What science is also revealing about space or “distance” between objects is that they are actually not separate as they may seem. Though we experience things as being separate from us this again is merely a perception of our limited belief in the illusion that time and space are fixed.

How is Distance Healing Possible?

Distance Healing can be done with people and animals all over the world. Clients can feel the effects, which are often dramatic, and permanent. Some of them can actually see guides and angels. Some people smell lovely fragrances as I do distant healing work with them. Your animals will definitely feel the Distance Healing work. Some people tell us they begin to feel the healing as soon as they make an appointment.

Time is not linear. Time is accessible to healing energies.

One technique for distant healing is based on the holographic, or multi-dimensional image of the client. Information about the client is perceived through his or her biofield which is pinpointed in space-time, by their name and birth year. The therapist creates a multi-dimensional biofield image of that person, just as if they were physically present. Then it’s simply a matter of following the usual practises, with some subtle differences.

The surrogate technique involves a colleague acting as a proxy for the client. A sensitive proxy can perceive what the client is experiencing and gives us an opportunity to communicate with their Spirit and Higher Self. It is particularly useful in clearing inter-dimensional interferences. We are well practised in this, having conducted many distant healing sessions for clients worldwide.

Is healing possible in our relationship? What would our healthy relationship look and sound like?

Life is really all about relationships; we can hardly exist without them. And that is why relationships are sometimes the solution, and other times the problem.

Living in this modern world we are forging a new way more than we realize. And when it comes to relationships, there are new challenges facing us and few places to turn for guidance. The traditional roles of the past are no longer as prevalent – and we luckily have more freedoms these days. But there’s also a price to pay, for society’s structures and norms make it clear how we are supposed to act. Therefore, while we are free to just be ourselves in this free society, knowing how to build and maintain relationships isn’t always easy.

To a large extent we have to depend on other people to meet our needs and it’s hard to negotiate relationships all on one’s own. Doing this can cause people to burn out; they become frustrated because they think they are self-aware, communicative and fair, but modern relationships are really challenging. We all have our own secret, inner worlds and have to communicate them, which is hard because you can’t literally show someone your emotion. There’s the working on our own internal state, and then communicating our needs and desires to someone else. Yet there’s still another component: How they respond.

As humans we have a myriad of relationships in our lives. They can include personal relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances. We have relationships related to our business lives with employees, suppliers, and other companies. Sometimes we have relationships that are legal in nature and could include lawyers, judges, courts, defendants and plaintiffs. In any and all types of relationships problems can develop and we can feel powerless to change or improve these relationships. Well, since all relationships are essentially energy we do have the ability to remove the negativity or energetic charge from these “problem” relationships. The first thing that helps to create relationships that are in our highest wellbeing is to clear our own energy field. When we find ourselves in a particularly difficult relationship, we can’t clear other people’s fields without their permission, which could be a challenge to obtain, however we can clear the negative energies or energetic charge from the relationship that could be affecting a mutually beneficial resolution to the problem at hand.

Sometimes – well, most times – there’s pain in a relationship.

And sometimes, things can become so fragile and hard to navigate that irreparable cracks surface, and the relationship becomes broken.

You might feel confused, afraid, alone, deeply saddened, or betrayed. You might want to give up and move on, or you may want to stay. And those are all normal, natural, valid feelings to have when a relationship is at its breaking point. But regardless of how it looks and feels to you, brokenness sucks. There’s no denying it.

When you’re in the middle of any sort of relationship crisis, the very last thing you want to do is let go. Conflict with someone you love often makes you want to do the very opposite, especially when the other person is already doubting the future of the relationship.

When we’re feeling threatened by the loss of someone we love, we act from a place of fear. Our stress hormones skyrocket as we react with our fight or flight instinct. Suddenly we hold tighter, talk more, do more, and think of nothing else.

However, with a little space and hindsight, it is easy to see this sort of intensity around a negative situation only works to amplify the anger and resentment that both parties being feel.

When you are mid-crisis and fighting though, it is very hard to see that the very thing you are doing to try and resolve the situation is actually making everything far worse.

All relationships are based on Energy. Positive relationships reflect intimacy in every aspect of togetherness: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. The energy of a loving couple in an intimate relationship blends in a harmonious way, allowing love and good emotions to flow between them easily and freely.

Conversely, when a couple is in a poor relationship, arguing and fighting, the energy fields don’t blend and flow. They actually clash and repel, manifesting as even more painful friction.

