meridians

Meridians & Diseases | Cosmic Energy, Prana Shakti, Qi, Chi

Healing the meridians is based on the concept that an insufficient supply of  Prana Shakti (Cosmic Energy, ki, chi or life force) makes a person vulnerable to disease.

Prana Shakti flows continuously from one meridian to another and any break in the flow is an indication of imbalance.

If a person’s vitality or energy is recognizably diminished it is an indication that the body’s organs or tissues are functioning poorly, therefore the Prana Shakti flow is inadequate.

Energy healing is valuable because it enables you to select the right treatment for any person or situation and it views the body as a whole and uses observations on the outside to understand what is going on in the inside.  Unlike most conventional medicine, Energy healing also recognises the relationship between humans and their environment.

A ‘subtle’ free-flowing energy in the body known as Prana Shakti (Qi or Chi) that sustains all life.  Even today, quantum physics confirms that everything is made of energy.  Prana Shakti or Qi in fact connects our body with our consciousness (spirit), and so when it’s in balance, so too is our body and mind.

Prana Shakti or Qi runs along energy channels called ‘meridians’ which connect all the organs and systems in the body.  There are 14 meridian pathways which run along the body in a single continuous one-way direction of unbroken energy flow.  Each meridian has a ‘beginning’ and ‘end’ point and runs on both sides of the body (except for the ‘central’ and ‘governing’ meridians which only run down the middle of the body).

Prana Shakti needs to be balanced, flow freely and not become stagnated or obstructed.  Unfortunately, stress and anxiety can overload the body’s circuit to create energy blockages, so if the natural flow is impeded in any way – disease can develop.  Our meridians have to be therefore reset and re-balanced before energy can flow harmoniously again.

Our vital energy can be balanced through various methods and also by energy healing and also balancing one’s environment both internally and externally.

TCM ( Traditional Chinese Medicine) is also based upon two opposing forces ‘Yin’ and ‘Yang’ which are two different types of Qi, which attract each other.  Yin represents internal, cold, deficient and chronic factors whilst Yang represents external, heat, excess and acute conditions.  Nothing is neutral, either the yin or yang force will always dominate depending upon the individual.

TCM also adopts the principles of the five elements or phases.  These include:

  • FIRE – this relates to the heart and small intestine meridians and concerns heat and blood circulation.
  • EARTH – this relates to the spleen and stomach meridians and concerns digestion, transportation and transformation of food.
  • METAL – this relates to the lung and large intestine meridians and concerns the control of vital energy and the receiving and discharging of the body’s waste.
  • WATER – this relates to the kidney and the bladder meridians and so regulates water metabolism, stores ‘jing’ (our ‘essence’ – especially our kidney essence), and helps to regulate our brain function and marrow and bones.
  • WOOD – this relates to the liver and gallbladder meridians which are responsible for building and storing blood, and also regulating the flow of Qi.

Our Emotional Well-Being

In TCM, emotions and physical health are intimately connected.  Sadness, nervous tension and anger, worry, fear, and overwork are each associated with a particular organ in the body.  For example, irritability and inappropriate anger can affect the liver and result in menstrual pain, migraines, headaches, redness of the face and eyes, dizziness and dry mouth.

Organ systems in the traditional Far-Eastern sense are part of our holistic body system and are each inter-related.  Once one or indeed several organ meridian systems are identified as ‘over’ or ‘under’ activated, the necessary adjustments can be made to restore balance and harmony across the entire body.

By understanding these connections and how each are greatly affected by our emotions, we can see how an eye disorder such as conjunctivitis might be due to an imbalance in the liver, or excess menstrual flow may be due to dysfunction in the liver’s blood-storing ability. Besides emotions, other factors such as dietary, environmental, lifestyle, and hereditary factors also contribute to the development of imbalances.

The emotions associated with each main organ system include:

Spleen (Earth element)

  • Emotions – worry, dwelling or focusing too much on a particular topic, excessive mental work
  • Spleen Function – Food digestion and nutrient absorption. Helps in the formation of blood and energy. Keeps blood in the blood vessels. Connected with muscles, mouth, and lips. Involved in thinking, studying, and memory.
  • Symptoms of Spleen Imbalance – Tired, loss of appetite, mucus discharge, poor digestion, abdominal distension, loose stools or diarrhoea. Weak muscles, pale lips. Bruising, excess menstrual blood flow and other bleeding disorders.

Lung (Metal element)

  • Emotions – grief, sadness, detached.
  • Lung Function – Respiration. Forms energy from air, and helps to distribute it throughout the body. Works with the kidney to regulate water metabolism. Important in the immune system and resistance to viruses and bacteria. Regulates sweat glands and body hair, and provides moisture to the skin.
  • Symptoms of Lung Imbalance – Shortness of breath and shallow breathing, sweating, fatigue, cough, frequent cold and flu, allergies, asthma, and other lung conditions. Dry skin. Depression and crying.

Liver (Wood element)

  • Emotions – anger, resentment, frustration, irritability, bitterness, rage, quick temper.
  • Liver Function – Involved in the smooth flow of energy and blood throughout the body. Regulates bile secretion, stores blood, and is connected with the tendons, nails, and eyes.
  • Symptoms of Liver Imbalance – breast distension, menstrual pain, headache, irritability, inappropriate anger, dizziness, dry, red eyes and other eye conditions, tendonitis.

Heart (Fire element)

  • Emotions – lack of enthusiasm and vitality, mental restlessness, depression, insomnia, despair.
  • Heart Function – Regulates the heart and blood vessels. Responsible for even and regular pulse. Influences vitality and spirit. Connected with the tongue, complexion, and arteries.
  • Symptoms of Heart Imbalance – Insomnia, heart palpitations and irregular heart beat, excessive dreaming, poor long-term memory, psychological disorders.

Kidney (Water element)

  • Emotions – fearful, weak willpower, insecure, aloof, isolated.
  • Kidney Function – Key organ for sustaining life. Responsible for reproduction, growth and development, and maturation. Involved with lungs in water metabolism and respiration. Connected with bones, teeth, ears, and head hair.
  • Symptoms of Kidney Imbalance – Frequent urination, urinary incontinence, night sweats, dry mouth, poor short-term memory, low back pain, body ph imbalances, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, and other ear conditions. Premature grey hair, hair loss, and osteoporosis.

Since everyone is different, a specific treatment to rebalance the body’s Qi flow may work for one person, but perhaps may not work for another.

Psychic Vampires – Encounters with Real Life Vampires

Have you ever met someone who drains you of energy? They may be well-meaning, but something about them leaves you weak and exhausted. Such people can drain all your energy simply by shaking your hand or talking to you. And they are everywhere! We mediums call them “psychic vampires.”

