am I here?” … “Where do I come from?”

One of the most profound spiritual experiences available to individuals who undergo LBL regression is direct contact with personal teachers known as spirit guides. These wise beings have been assigned to us since our creation and directly connect with clients during their sessions in such a meaningful way that the encounter becomes “therapeutic”. Later, this knowledge in a conscious state promotes a transcendental awareness of having a personal relationship with a higher power. Many clients will be shown other past lives relevant to their current purpose. Clients may report about how time is spent in the spirit world and/or meeting with their primary soul groups. It is during the time spent with the soul’s individual council that often provides the answers to the questions about life purpose. Some clients will go to the place of life selection, where they get a deeper understanding of why they chose the particular body and life they are occupying. With amazing consistency, LBL clients experience warmth, understanding and compassion; usually much more far-reaching than what they have experienced in a body.

Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression explores relationships, lessons and themes carried forward throughout several lifetimes, including the present incarnation. It is a deeply profound exploration of one’s soul’s immortal existence from this loving realm between lives. Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression allows one to learn more about their current life by connecting with their higher-self, spirit guides and teachers at the soul-level of the mind to gain an expanded sense of meaning and purpose regarding their current life journey. Clients not only discover their purpose for being, they also discover they had a choice in choos1ng this body and life. It’s empowering to understand that we had a choice in choosing these relationships, both loving and difficult, and what purpose they serve. It brings a sense of comfort “knowing” that we are not alone, help is available to us, and that the soul continues on after we die. Client’s may visit areas of rest and rejuvenation, body selection, libraries, meeting with soul groups, and their own Council of Elders where they explore their growth as a soul and karmic lessons. Interactions with spirit guides and Elders provides better understanding of their purpose as they move forward in their current Incarnation. Experiencing this opens up a channel of awareness to our guides and teachers that continues after our session is over, reminding us that we are not alone as we live out the remainder of our current lives. It is a deeply personal journey to connect with one’s soul-self to gain insight into one’s life lessons, challenges and relationships. Great healing and a sense of peace comes thru these sessions. Understanding the interconnectedness of all souls allows one to live out the remainder of their current life in a much more conscious and meaningful way. Clients have a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in this world with a deeper commitment to living out their soul’s contract or life’s purpose. From the perspective of the higher-mind, insights are revealed that help clients to begin to release outdated beliefs and burdens that are holding them back. With this knowledge, they are better equipped to release anger or old resentments towards others, because they have a greater understanding of their own role in this. As a result, they are able to take responsibility for their actions and live in a more conscious way. Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression offers a therapeutic opportunity to readdress these issues from the current life body. and brain to bring insightful awareness for healing old wounds they have been working through for many lifetimes. Connecting to ones soul-self this way brings Profound healing at a deeply emotional level as one understands their soul’s purpose along their journey thru time. In addition to answers to current life questions, Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression answers the age-old question of “What happens to us when we die?” For many it is comforting to know that once the body dies, the soul continues on to rejoin with our loved ones once we leave our earthly existence.

In your Life Between Lives session, you touch the divine not through books, psychic readings, or institutional dogma, but through your own unique personal experience. As you encounter the majesty of your soul, the beauty of your soul’s true home, and the presence of love and order in the universe, a shift in consciousness takes place, a transformation. Seeing, experiencing for yourself the grand continuity of existence and spiritual development brings a liberation, a hopefulness, and a renewed determination to fulfill your soul’s contract and present life purpose.

Identify between 4 to 6 significant people in your life who have had either a positive or negative impact on you. State the relationship they have with you.

Past Life Wounds-Present Life Problems|Healing the Problems|

Past life therapyYou may or may not be a believer of having lived many lives previous to the one you are now. There are many medical practitioners that use past life regressions that originated from using traditional hypnotherapy. Dr. Brian Weiss, psychiatrist, MD was the scientific skeptic that had many of his clients who undergone regression for phobias only to repeated instances of his clients experiences memories of a past life. He has one client that had a phobia to water and through hypnotherapy, she had relieved a memory from a past life. Dr. Brian Weiss was intrigued and did further research and continued to find great benefits to individuals being relieved from their phobias using past life regression.

The belief is this: if our bodies have muscle memory then our souls can continue memories from our past lives that can harbour itself into our present lives if we haven’t resolved the conflict prior to. Pain is known to be contributed by not just chemical imbalances or physical injuries but it is also linked emotionally and mentally. The subconscious mind has great influence to our bodily disturbances and relief. If our past memories are deep within our subconscious minds then the pain that is engrained can be manifested in our physical bodies and mental state.

Past Life Regression is another holistic method for relief from pain, phobias and addictions and any unwanted behaviours that could be triggered from a past life that hasn’t been resolved. Once a client undergoes the regression they are able to feel more relief and the exposure of the event will allow them to relax and change perspectives and move on from the event. Once it is brought to surface it can be released and the present pain or phobia can also be released. A lot of the times people that we have lost in this present life can also be contacted and many people feel more relief and closure.

Whatever the emotional wound is that you have experienced, the root cause of it may go way back into your Past Lives. It could also be because of the karmic package you have bought into this lifetime from your Past Lives. This course is an in depth self journey into significant points in childhood in this life and Past Lives. Past-life exploration can also shed new light on current physical and emotional issues. Many times the symptoms we feel are said to be “all in your head” by a doctor. If there are no physiological or psychology reasons for the issue, then past-life exploration would be a wonderful way to uncover cell memory of a past trauma. Often a Past Life Regression can reveal the “root cause” of a present symptom, injury or chronic illness. A fear of water could be related to a drowning in a past-life. In many instances, physical infirmities, disabilities, and even birthmarks, have origins in one or more past lives.

If we die without healing and emotional resolution, we will re-create the same drama in future lives in order to grant the opportunities to heal and move away from the fearful belief system. The most powerful false belief systems are those that have painful emotional charges connected to them.

The fact this lifetime is causing you so much pain means you may have been in a highly toxic past-life relationship that’s unresolved. The recognition and healing of what is really going on can provide the knowledge necessary to honor you and move on. If the relationship is salvageable, it may grant the insight to resolve the hidden issues you can’t quite put your finger on.

Many of us can relate to certain relationships in our lives which are extremely painful and traumatic, yet we can’t seem to find a solution to stop the pain. These connections aren’t just limited to love partners. This may involve your mother or father, your child, a friend or anyone else in your life. It can be extremely useful to target the core wound of these relationships in order to release the dense energy that has been trapped regarding these issues.

It is usual to find individuals who have been playing out the same episodes with the same people lifetime to lifetime. If this pattern is not healed and liberated the pattern may continue for centuries.

It must be stated that past-life work alone isn’t enough and isn’t a quick fix. It’ll break down a wall that seemed indestructible, but if we don’t keep working on new positive belief systems we easily default to the old patterns.

It can’t be emphasised strongly enough – self-work is a lifestyle not a transient event.

At the end of the day there’s no ‘magic bullet’. We have to work extremely hard at changing our beliefs about life and ourselves, and take responsibility for evolving and developing ourselves.