Spiritual Healing utilizes esoteric techniques to disintegrate the negative thoughts and emotions of couples. This helps empower individuals to react less to negative energies, while promoting good energy to flow freely between both partners in a relationship.

The next step is to increase intimacy. Often couples fail to understand that intimacy is about more than sex. When intimacy exists only in the physical body, it tends to fade when the physical body changes.

The same is true on an emotional level. When emotions change, so does the intimacy. The heart chakras of two people have to be highly activated and in tune to each other to form a “heart connection”. This energetic method makes loving each other “effortless”.

On the mental level, people often put their partner’s faults and weakness under a “microscope” rather than focusing on the positive traits. An easy technique is to mentally enhance the positive qualities your partner has, no matter how small.

From a spiritual standpoint, it is important that the energy fields of two people in a relationship merge together. When we project love, love is projected back to us. We have the Power to literally harness energy to create positive effects and invoke healing in our relationships.

There are ways to recapture the positive energy and loving feelings. Sometimes unhealthy patterns become endless negative circles. There is a way out.

First, decide if you want to stay in the relationship. You may feel unsure and confused, with part of you hopeless, and another part of you remembering how good it can be. Also, there may be cycles of good times, bad times and when it is good, you want to stay, but you tire of the roller coaster up and downs. Can you create a positive change if the other feels therapy is useless and you come by yourself? Yes. When one party can see a new perspective, learn about destructive patterns of fighting or withdrawing that are common and correctable and not always about the personality or character of either person….CHANGE IS POSSIBLE.

Often, relationships suffer from stressful illnesses, complexities with children or relatives, different expectations of how to have a healthy relationship, or losses. When going through stressful periods, without awareness depression or anxiety in one person has a strong negative impact on the relationship. Since most people are often usually strong and able to solve their own problems, a person may only be aware of “not feeling like my usual self'” or realizing a feeling of being out of control and not knowing how to regain balance. Being able to recognize distancing or increasing irritability, loss of desire or other troubles and getting outside help can prevent blaming the person you are with (which frequently feels like the reason for the difficulties…the other person). Either alone or together with a therapist, you can “put the problem” outside of you or the relationship, look at it in a problem solving way, learn a few new skills (did you ever really have lessons on how to have a healthy relationship?) and transform many troubled relationships into loving, warm, supportive friendships or partnerships. Most of all, the laughter needs to resurface and can by learning how to heal old wounds, develop forgiveness and mutual support, and how to give each other feedback without it seeming like criticism or attack.

We would like for all of our relationships to be positive and to get what we want or need from them. The purpose of removing the negative energies attached to any relationship is not to create a specific outcome. However it does help to influence the process in a positive way which could affect the results so that they are more aligned with the highest good for all.

Lower astral plane spirits, entities, non-physical beings

Majority of the people are not aware of the presence of subtle energies and beings that can actively interfere with their energy and emotions and also the atmosphere of the places.

There are astral energies at play in the manifest world that are almost invisible to the eye of the modern person. What hides from us is the role the lower astral spirit world has upon human activity, and personal development. Despite the desire of most humans to live a good and comfortable life there exist various forces in our world that thrive on destruction and the abuse or sacrifice innocent life force. It is only when we are impacted by the spirit world either directly through our own perception, or through actions that are visited upon us with a sinister agenda, that we may give attention to shamanic reality. These energies and beings are actually rampant at the present time as clearing processes have become largely. Growing materialism and fast-paced, complicated lives have shut down many people’s non-physical perceptions and this has led to society losing its knowledge of entities etc. There has been a decline in the clearing of entities to almost a complete stop, leading to a growing number, all looking for a person to latch onto. Even many of the priests of Western religions have lost their vision and know-how of clearing.

Modern Western people live in a world where they are insulated from many of the spirit world forces this subject requires us to have experience and knowledge about: the true nature of suffering in the manifest world around us. The Shaman and the non-modern person accepts and understand how the spirit world works. The modern dismisses the spirit world as an archaic superstition of uneducated people, best consigned to the past along with the theory of the flat earth, and creationism. And in that arrogance lies our vulnerability to the lower astral destructive energies running in our lives. When we don’t acknowledge any important part of reality we will find ourselves out of balance, and unable to construct an authentic sense of the real world. This struggle is tied into the way psychological denial works to keep us sane in a chaotic world. To best open ourselves up to the natural world of lower spirit interactions we usually have to step outside of our modern culture and society.