Psychic Vampires

Psychic vampires are people who do their damage by a telepathic draining of their victim’s auric energy, affixing themselves to it like a parasite. They are usually dominant, extrovert, and highly talkative. In extreme cases, they are very intense and sometimes slightly manic. In these individuals, fear is usually present in the background of their consciousness. You must learn to protect yourself from their negative influences.

If a psychic vampire becomes a close friend or a partner, the long-term effect can be very harmful. At first, neither of you will realize what is happening, but gradually you will become debilitated and have a lack of motivation and energy. People who are the victims of psychic draining usually have an emaciated physique, a pallid complexion, and an overall sense of weakness. They are often suggestible people and the complete opposite in many ways to those who display psychic vampirism.

Psychic vampirism is often present in people who have a degree of paranoia or repressed fear. This type of person may be stubborn and hold bigoted views. They like to win arguments. Never argue with this sort of person, as you will never win. They want an argument in order to prove to themselves that they are better than you are. It’s best to simply back away from this type of person, and even avoid eye contact. Speak to them in a soothing low voice and try to change the topic of conversation to something pleasant

Drained by a Vampire

The same draining can also happen when you met people who are overtly extrovert. Often the “life and soul of the party” is someone who drains the life from the partygoers! People who like to be the centre of attention may seek to drain the energy of everyone who is watching them. We see celebrities who love the adoration of their public, they often speak of how it gives them a “high” to have all this energy directed at them. The same can occur at political rallies, in theatres, public meetings, or even during a demonstration of mediumship in a Spiritualist Church. In these instances, the person who is the centre of attention can be uplifted, but without detriment to others. In a one-to-one situation, however, an entertaining person can also be a spiritually draining.

Insecurity can also cause a person to become a psychic vampire. Something may have happened to them in their past that gives them a fear of abandonment and an anxiety that the problems will reoccur. They may think that everyone drains their energy so their response is to compensate by taking the energy from others. These people may make you feel depressed or tired. They may engage in tedious conversation and come across as helpless and dependent on others.

It is advisable not to be drawn into trying to solve the perceived problems of this sort of person. They may actually enjoy thinking that they are the victim and may not necessarily be looking for a self-empowering solution to their behaviour problem. If their depression is clinical, they may need medical assistance. Sometimes these individuals live in constant fear of rejection and abandonment. You may give them some words of encouragement and optimism, but do not necessarily try to solve their problems.

A great many people adopt negative mental habits that prevent them from being a self-sufficient individual. These habits can be subliminal, but they still result in their becoming emotionally dependent on others. This type of personality, again, is likely to drain the energy from your aura. They strive to involve other people in their lives and make demands on them. Living from moment to moment, they have no structure in their lives or plans for the future. This type of individual may be prone to fantasy, have a deep sense of isolation, and resent self-dependent people. This may result in a muffled anger towards others which taints the energy they project. Helping this sort of a person can be problematic. They will be very creative in their ability to find reasons to reject your advice.

Where Real Vampires Lurk

Psychic vampires lurk in unexpected places and are sometimes successful people. People driven by the need for personal power may draw from the energy of the people around them. These people may have high-paying jobs, a good reputation, a perfect spouse and family, and look in perfect health, but they never really draw any real satisfaction from life. They often find it hard to engage intellectually or emotionally with other people and maintain a continual sense of urgency. Again, this type of person can quickly deplete your energy and it is best to avoid them if possible. If you are drawn to this type of person, you may find that their energy is increased at your expense.

It is best not to look these people in the eye. Not only are the eyes an important part of human communication, but yogis believe that energy is projected through them as well. Some people believe the left eye is the passive one so, if circumstances dictate that you meet the gaze of a person displaying psychic vampirism, it is better to look only at the left eye.

How to recognise Psychic Vampires

Psychic vampires will probably exhibit several of the following characteristics, the more of these behaviours, opinions, obsessions or characteristics they display the more likely it is that they are psychic vampires. If any of these traits feel uncomfortably close to home you may yourself be a psychic vampire without realising it. Having one or two of the traits that you do recognise does not make you a psychic vampire per se, but may indicate that you should look carefully at changing this particular unconscious behaviour if it is afflicted upon or affects another human being. Unfortunately psychic vampires generally do not or are not able to recognise or realise these traits within themselves. Remember, the psychic vampire does not have to have any occult connection whatsoever, it can be a person you meet in your mundane life, but as this article is specifically geared toward a Pagan audience, the traits are given from a more occult perspective. These main traits are:

1. An uncontrollable urge to dominate nature, it may speak boastfully about controlling the weather or that it has powerful elemental spirits under its control.

2. A self-righteous compulsion to help others offering healing and advice to the point that their victim will become hooked on the consultations or sessions. In a lot of cases the psychic vampire offers no real help at all, causing the victim to be entirely dependent upon the psychic vampire’s aid. If the victim decides to seek help elsewhere the psychic vampire will be quick to point out “all they have done” for the victim in the past.

3. Creating living and working environments that are fast-paced, somewhat secretive and chaotic in an attempt to throw other people off guard. Their lack of true communication allows the psychic vampire to manipulate all situations so that others are overtly overwhelmed and anxious when trying to live or work in these environments whilst the psychic vampire will appear to be particularly well organised and calm externally.

4. An obsession to achieve all of their personal desires (gain of money, powerful careers or social lives, sexual fulfilment, etc.) without considering the cost to anyone else—and in this oftentimes creates its own self-undoing. Often the psychic vampire forgets to consider all the consequences of its actions even on its own life, focusing only upon the quenching of its all-consuming desires. This inability to consider the consequences of its actions often lands the psychic vampire in places and situations that it had no idea would occur and when this happens, watch out, for its anger can be violent when finding itself in negative situations of their own making because it will take no responsibility for its actions and blame all responsibility on others. Often psychic vampires will take out their own misery, responsibility and blame on the weak, ill, or someone much younger (like children or young adults), unable to transfer these feelings of inadequacy onto anyone it deems to be as experienced or powerful as itself in any way.

5. An innate desire to control its personal and intimate relationships down to the last detail. There can be sexual dynamics in all its relationships (even relationships that are not sexual ones) that border on the sado-masochistic. “[S&M] provides sexual pleasure to dominate the partner completely, to play with him [or her] like a cat with a mouse”—Adolf Guggenbühl-Craig. This is not to say that people that enjoy sexual play like S&M are psychic vampires, but this trait may be apparent in a psychic vampire if it is found in combination with several of the other traits.