Mainly these entities come from people’s energy bodies when they die, as the energy body breaks up without the physical and energy body to hold it together. Conflicting parts of the energy body can no longer hold together and as its vibration rises it shatters mainly into astral dust which is reabsorbed into the astral planes.

The astral fragments need life-force to hold them together or they will eventually break up into astral dust and be reabsorbed. The only place they can get enough energy to survive is from a person or animal but they certainly seem to prefer a human host.

When they find someone suitable often with similar emotional characteristics to itself, the entity will try to get into the person’s energy and live there. This will drain life-force from the person.

Very large fragments with enough etheric energy may survive without a host and these may live in houses or public places. These large entities are usually referred to as ghosts. They may attach to a person with a cord of astral/etheric energy while remaining in these places and then affect the person similarly to a smaller fragment inside their energy.

Other entities that can parasitise people include nature spirits, elementals and others which are not so easily categorised.

Entities are actually quite a problem at present with most humans being the home for one or more. With our senses being so dull due to such crystallised astral and weak energy bodies we can only feel the effects of the entity. Often these effects will be lack of energy, depression, anxiety and all types of other negative emotions. We assume that these emotions are our own and therefore have no idea that an entity is causing such problems. Actually the entity isn’t the sole cause of the problems. To attract an entity you must first resonate with it to some degree. So you had some feelings of loneliness or whatever and so did the entity. This is what attracted it and so your initial negative emotions are amplified by the entity and it also drains your etheric energy making it harder to stay on top of such negative emotions.

An entity can only get into your energy if there is a weak spot or hole in your aura. Most people have some weak spots which become worse when under pressure or emotional stress. It is due to ego structure and astral crystallisation that weak spots occur. In fact the very nature of astral substance attracts entities. When it comes to astral substance, like attracts like so you have a situation where different types of astral substance pool together and keep on attracting more. This is how the negative astral planes have been created, basically all the negative energies have come together to create negative dimensions of astral substance, usually of a very low and chaotic vibration. Intoxication by alcohol or other drugs is a common way to resonate with these negative astral planes and attract entities into your energy. In pubs and clubs you will find a strong connection to such planes and an abundance of entities looking for a potential host.

At death, if you are experiencing extreme emotions such as anger and hate you will be taken straight to these negative astral planes as soon as you leave the body. This is because your astral body will be resonating with the negative planes and because like attracts like in the astral world you will suddenly find yourself in these realms. Once there you will likely see all kinds of hallucinations such as monsters and the like until your astral body begins to shatter (this is often referred to as ‘the Bardos’ in Buddhism). At this point your light body will be released and you will continue up into higher dimensions but the part of your astral body that was attracted to the negative realms will likely break off as an entity. If the emotions felt at death were very common and very much a part of your personality while incarnated then the entity will be larger. Once separate the entity will first try for a host with someone or somewhere familiar such as your home or your friends and family. If it can’t host on these people it will probably go for the nearest pub.

How does the modern person work with the lower astral, in this declining age of the Shaman? What can we do to protect ourselves, and our people and communities? We must awaken to the realities of how the lower astral influence us: emotionally, mentally, and physically. The lower astral charges our hidden agendas of anger, fear, and selfishness in our relationships, and in our self identity. It strives to create an enemy, a person that is different, or dangerous to me – and then justifies destroying that enemy (or driving it out), to serve narcissistic ends. It desires to spill virtual blood (as in emotional pain) or actual blood (as in acts of physical violence). As long as our conscious awareness can be manipulated in this way we will witness the sacrifice of the innocent, the suffering of the innocent, and the dark gaining of selfish power behind the scenes.

With the practices available in healing you will be able to find and explore entities and even begin clearing them. It is amazing what a difference it can make when a core entity is cleared. Emotional issues that have plagued people for years are sometimes cured almost immediately. The person must continue the work of clearing their own energy as well but the difference can be very tangible when an entity is thoroughly explored and cleared.

If you clear your own energy body while still alive you will not leave any entities behind for others to clean up. Through spiritual work your astral body is cleared of Samskaras and merges with the light body. This merger transforms the energy body into a lighter and more malleable substance that does not shatter into pieces at death.

If we can evolve the lower astral into higher forms of spiritual energy, we can all grow together, human being and spirit being. Modern people are not going to embrace blood sacrifices in order to appease the lower astral beings, that much is certain. But suffering caused by the lower astral can be reduced by raising our own consciousness, and the consciousness of our people and our community, so that wisdom comes to rule our lives, not our primal vulnerabilities. Once we are aware of the way the lower astral affects us, and others, we can move towards important changes in our relationships. The lower astral’s strength is in how it hides itself from view. Take away the camouflage of denial, and our lack of knowledge, and everything can be changed.

Have you come across someone who was screaming for no apparent reason? Maybe they are yelling profanities, talking to themselves, or they are thinking of suicide?

Bipolar disorder has boggled the minds of scientists and researchers since the second century, when it was first recognized as some type of a mental illness (although not called bipolar disorder back then). The old church was quick to recognize mental illness, however, calling people with mental disorders “witches,” or accusing them of “entertaining demons.”

Recognizing that the major characteristic of bipolar disorder is the extreme mood swings from mania (high highs) to depression (low lows), and the sometimes rapid switch between these two extremes, you might question sometimes if you really might have demons in you.

Can evil spirits cause physical disease or mental illness? The Bible indicates that Jesus cast demons out of people, so do demons still possess people today? Do illnesses such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, or bipolar disorder have only natural causes? If not, how would a medical doctor, psychologist, or pastor know if there may be a supernatural cause?

Formerly known as manic depression, bipolar disorder gets its name from the unpredictable mood swings ranging from the pole of extreme highs (mania) to the pole of deep lows (depression).

Imagine the emotional high you feel after a very positive event—like receiving an award at work, falling in love, or reaching the top of a mountain you’ve climbed. Then multiply the intensity of that feeling three or four times, speed it up to “fast forward,” triple your energy level, and imagine feeling that way around the clock for days, weeks, or even months until you collapse from exhaustion. This is a little of what mania feels like.

What’s the problem with having so much energy? here’s the problem: First, you are probably doing a lot of exaggerated, unwise things during your manic state. Many of your ideas are unrealistic and your perpetual motion and excited, exaggerated talking tend to alienate even the best of friends. Second, your high to end. When it does, you come crashing into deep depression. Ten to fifteen percent of people with bipolar disorder end up committing suicide.

At least one person of every one hundred suffers from bipolar disorder. The illness typically begins in the late teens or early twenties with men most likely to first have an episode of mania, and women more likely to first experience a depressive phase. The earlier bipolar disorder begins, the more severe the course of the disorder tends to be.
Unmanaged bipolar disorder wreaks havoc in one’s personal, vocational, and family life, and the symptoms recur throughout a person’s life. Over a ten-year period, people with bipolar disorder experience an average of four episodes and five hospitalizations. Even those who have few repeated crises can experience significant ongoing problems between full-blown episodes.

Mania

People in a “manic episode” are excessively elated, irritable, moody, and energetic. They have little need for sleep (two to three hours per night is common), have rapid and pressured speech, racing thoughts, and may jump abruptly to unrelated topics without transitions. They are also distractible and impulsive. Some drive recklessly. Others go on wild spending sprees, running up thousands of dollars on credit cards or bouncing check after check. Many have an exaggerated sense of their importance and abilities.

In milder manic episodes, the increased energy, rapid thinking, and limited need for sleep can temporarily lead to incredible productivity. People can also become extremely outgoing and sociable and may be convinced that they are brilliant conversationalists or the life of the party.

In severe manic episodes, people with bipolar disorder become psychotic; that is, their thought processes and ability to judge reality are radically impaired. They may begin by being slightly overconfident about their abilities, eventually becoming convinced that they can predict the future or run the country.

The elevated, expansive mood that is part of bipolar disorder is often difficult to diagnose at first. Many people think a manic person is simply a very happy, high-energy, elated person. They do not recognize that the mania may also cause the person to be paranoid, irritable, and excessively intense. Mild mania is easily confused with normal mood fluctuations.

People with the disorder have to see many different doctors over a period of several years before someone diagnoses the real cause of their problems.

Depression

Depressive episodes of bipolar illness are characterized by the opposite of the manic pole of the emotional continuum. People in depressive episodes feel sad and depressed. They have low energy levels, an increase or decrease in sleep, loss of interest in enjoyable activities, feelings of worthlessness, difficulty concentrating, and suicidal thoughts.

Some typically alternate between the extreme moods of mania, depression and normality. Occasionally, however, both the mania and depression are experienced at the same time. This is referred to as a “mixed episode.” Such an episode is characterized by irritability, anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, and sometimes suicidal thoughts accompanied by high energy and activity levels, decreased sleep, and impulsive behavior. Mixed episodes can be extremely dangerous if the person is suicidal, because the manic symptoms may give a person enough energy to carry out the suicide plans which the depression has triggered.