6. Severe outbursts of anger or rage or violence in the face of insignificant or mundane annoyances. When the psychic vampire needs to feed it will explode all small or petty problems into traumas of major proportion. This instantly transforms the psychic vampire from the nice, serene person you thought you knew into an angry, venomous volcano that you’ve never met before.

7. A fear of change (death) or rather an undeniably overwhelming fear of being unable to manipulate and control all the details of any change in their lives, either major or mundane. Because the actual fear is the inability to control the “deaths” in its life, they may embrace a romantic preoccupation with art, literature and popular entertainments that involve death as the major theme and may even dress or costume itself in this romantically dark style, sometimes termed as Gothic. (This is not to say that all psychic vampires dress as Goths or that all Goths are psychic vampires and should not be taken as such.) Many psychic vampires may even occasionally, subtly allude to failed suicide attempts or close brushes with death. The preoccupation with death can be what has led it to a resistance to life. “Life is a dynamic, pulsating force; it is energy and consciousness manifested in many ways; and there is no evil as such unless there is a resistance to life. The resistance is the manifestation of what is called evil”—John C. Pierrakos.

8. A lack of a sense of humour or the inability to tell jokes. The psychic vampire may be able to make jokes at others’ expense but will either not acknowledge a joke at itself or will become quite angry if one is made of it.

9. Projecting its feelings of being bad, ashamed, or even actually evil upon another person or group of individuals. They may appear to be “perfect” or meticulous in their actions, manners, and physical appearance and above reproach in all of their activities whilst subconsciously suspecting that they have an evil nature. This causes the psychic vampire to project its fear-driven subconscious wrath onto another. If this is the case you may hear the psychic vampire say things like:

o “I am totally innocent and justified in my actions whilst THEY are guilty and bad and wrong in everything that THEY do.”

o “I simply inform others of the truth and THEY lie and use propaganda.”

o “I am only defending myself, THEY are making my life continually a misery.”

There is no conclusive physical description of the psychic vampire because anyone can be one (whether they know they are or not). If you found yourself thinking that some of these above traits seem very familiar to you, then turn around and look for the psychic vampire among your circle of associates for they may be close by…or if these traits hit even closer to home, then perhaps you should go and look into a mirror to see if you can find the reflection of the psychic vampire looking back at you. For unlike the fictional blood vampire, the psychic vampire can see their reflection in a mirror, if only they’d look hard enough.

soul leaving body

What happens when a person dies? Spirits, Entities, Ghosts

Just before death, the etheric body begins to loosen itself from the physical body. Then the person experiences intermittent loss of consciousness until the loss is permanent. At this point of death, whatever pain or agony the person is suffering ceases, and a total sense of peace and tranquillity descends on to the person. He or she registers this transition with a calm and peaceful look on the face instead of the agonising grimace just before death. The body is now limp and flaccid. As these physical changes are occurring, the etheric body slowly disentangles itself from the physical body. The point of entrance through the Gates of Death coincides with the severance of the silver cord, which joins the physical forehead to the back of the head of the etheric body. From here onwards, no healer in the world can resuscitate the dead person.

After the severance of the silver cord, the etheric body slowly emanates through the crown chakra as a cloud. When it is completely out of the body, it reforms into an etheric body that looks exactly like the corpse left behind on the bed. At this point, he may not know that he is dead. This knowledge will determine the future fate of his spirit. If he knows that he is dead, than he will either go straight to the astral world or he will linger on to say good-bye to his loved ones, after which he will depart to the astral. Friends, relatives or guides from the astral world will accompany him there. However, the ones who do not know that they are dead will remain earth-bound. The time spent saying good-bye varies between days and months. When they finally leave for the astral, they will shed their etheric forms, and enter the astral in their astral bodies. These are different from the etheric bodies, which are the exact replica of the physical. The astral body may appear in one of three forms. They can appear just as they are at the time of death; or they more likely appear as in their prime (e.g. 30-35 years old). It takes time to come to one’s prime: it is not an immediate affair. The third form is entirely different from the above 2 astral or etheric forms, but the percipients can still easily recognise this 3rd form. This 3rd form frequently occurs in our dreams, and yet we can easily recognise the individuals. They can fly with ease, and may squeeze themselves through keyholes. If a person died with an arm or leg missing, the astral form will be whole again. However, if the spirit is earth-bound, then he will look just as old as when he died, and if an arm is missing, he will still be without an arm.

After working on one’s vibrations to improve them in the astral, one may then upgrade to the mental realm. This transition necessitates the shedding of the astral (emotional) body. This is a very painful process, and it is also called the second death, because all emotions of love, anger, joy, sadness and happiness have to be left behind. In the mental realm, one may assume a form as a ‘ball of light’; this ball of light will still be recognised by friends and relatives. After much more effort and practice, one may further upgrade to higher spiritual realms and so on. These gradations upwards are interspersed by many earthly incarnations.

Now where are all these realms? They are not anywhere faraway. These realms are all around us. We promote ourselves to higher realms through a heightening of our vibrations. We can move from one realm to another whilst remaining in the same spot. It is like increasing the speed of an electric fan: when the speed is slow the fan blades are discernible, but they become less and less discernible as the speed increases until the blades cannot be seen at all. That means if you are of the middle astral, you may not be able to see another spirit in the higher astral, even though both of you are on the same spot. As in the analogy of the fan, as one moves up in the spiritual realm, it becomes more difficult to communicate directly with one’s loved ones on earth. This is because the faster vibrating spirit (higher speed fan) will destroy or burn the slower vibrating individual on earth. The higher spirit must do it through a medium on earth or through some spirits whose function is to transmit messages to the living.

Another point about communicating with the dead is that one must not repeatedly call back the dead. This is because if the recently departed has just arrived at the middle astral, and a loved one on earth repeatedly calls him back, he is behoved to stay earth-bound by these numerous calls. If need be, the deceased can be called back just to make sure that he is all right, or if some information is urgently required, but this practice should not be repeated at all.

It can be used for revenge, find and retain love, destroy a marriage or relationship, improve business opportunities, win in games of luck, find a lost pet, cause illness, wreck havoc on lives and properties, paralyze an enemy, the list goes on and on according to the desire and wishes of the Voodoo High Priest.

This is not your everyday voodoo doll that you see being paraded on Internet websites made of cloth and stuffed with wool. these are items designed to mimic the real doll and used by charlatans for entertainment purposes.

The real Voodoo Doll is made of partly clay and partly wood as you can see from the picture above. it is calved in the image of the victim in a miniature form. when the calving is complete, something, a hair, nail clippings or used unwashed cloth that contains the victims DNA will be used to animate the Doll. animation is trapping the victim’s soul inside the doll. then a pin will be fabricated with the victims natal date of birth. one night, when the position of the planet Saturn and Jupiter are situated at an angle of attack relative to the sun, the pin goes in. the instant the pin goes into the doll, the victim begins to manifest what the voodoo priest intended it to do. the instructions for the victim is given to the doll through series of voodoo incantations that must be repeated in the original language. you change or replace one word and the entire procedure falls apart requiring a repeat of the procedure.

spiritual interference

Ghost, Haunted House, Curse, Spirit Attachment & Releasement

Spirit Release

Many people believe in life after death and that the soul lives on. What most people may not realise is the degree to which our lives can be affected by spiritual interference.

When we die, we separate from the physical body and enter a transition into the spirit world. However sometimes for many reasons the spirit does not make this transition.

Most people who die transition from the Earth realm to higher realms. A spirit attachment is a person who has died i.e, leaving their physical body but not moved beyond the earth plane. This can happen for several reasons: they missed the window available to return to the Light, they had a sudden, traumatic death and did not realize they died, or they had family members/loved ones clinging to them energetically, unable to accept their passing.

As a result of missing the opportunity to move on, they remain here, and may attach to someone living. In certain cases, rather than attaching to a person, a spirit will choose to inhabit a location—a home or other building—where they feel comfortable.

Spirits who attach to an individual—or their surroundings—affect that person emotionally, physically, and spiritually, as long as they stay with him or her; they may experience nightmares, audible whispers at night etc. This can last an entire lifetime if they do not get the right help. Luckily, any type of spirit attachment can be removed and sent where they need to go, for good.

Have you ever had an uneasy feeling within a room, as though some unseen force was there? Have you ever sensed the presence of spirits or ghosts or felt you were not alone? Most of us have had these experiences at some stage in our lives and when this occurs within our homes we can often feel very troubled, even frightened. These events are not uncommon.

Cleansing your home and removing the non beneficial energies can help you in many ways move towards creating a more positive atmosphere. However, this very aspect of cleansing is all too often overlooked.

Spirit release is literally the separation of your energies or the buildings energies from the entity (spirit or negative energy) that has attached itself to them. Where possible the spirit can then be helped to move on to the light where they can receive help.

Freeing an earthbound spirit takes compassion and a calm nature. Spirits were living people at one time and they may be lonely or frightened by their experience. It is a real honour to do this work and the sense of relief you feel inside when they finally cross over cannot be put into words.

Spirit Attachments

Science has not yet proved the presence of spirit attachment. There is much evidence to suggest that these can and do exist and can have a strong influence on our lives.

Spirits may attach themselves to a building, the aura of a person or they may become internalised by taking up residence within an individual.

Sometimes a loved one will try and stay around to be with their family members and create a strong influence on the people this spirit once lived with.

Losing or aborting a baby during pregnancy may also produce a foetal attachment, which can in turn affect the emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing of a person.

Signs and Symptoms of Attachment

  • Feeling tired and depleted of energy
  • Suffering mood swings and/or impulsive behaviour
  • Unexplained bursts of anger, sadness or emotion
  • Hearing inner voices
  • A feeling of ‘this isn’t me’
  • Problems with addictions
  • Poor memory, concentration or confusion

  • Feelings of being watched, unexplained sensations or smells
  • Cold areas in your home, a sense of someone else in the room
  • A person who has not been the same since an accident, since losing a loved one, or since moving house

Types of Attachment

  • Earth bound spirits, ghosts and lost souls
  • Negative energy and psychic attack
  • Curses, cords and contracts
  • Past life attachments and ancestral patterns
  • Earth energies

Spirit Attachment & Releasement

Spirit attachment has been known about by mediums and psychics for a very long time but is only now coming into the limelight – mainly due to the increase in paranormal investigations. Spirit attachment is basically just what it says. A living person has the energy or spirit of a dead person/entity attached to them. Many are parasitic, some malevolent others are benign. There are also the few rare cases where it is alleged that spirits have attached to people who then are able to do things they had no talent for previously such as writing music, painting, drawing, and writing poetry and so on. However, in most cases attachments range from being temporary and unpleasant to long-term and terrifying. There are also physical and mental health complications.

Spirit attachment is very common and unfortunately nearly always goes unnoticed although some situations can be very upsetting indeed.

Some people are more susceptible to picking up stray spirits than others. There are many ways of unintentionally picking up spirits. Hospitals and pubs are very likely places – hospitals, because people die in them, and therefore there are likely to be more lost souls in hospitals than in other places and pubs, because tend to attract the lost souls of alcoholics which then in turn attach themselves to a person so they can have the pleasure of drink.

It is possible that you can pick up lost souls (spirits) when you get very emotional or from being unconscious from an accident, or an operation, as this can alter your mind pattern and put you in a state where you are more likely to pick them up. Further, some people’s energy fields are very susceptible and for some reason they just attach conversely, other people’s energy fields are strong in such a way that spirits just never do attach. It must be realized that these symptoms could have other causes and may not be in any way connected to an attached spirit.

Besides Earthbound spirit, ghost or lost soul attachment, other factors should also be considered such as thought forms, psychic attack, curses and vows, past life attachments and ancestral patterns, inner child residuals, dark forces and demons, collective unconscious, and mind control programs. Some paranormal investigators and researchers also consider elementals, ET implants and entity clusters.

Most people who die move from the Earth realm to higher realms. A spirit attachment is a person who has died (aka leaving their physical body) but not moved beyond the earth plane.

Spirits who attach to an individual—or their surroundings—affect that person emotionally, physically, and spiritually, as long as they stay with him or her ie;  they may experience nightmares, audible whispers at night etc. This can last an entire lifetime if they do not get  the right help. Luckily, any type of spirit attachment can be removed and sent where they need to go, for good.

Why do spirits attach to the living?

The most common reason spirits attach is because they have the ability to do so, and often go undected. We are all energy. So are they. Most people can’t see spirits with the naked eye because spirits no longer have the density of a human body. As a result, they are able to come and go as they choose.

These beings may feel lost without a physical body and decide to attach because coexisting with a live person gives them the chance to do human things again.  A spirit that had bad habits while living, takes them with them when they die, ie; smoking, drinking, swearing etc. While inhabiting a person—commnonly known as a possession—they can eat, drink, have sex, and feel all the normal physical pleasures and actions they felt before death. A person who drinks moderately may suddenly find themselves drinking noticeably more if they attract a spirit who drank excessively.

Karmic attachments almost always involve a personal connection with the person they attach to. The person who died often wants to even a score because they feel unresolved about a life changing incident that occurred with the living person. As a result, they carry feelings of hurt, anger, revenge – enough resentment to attach to the individual they feel wronged them. This can be an experience from this or a former life.