Family Stress

Both manic and depressive episodes place incredible stress on friends and family. Since people in a manic state can be unreasonable, emotional, and impulsive, family members fear they will do something hurtful or disastrous. They may get the family into serious debt, have several affairs, quit their jobs, and engage in other foolish behavior. Family members of those in a depressed state can become extremely frustrated when, time after time, their efforts to support and encourage them are rejected and rebuffed.

Healing Bipolar Disorder

One of the most difficult things about treating bipolar disorder is that there is no complete “cure.” However, while bipolar disorder is difficult to deal with, it is also true that this problem can usually be effectively managed with proper Spiritual Healing over the time. Spirit Releasement Therapy, Past Life Regression and many other modes of spiritual healing minimize and overcome the most devastating effects of this disorder and enable the sufferers to generally live normal lives at home, work, school.

One of the most helpful things family members can do for a person suffering from a bipolar disorder is to help him keep taking his healing. If you are close to someone with this disorder, encourage him or her to begin or continue spiritual healing and learn to deal with these issues. This will help the person accept dependence on healing the soul—which could be life-saving.

Black Magic puts a block on a person’s wisdom and intelligence, and all efforts to solve a problem go fruitless. One feels a mental block, gets negative thoughts and disturbed sleep with bad dreams. There is heaviness and weight on the heart, constriction in the chest, suffocation and stifling in the throat.

At times there could suddenly be blue marks on thighs without getting hurt, faster heartbeat and erratic breathing without any physical exertion. There are quarrels in the family without any reason. Black Magic can play havoc with the life of the target person by destroying many aspects of his life, like sudden loss of wealth/prosperity, unexpected problems in business/profession, violent quarrels/fights in family, break-up of a relationship/marriage, prolonged illness, undiagnosed health troubles, destruction of mental peace & happiness, beauty & intelligence, mental unrest & inner turmoil, fears & phobias, uncharacteristic & abnormal behavior. Black Magic can also result in repeated miscarriages, inability to enjoy sex or have children, without any deficiency, and unnatural deaths in the family in strange circumstances.

Black Magic can result in total destruction of the victim over a period of time. Black magic affects the circumstances and future prospects of a person, and destroys his Destiny, depriving him of what he was destined for. Even the best and most earnest of one’s efforts result in failure, and one is unable to fulfil one’s desires and get what one wants in life. Black Magic also affects the psyche of the victim in such a way that one looses the Will-power and mental energy to fight back or get out of the sinister situation one is in, and looses the desire to live or rise in life.

There are all forms of non-physical spirits roaming the Earth, and a number of them are constantly looking for physical bodies of people to attach themselves to, for various reasons. These spirits can attach themselves to the energy field or actual body of a person, and many spirits can concurrently attach themselves to a person, as many as 70-over spirits in extreme cases.

When people suffer from Spirit Attachment (or Spirit Possession), they would increasingly lose control of their own minds, thoughts, emotions and even behaviours. It is common for people with Spirit Attachment problems to keep having negative thoughts and emotions, which are beyond their control. In extreme cases, people can be even driven to commit suicide through the destructive effects of the Spirit Attachment.

There are many places on Earth where Dark (Negative) spiritual practices are commonly used, such as South East Asia, South Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe. These practices were passed down from practitioners of Dark Arts (or Black Magic) from ancient times in these parts of the world, and have since spread to various other parts of the world. Often, what was originally genuinely Positive Universal knowledge and Light-work meant to help people, became distorted and misused by spiritual practitioners for Negative purposes instead, and they became Dark (Negative) forms of Black Magic and Dark Sorcery.

Yet, most people who are mostly concerned about carrying on their lives and earning a living, would not have much information and knowledge about the effects of such Negative Spiritual practices. They may go about their typical lives, and along the way, their lives and health suddenly take a nasty turn, eg. they suffer from strange, unexplained health problems; their love/family/marriage relationships keep having major conflicts; they have major problems with luck, career and wealth aspects, etc.

They could very well be a victim of someone they know whom they had offended (unintentionally or intentionally) or someone who has negative intentions and emotions, eg. jealousy, anger or hatred towards them. Such people could easily hire practitioners of Black Magic and Negative Spiritual practices, to cast Black Magic, Curses, Hexes or even summon Negative Spirits / Demons to attack their victims.