Spirits that are not karmic are attracted to individuals they feel a resonance with.  This can be a person who reminds them of someone they knew and liked. It can also be someone who shares similar emotional issues, such as depression and grief. Also, the dominant personality of the spirit does not change after it leaves the body. For example, if they were a person who lived a life of drama they will be attracted to someone with similar tendencies.

Another common reason that entities to attach to the living is that they are in fear. They are concerned about suffering consequences from the way they lived their lives. This is especially true if they hold any regrets or shame about how they treated people, or actions they took while on the Earth-plane.

Many fear leaving the familiar realm—the Earth‐plane—because what exists “out there” is unknown. Our society does not teach people how to prepare for when they transition (die). They may also be concerned that they will end up in “Hell,” as they learned it from their religion, parents, school.

When Does Spirit Attachment Happen?

When you are in a vulnerable or weakened state, and your energy field is open.
  • During traumatic and abusive events, especially sexual abuse
  • During moments of fear and panic
  • While using alcohol, drugs, narcotics, pain pills, sleeping pills
  • During severe emotional experiences (such as anger, rage, hatred, desire for revenge, depression, and self-destructive feelings)
  • While giving or receiving healing energy without proper spiritual protection
  • While knocked unconscious from accidents or falls with a blow to the head
  • While unconscious during surgical anesthesia
  • Organ transplant
  • Death of family members or friends
  • Terminated pregnancies or miscarriages of your own or your mother
  • While visiting hospitals or places where people are in fear
  • While visiting places with a history of tragic death
  • During combat

Spirit Attachment of dark energies or demonic entities may cause:

  • Sudden severe illness
  • Night terrors and nightmares
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Obsessive compulsive thoughts
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder symptoms
  • Post Partum Depression
  • Irrational behavior
  • Multiple personalities
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Criminal behavior
  • Mental illness
  • Insanity
  • Patterns of trauma and tragedy in family
  • Schizophrenia
  • Fear of a Higher Power, White Light, Spiritual Deities

black magic voodoo spells

Black Magic, Hex, Curse, Voodoo, Witchcraft, Demons, Spirits

Black Magic (or Dark Magic or Dark Side Magic) is a form of magic or sorcery that draws on malevolent powers, and may be used for dark purposes or malevolent acts that deliberately cause harm in some way (e.g. to kill or injure, to cause misfortune or destruction, or for personal gain without regard to harmful consequences to others). In popular usage, the term “black magic” is sometimes used to describe any form of ritual that some group or person does not approve of.

Black magic is usually associated with Satanism and the “Left-Hand Path” belief systems, which value the advancement and preservation of the self and the pursuit of temporal and terrestrial goals, rather than the “Right-Hand Path”, which elevates spirituality, the strict observance of moral codes and the worship of deities. Outside of popular literature, it usually refers to magic utilized for gaining power and wealth or taking revenge, rather than for evil for evil’s sake.

Black magic in general terms is  the use of supernatural powers or magic for evil and selfish purposes.  It can also be emplyed bring love, success, health and happiness. With respect to the left-hand path and right-hand path dichotomy, black magic is the malicious counterpart of benevolent white magic. In modern times, many have  found that the definition of “black magic” has been convoluted by people who define magic or ritualistic practices that they disapprove of as “black magic”  critics of black magic forget to remember the good work  it produces. Like, love, protection, healing and etc.

The so-call white magic also contains black magic since it overrides free will. Black magic is a one way force; unstopable. It crushes all obtacles and produces the desired results. Contratry to popular views, black magic does not back fire. Though it has to be pointed out here that without adequate protection both to the priest and to the client, black magic can produce disastrous consequences if used to harm innocent people and property.

Like its counterpart white magic, the origins of black magic can be traced to the primitive, ritualistic worship of spirits. Unlike white magic,  it draws parallels with primitive shamanistic efforts to achieve closeness with spiritual beings, the rituals that developed into modern “black magic” were designed to invoke those same spirits to produce beneficial outcomes for the practitioner.

During the Renaissance, many magical practices and rituals were considered evil or irreligious and by extension, “black magic” in the broad sense. Witchcraft and non-mainstream esoteric study were prohibited and targeted by the Inquisition.  As a result, natural magic developed as a way for thinkers and intellectuals to advance esoteric and ritualistic study (though still often in secret) without significant persecution.

In particular, though, the term was most commonly reserved for those accused of invoking demons and other evil spirits, those hexing or cursing their neighbours, those using magic to destroy crops and those capable of leaving their earthly bodies and travelling great distances in spirit

In a modern context, the line between “white magic” and “black magic” is somewhat clearer and most modern definitions focus on intent rather than practice. There is also an extent to which many modern Wicca and witchcraft practitioners have sought to distance themselves from those intent on practising black magic. Those who seek to do harm or evil are less likely to be accepted into mainstream Wiccan circles or covens in an era where benevolent magic is increasingly associated with new-age gnosticism and self-help spiritualism.

Satanism and devil-worship
The influence of popular culture has allowed other practices to be drawn in under the broad banner of “black magic” including the concept of Satanism . While the invocation of demons or spirits is an accepted part of black magic, this practice is distinct from the worship or deification of such spiritual beings.

Those lines, though, continue to be blurred by the inclusion of spirit rituals from otherwise “white magicians” in compilations of work related to Satanism.

White magic is supposedly utilized only for good or unselfish purposes, and black magic, we are told, is used only for selfish or “evil” reasons. Satanism draws no such dividing line. Magic is magic, be it used to help or hinder. The Satanist, being the magician, should have the ability to decide what is just, and then apply the powers of magic to attain his goals. Satanism is not a white light religion; it is a religion of the flesh, the mundane, the carnal – all of which are ruled by Satan, the personification of the Left Hand Path.

Voodoo
Voodoo, too, has been associated with modern “black magic”; drawn together in popular culture and fiction. However, while hexing or cursing may be accepted black magic practices, Voodoo has its own distinct history and traditions that have little to do with the traditions of modern witchcraft that developed with European practitioners like Gerald Gardner and Aleister Crowley.  In fact, Voodoo tradition makes its own distinction between black and white magic, with sorcerers like the Bokor known for using magic and rituals of both. But their penchant for magic associated with curses, poisons and zombies means they, and Voodoo in general, are regularly associated with black magic in particular.

Practices and Rituals
During his period of scholarship, A. E. Waite provided a comprehensive account of black magic practices, rituals and traditions in The Book of Black Magic and Ceremonial Magic. Other practitioners have expanded on these ideas and offered their own comprehensive lists of rituals and concepts. Black magic practices and rituals include:

True name spells – the theory that knowing a person’s true name allows control over that person, making this wrong for the same reason. This can also be used as a connection to the other person, or to free them from another’s compulsion, so it is in the grey area.