Universal Law of Cause and Effect (Karma) applies to everyone on Earth, regardless of our soul advancement level, whether we are on the path of Positive or Dark (Negative). Any conflict between people can be resolved positively without causing harm to anyone.

Resorting to Dark (Negative) ways of handling a conflict, eg. Cast Black Magic, Curse or Hex on a victim, can incur substantial negative karma for both the person requesting for the deed to be carried out, as well as for the practitioner of the Black Magic.

Voodoo is one of the most ancient forms of religion that originated in west Africa from a time unknown and has evolved by influences from Roman Catholics, Mysticism and Spirituality. Real voodoo Dolls are said to be very powerful voodoo dolls or magic voodoo dolls, voodoo dolls can be used for protection from any type of evil or black magic and many times it is also used as a source of destruction to destroy your enemy who is trying to harm or hurt you. Voodoo doll is used for taking revenge with your enemies as to destroy your enemy slowly by the power of voodoo doll, as voodoo dolls when in contact with you will get activated charged and will do great wonders for you.

Voodoo is a religion which also incorporates practicing magic, in voodoo magic is casted using different tools and ingredients. Since most of the voodoo spells casted would require performing a ritual before the magic could be casted hence many houngans uses voodoo dolls to perform the magic. Love spell is one much talked about magic spell that is much widely used and considered when we talk about magic spells and thus voodoo also practices casting love magic.

There are two methods followed in voodoo to cast love magic one is by casting a voodoo love spell and the other by using a voodoo doll. Below we will understand on how these two different methods are used and which one is better and why.

When casting a love magic a voodoo priest or priestess will use a voodoo doll, some black mustard seeds, red cloth and some pins along with lemons and vermilion, this voodoo doll is first prepared by attaching a picture, photo or used piece of cloth or hair from the body of the person who needs to be represented, then the rituals are performed using the other items as stated above, at the end of the ritual, some pins are inflicted on the body of the doll so as to inflict the pins on the person’s body and make the love spell come to an active state. Wherein a voodoo love spell is performed using items which might or might not depict the person, when casting a voodoo love spell the houngan would offer flowers and burn incense sticks to the respective deity, then offer a prayer to please the deity, once the prayer is completed the houngan will have acquired some kind of extra power and they would mumble some words which are not understood by others and the love spell is complete.

The effects of a voodoo love spells are stronger and lasts more because it is believed that those words that the houngan mumbles are words mumbled directly by the deity who is pleased with the offerings, which means the deity would help achieve a favorable result for the love spell which is casted, moreover since no items depicting any person is used to make a form of that person, hence the love spell cannot be dismantle as in with the use of a voodoo doll, if the doll is broken or taken away by someone else then the effect of the spell can be turned, stopped or ended.

Thus it is always preferred that a love magic using voodoo should be casted in the form of voodoo love spells rather than using voodoo dolls. It is also found that magic performed using voodoo dolls can inflict pain or even harm a person whom the doll is depicting, thus it is not much advised or suggested by many voodoo spell casters today. Moreover a voodoo love spell once casted can be also used to make an elixir or talisman which would give a mode quick result if used properly, wherein a voodoo love spell using voodoo doll does not permit making any elixir or talisman. Hence looking into all the aspects of voodoo magic and creation and casting of love spell, it is always preferred that a love magic be casted using voodoo love spell rather than using voodoo doll techniques.

The Voodoo Dolls contrary to popular belief are called Razenga Voodo Dolls and their actual purpose is for worship and as protection from evil spirits. But black magic users can use them for other purposes too.

In the Voodoo religion there is concept of one eternal God named “Bondye“, he is unknowable and does not intercede in human affairs but there are powerful spirits who serve him these are called “Ioa” and these are responsible for controlling the different aspects of life in this world (this is analogous to the concepts of a God and his Angels in the Christian, Islamic and Jewish faiths). Vodouists direct their focus to these powerful spirits to influence various aspects of life by making offerings, creating altars and holding rituals.

The most notable loa include Papa Legba (guardian of the crossroads), Erzulie Freda (the spirit of love), Simbi (the spirit of rain and magicians), Kouzin Zaka (the spirit of agriculture), and The Marasa, divine twins considered to be the first children of Bondye.

It is by the manipulation of these Supernatural forces that black magic spells like Voodoo doll possession and control over another person are obtained.