Curses and hexes
A curse can be as simple as wishing something bad would happen to another, through a complex ritual.

Demon Possession or Mental Illness?

Mental illness can mean different things to different people. In the scientific community, we believe that it can be a totally chemical based condition, but that’s only one possible diagnosis. Is there sometimes more than meets the eye? In many civilizations around the world, it’s not so much about what is physically wrong inside, but rather who may be around with you. The term ‘spirit possession’ is often used as a cultural explanation for what is happening, with symptoms similar to those of schizophrenia.

Belief in possession is not uncommon in psychosis, the mental state that can sometimes accompany severe mental illness and typically involves delusions and hallucinations. Psychiatry usually assumes all such experiences to be faults of the mind, rather than the result of other-worldly powers.

What causes mental illness and its various types? The answer lies in demon possession. When a person has mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar, major depression, psychosis, multiple personality disorder, or has suicidal thoughts, the individual has quite literally “lost their mind” to invading demon spirits.

Demon spirits pray on those who are weak mentally, physically and emotionally. When a person suffers a trauma in their life and they are unable to cope with the trauma mentally and emotionally, a part of their soul chooses not to have that experience and splits off causing “soul fragmentation”. This leaves a vacuum or space for demon spirits to reside within the soul and influence the mind and feelings of the person involved.

These demon spirits enter through holes in the aura when the person is emotionally vulnerable and seeks to “escape” their own life. Marijuana usage in teenagers who are often emotionally troubled and seek to escape the reality of their troubled lives. Taking drugs such as marijuana causes holes to appear in the aura. It is also a form of “escapism” that fragments the soul, leaving the individual open and vulnerable to demon possession. And this is why schizophrenia has been linked to marijuana usage. It is not the marijuana itself that is causing the schizophrenia, it is the invasion of the demon spirit that hi-jacks the soul and mind of the troubled teenager, after they have used marijuana.

This is why we see ordinary young adults stay healthy all their lives – free of schizophrenia – and then all of a sudden have schizophrenia after taking marijuana. It is because they have lost control of their mind due to demon possession.

Severe or more extreme types of mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar, personality disorder, multiple personality disorder, psychosis are caused by a large number of demon and earthbound spirits entering the soul of the person involved. The person has literally lost control of their soul and mind to malevolent or negative spirits. Major depression, suicide and suicidal thoughts are also caused by demon or earthbound spirits influencing the mind and the emotions of the person’s soul they inhabit.

Most people on earth have one or more earthbound or demon spirits within their soul, that has gained entry into their soul either during this lifetime or been carried over from a past life. Yet because demon spirits can only possess a soul according to the degree to which it has chosen to give away control of its soul, most demon possession is only partial in nature and the demon spirit expresses itself through the identity of the human ego. Most people cannot distinguish between what is of their own human ego, which is negative and fear-based in nature, and what is of a demon spirit that has infiltrated their soul under the guise of the ego.

Is a Person Really Possessed or Are They Mentally Ill?

This is a question I deal with a lot. Sadly, a large number of mentally ill people suffer from delusions of persecutions by demons, the dead, or other supernatural entities.   The devil and demons torment those that suffer from any number of psychotic disorders. People who might have lived locked up in a mental institution 50 years ago can now live relatively normal life free from the terror of the demons as spirit releasement has become popular in the recent years and people are able to get relief out of this spiritual therapy.
For sceptics, this is the obvious answer to all hauntings and demon possessions.  It is easy to say mental illness is the answer.  However,  I think there are ways to see a difference between the supernatural and the natural affects of mental illness.  Obviously, many psychiatrists and therapists don’t feel this way, but I think when diagnostic criteria for a mental illness aren’t met and treatment doesn’t work, other things could be considered.

A lot of people diagnosed with bipolar disorder have reported seeing shadow people, as well. Unfortunately, the majority of these people are describing their own paranormal experiences as delusions and hallucinations. The same goes for a lot of people who’ve been diagnosed with schizophrenia; they don’t believe in most of the things they have heard and seen. Should we be so quick to call ourselves crazy and assume that what we have seen or heard could not possibly be real? It actually makes me feel a little sad knowing that most people don’t believe in their own experiences or consider how their experiences with mental illness and paranormal activity can potentially be really profound and meaningful.

Am I suggesting that it’s impossible to experience a hallucination? No, not necessarily, but I don’t think we should immediately dismiss something just because it’s hard to explain or can’t be witnessed by everyone. Who’s to say what’s real and what isn’t? What if everything around us is an illusion, and we’re all a bit crazy for mistaking it to be real? I’ve grown tired of the “experts” who claim that this and that is impossible or unlikely. There is so much more to learn and understand about everything in life, including the paranormal and mental suffering, once you’re willing to adopt the “I don’t know” stance. Whenever we say “I don’t know how to explain that”, our curiosity and non-assuming nature might allow us to eventually come up with some pretty cool and interesting theories that bring us closer to the truth.

My biggest argument against labeling paranormal experiences as hallucinations is that it further adds to the mental illness stigma. It basically says that these people who “hallucinate” have a problem, that they’re out of touch with reality, that their experiences don’t count because there’s something wrong with their brain, and that they’re not credible or trustworthy sources whenever they speak about unusual experiences they’ve endured. What if we did a 180 and turned this view around? What if people suffering with mental illness became our teachers, offering us a new perspective about the nature of reality and all the phenomena surrounding us that normal oraverage people cannot see? Can you imagine that instead of feeling victimized and living in shame about their condition, these people might actually find meaning in their suffering? Instead of making these people feel flawed and in need of serious psychiatric help, what if we helped them to see their unique gifts through loving support? What if there are potential significant gains and a profound purpose behind mental illness, and we’ve been treating it the absolute wrong way for the past few centuries? The current mindset and approach seem a bit backwards to me.

The ways we’ve been conditioned to view mental illness and paranormal experiences are obviously limiting. Mental illness is seen as pointless suffering, and witnessing paranormal activity is either seen as absolute nonsense by the skeptics or a sign of a defective brain/sensory system that needs to be fixed through medication as soon as possible. I’m going to paraphrase a comment I found on a forum that illustrates the modern, limiting view of mental illness and paranormal experiences: “Your experiences sound very disturbing. I hope your new medications help you. Those paranormal entities you’ve seen are the products of your mind and nothing more. Embrace the medication’s ability to quiet the voices, and re-learn to see the world as it is: solid and un-magical.” So, in other words, people who perceive things beyond the physical realm need to dull their senses through medication because being highly sensitive is not normal and absolutely none of that stuff you’ve seen is real anyway because all the “normal people” are the experts on what does and does not exist in this vast universe.

I’m very curious about why so many people have reported seeing shadow people inside their homes and other dark, shadowy figures during something that is clinically referred to as “sleep paralysis”. Could these paranormal entities possibly be inter-dimensional beings that can only be seen by people who have higher levels of sensitivity? Or are the entities there to feed off the negative energy of those who are suffering or to increase their suffering, perhaps out of spite? I know someone of a skeptical mindset probably thinks all of this is a big load of crap, but I really suspect there’s something more going on here than just hallucinations and delusions.

If you were to question a group of people diagnosed with mental illness or sleep paralysis about their paranormal experiences, shouldn’t each person report a unique experience that is significantly different from what everyone else had seen if it was merely a hallucination? Why do people see the same beings and have such similar experiences? For example, countless people who’ve experienced sleep paralysis have encountered “the old hag” and “the hat man”. Many say the shadow entities are a race of malevolent supernatural beings, called the djinn, who despise and envy humans.

I’m not really attempting to explain why people with mental illness or sleep paralysis have reported paranormal experiences, but I trust that their experiences are valid and should be taken seriously because I trust in my own experiences with the paranormal. People who’ve never witnessed any of this will continue to ridicule us and probably say something ignorant like “go take your meds”, but I don’t think we should minimize our experiences and question ourselves simply because it’s not normal to see certain things. Maybe we possess certain abilities or gifts that have allowed us to have these experiences.

I can’t say for sure why any of these paranormal events occur. For now, maybe we should try to accept the fact that we don’t know why some people see entities while others don’t. We could also try to understand that our perception of life and the world around us is very limited during this human experience. It is truly ignorant if we were to say with confidence that we know everything there is to know about other realms and the universe. I encourage you to look deeper into these matters with a curious, open mind instead of dismissing anything paranormal with skepticism and self-assured arrogance.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this or about any paranormal encounters you have experienced.

Heal past lives through Past Life Regression Therapy

Discovering your past lives is a fascinating way to understand who you are as an immortal soul living a human life. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace.

Our past life selves are not only characters in past dramas, but they also live within us today as ‘sub-personalities’. Their ‘unfinished business’ can make itself known through irrational fears, phobias or patterns that are not easily changed. We feel their emotions; manifest their talents; think their thoughts; are limited by their fears and perpetuate their quandaries often without consciously knowing we are doing so.

Can problems from the past be healed?  Yes of course! Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) is the answer. Past life regression therapy helps tremendously in resolving them. Regression literally means ‘going backwards’. In PLRT, after getting into the trance state, people subconsciously go back to the time where their fears and phobias are coming from. The issue is then acknowledged and resolved in that life and time, and what they bring back are positive healing resources to heal and eliminate the effect of the issue in this life, using different scientifically created techniques that have been practiced and mastered over years by many experts of PLRT, thus successfully eliminating the fear or phobia.

Not claiming to replace any medical therapies, all that techniques like Hypnotherapy and PLRT aim at doing are strengthening the subconscious mind by filling it with positive ideas that empower us to heal and resolve any issue, any fear, anything which is affecting our life negatively and is coming in the way of living to our full potential, of living a more positive, confident, happy and healthy life. They aim to empower us to get in touch with our deepest desires and to achieve success. They aim to empower us to be the masters of our lives and take responsibility of our selves. They aim to empower us to be stronger beings – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. One may respond better and benefit more from one technique than another. Find out for yourself!

Past life issues that carry into the current life are often thought of as being the result of karma. The wounds and unhealed traumas that we have experienced in past lives contribute greatly to our current life experience and constitute a large part of our karma. To understand how past life wounds impact us in the present, we need to look at how trauma affects the psyche in the current life.

A traumatic event is any overwhelming experience (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual) that has caused an inability in the psyche to integrate it fully and continue in the same manner as before the traumatic event was experienced. Thus trauma leaves a lasting and damaging impression that manifests as a combination of symptoms, including but not limited to chronic dissociation, anxiety, phobias, fears, hyper vigilance, inhibitions, paranoia, neurosis, avoidance, armoring or rigidity, suppression of emotions, emotional or physical numbness, mental confusion and compulsions. In psychological language combinations of these symptoms are classified as post traumatic stress disorder/syndrome (PTSD or PTSS).

The natural “fight or flight” response is activated when an individual is faced with a threat. If the person is overwhelmed or defeated (they can’t fight or escape) the natural response becomes a frozen impulse — an action that was never completed. The potential to develop PTSD varies from person to person, but when it does take hold the physiology changes as does the psychological state. People with PTSD cannot integrate the memory of the trauma properly. Psychologically unable to integrate the trauma in conscious terms, a part of the psyche becomes ‘split-off’ and stays, in essence, frozen in time. This is what shamans have described for ages as ‘soul loss’ or ‘soul fragmentation.’ This part of the psyche separates from the ego structure and remains that way. When these soul fragments are encountered in past or present life regression or through inner journeying, they seem to have a life of their own. The fragments appear to be the same age they were when they split off. Often they don’t have an awareness that life has moved on, or if they are aware of the present day personality, they are reluctant to be a part of it. The difference between conscious and subconscious memories is a matter of the perception of chronological time. The conscious mind perceives time as changing, moving from the past through the present, to the future. To the subconscious mind, memories (especially traumatic ones) retained there, are happening in the now.

Sometimes when the soul fragments, the conscious memory of the traumatic event goes away with it or becomes buried with the split-off part. This inability to remember a trauma is commonly called a repressed/suppressed memory. Split-off parts of the psyche do not always leave the energy field of the person to ‘go off’ somewhere. They also can be buried deep in the interior world of the psyche, making them inaccessible to the conscious mind.

In essence a trauma is a scar that won’t seem to heal. This scar then becomes a weak or vulnerable spot in the psyche, seeming to attract to it similar experiences over and over. Traumatized people find themselves reenacting the whole trauma or aspects of it without conscious awareness that they are doing so. This often happens on anniversaries of events or can be a chronic recreation, such as an abused woman who continually, subconsciously, chooses abusive partners. By recreating the event, symbolically or in actuality, the psyche is attempting to gain mastery and completion. This idea of ‘Repetition Compulsion’ that applies to a trauma experienced during a single lifetime also makes sense in a longer timeline — over the many lives of the soul. It would seem that the soul over the course of many lifetimes attempts to heal by recreating in essence or in actuality, traumas experienced in its past. This also needs to be understood in the context of karma.

Eastern traditions that have reincarnation and karma central to their belief system teach about an aspect of karma called Samskara.  Karma literally means actions, and many of those actions come from the deep impressions of habit that are called samskaras. Samskara then is intrinsically tied into the laws of karma that govern the cycle of rebirth. Keeping in mind the nature of traumatic imprints and how they cause continual recreation of the original traumatic event, one can also look at samskaras as trauma imprints re-manifested from life to life. It is the essence of karma to bring forth the actions of the past to the present. The inability to complete even the simple action of ‘fight or flight’ as a result of trauma in past lives is also carried into the present as the soul continues to create from its own wounded place in an ongoing effort to heal. Because of this, the reality is that most of us are born already with some degree of PTSD. Our past life physical, emotional and mental bodies are not wiped clean in-between lives, but continue to recreate themselves in each incarnation through the subtle bodies. This transmission of past physical, emotional and mental wounds constitute a large part of what we are meant to heal in our present lives.

Beside the repetitive nature of trauma, the thoughts, feelings and attitudes we have formed, also dictate how our future is created from the present and past. It would seem that the circumstances of past lives are less important to the soul than the attitudes we have formed because of them. These are the imprints we carry, that are in need of change and healing. What is true for the individual is also true for the collective. Thus the adage, History repeats itself! In fact, look back at history and look at the present. Most of the recorded history of humanity has been one of dominance and war, violence, suppression and exploitation of the weak — you were either the victim or the perpetrator or both! Man’s inhumanity to man has known no bounds, especially in the last few thousand years. If we take reincarnation literally, then by just looking at history we know that each of us carries these imprints as unresolved traumas. It is a part of our collective and individual psychic inheritance that we are here to heal.

Etheric Cord / Energy Cord / Psychic Cord between two people

energy cordThose who are going through personal/spiritual development will notice spikes/peaks in the intensity and speed of their growth. Now depending on one’s level of cultivation, various effects can occur. One of these is your energetic and emotional connection to people around you, most importantly those you are in close relationships with.

The first thing to consider is that there is something which is called an etheric cord. These are basically lines of energy which emanate from the body and aura between two people. Cords will vary between individuals depending on their personality and relationship with the other person. For example, lovers will have a strong thick cord between them that glows bright. People who argue a lot will have a fuzzy dim coloured cord, and cords between people with distaste for each other also often link into body organs, especially around the stomach.

Have you ever seen the etheric cord that connects you to every thing on this planet?  You may get a glimpse of it every now and again, especially in your most meaningful relationships. When we connect with another person, especially romantically we activate an energetic cord with them. As we continue through the relationship every interaction, thought, emotion and feeling is added to the cord.

This cord has the ability to share energy and transmit a high frequency of communication, which may explain why we often feel and connect telepathically to our partners thoughts and emotions.

When the cord is healthy, it can create a vibrant, energetic source exchange but when the cord is unhealthy, it can often lead to feeling controlled or drained in energy.

Most of us will intuitively know how strong our cord is with someone, but if you are unsure, a good measure is how strongly or how often you think or feel towards someone, especially if the thoughts are obsessive, manipulative or fearful.

We are constantly creating cords with many people and even objects, but if you feel drawn back to an unhealthy relationship, or want to break negative patterns or addictions, or feel a strong psychic connection to someone that is draining your energy, a cord cutting ritual may be beneficial.

Especially when it comes to relationships, cutting the cord can help break the energetic attachments created and can help you to move on to receive new opportunities in your life.

The second thing to consider is that these cords are a natural phenomena, just like how the scent of someone else will linger on the skin/clothes upon close contact. There are benefits and downsides to cords however and I will list some of them.

As mentioned before, people with distaste for each other will develop fuzzy dim coloured cords. This cord has the potential to influence ones emotional state, mental state, and energetic state. It can cause the subconscious negative thoughts one person habours to travel to the other person and thus alter their state. In such a case it can result in both people subconsciously sending ‘subtle negatives’ to each other without any conscious awareness of anything happening. You could just wake up in a bad mood for no reason, but really it could be a cord.

That is one of the negative aspects of a cord. A beneficial aspect of cords is that is literally keeps people connected. Where physical separation has it’s downsides, a strong cord can make up for it helping both people feel reassured on a subconscious level, and another person can send good vibes to someone else who is feeling down.

One overall issue of cords is that most people are not aware of them, so there is no upkeep on cords. In worst cases often physical/verbal action has to take place in order for someone to disconnect a cord from another since they don’t have the ability to simply cut the cord themselves and stop certain situations from developing. An example of a situation is where someone has an ex partner whom they’ve had negative situations develop from. Even through they have split, the cord remains. This means the new partners cords can become intertwined with the ex’s cord and thus disrupt the new relationship and things can go wrong with no apparant cause.

Personally I manage my cords often. I am now able to identify when a cord has ‘gone bad’ or when someone I’m connected to is actually trying to lower my frequency so that their cord remains attached to me. This is another aspect of cords that must be understood when it comes to relationships between people whether it be friendly, sexual, or emotional.

When your frequency threshold goes beyond another’s whom may be dependant on you in some way, it will cause subconscious stress to that person. Then with no conscious awareness, that person will do things to bring your frequency back down to a level where they can resonate with you. For them its great because their comforter who may be your self, remains in their atmosphere. However for you who belongs somewhere else, in a different atmosphere it will cause disruption and slow down our processes of development.

Ever noticed that when your happy, theres always someone or something that tries to bring you back down? Part of that is due to cords.

Also be aware that suddenly cutting a cord between you and someone can cause disruption in your relationship and how you perceive each other. Here is a scenario:

Say a cord between you and a close friend becomes tangled up. This means the energy transfer between both of you will form a disruptive static cloud around this knot, and it will cause all sorts of minor problems. You may stop being able to understand each other, you may feel disdain or get upset really easily with each other and if you reflect upon it, there will be no real reason and then your brain will try to define a logical cause, and thus you will create a problem out of nothing. So the obvious step would be to cut the cord. Upon cutting the cord, you will feel refreshed and relieved. But the other person who is not aware of cords may feel lost and confused, they may feel like you’ve done something bad, even though you’ve done nothing. This is why I will often tell people who are close to me that I am going to cut a cord. And whenever I do cut a cord, they do indeed notice the things I’ve listed above.

It is especially important for those with very sensitive empathy to maintain their cords because you can easily become overloaded with other’s emotions and energies and thus become destabalised. Now I will list some simple ways to interact and manage cords:

After cutting cords  your may feel lonely or weird. During this time it is great to meditate and enter your inner self. Ask questions, play out scenarios, reaffirm your beliefs and state your ambitions and goals. This way when the cords begin to reform, there will be more sovereignty in the connection and there will be less disruption because you’ve made it clear before hand what will exist in your field/reality.
