A Introduction about our soul and past life regression therapy

A past-life regression recalls scenes, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now.

To quote from Shakespeare’s ‘As You Like It’: “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts….”

We are our soul, and the soul of each and everyone of us is beautiful. Within each lifetime, we adopt and experience a character, and often a series of characters usually consecutively, but sometimes concurrently within any given lifetime.

We experience or ‘play’ the character we have chosen to experience or ‘adopt’, in any one lifetime, or perhaps during several lifetimes. When we have completed the role, regardless of the nature of the character that we have played, we move on to play another character, often taking time to reflect on our ‘performance’ in between roles.

When we begin to explore our past lives, we feel a little confused and conflicted and we seem to place ourselves somewhere between believing and wanting to believe. We usually begin to explore past lives when there is an issue in our life which reflects a lesson which has not been learned in previous lifetimes. We will seldom begin past life exploration when we are living a happy, settled and contented life. We will usually begin past life exploration when we are looking for an answer within our lives, which is why our early past life experiences are often difficult and unpleasant memories.
We will usually begin to recall (through one means or another), memories where people who are currently in our life treated us badly in another life, or we treated people who are currently in our life badly in another life. We will begin to wonder if we have ever experienced joy, but if we allow ourselves to do so, we will begin to see how all the pieces fit together, and aspects of our relationships in this lifetime which did not make sense, will suddenly begin to become clear.

In time, we will stumble upon the key past life memory which will unlock our current experience. When we become aware of the key past life memory, which may well be the original cause of the events that we are living, and have perhaps have lived in principle many times, we will usually become very emotional as we begin to release events which we have held within us for a very long time, and we will usually begin to cleanse our soul.

The soul cleansing process can continue for some time, and we may well find ourselves bursting into tears at the slightest trigger, and at inopportune moments. We will begin to wander what we have unleashed and why we began the process of understanding our past lives at all. However, each time that we experience soul cleansing tears, we will feel a little lighter, and we will walk a little straighter, as we begin to release our burden.

In time we may begin to receive seemingly unrelated ‘flashes’ or ‘snapshots’ of memory from our lifetime and from our past lifetimes. We should allow the snapshots to enter and leave as they will. Our subconscious mind, or our spirit self is sorting and presenting pieces of memory to assist us to fully understand the memory which we have unlocked. Suddenly, like a jigsaw puzzle, all of the pieces will fall into place and we will be presented with a clear picture which will explain precisely what we have been experiencing, and why. At this point, when we have understood the experience, we are ready to release the experience and move on. We will no longer carry the emotions from the experience with us, and we will have left at least some of our excess baggage behind.

Not all of our past life memories are difficult and unpleasant, but it is the unpleasant memories which usually create the negative emotions that we carry with us and feed, lifetime after lifetime. Therefore, it is the negative emotions that usually lead us to past life memories which are difficult, but nevertheless need to be released.

We can also allow ourselves to draw on pleasant memories from our past lives. As souls we live many lifetimes in very many forms. During our existence we experience a life as all of the living things that we can imagine, and many that we cannot imagine. Our human existence is but one of our experiences, we also experience lifetimes as animals, plants, insects as well as on other worlds and in other forms, such as a light body. Living thousands of years, we can imagine how many different lives we have had. As an example; we may be sitting on a beach and we ‘daydream’ about gliding on the winds like a bird. We know that the experience is not ‘real’, but the experience somehow feels real. This is because we have existed as a bird and we are remembering what it was like to glide on the winds.

There are many situations in which we remember our past lives, and in time we will come to recognise these situations, or ‘past life triggers’. We will find that we have far more past life memories which have surfaced than we realise.

That we encounter people from our life within our past life memories, is not really surprising, and not a product of an over active imagination.

Circles are created between souls to establish an environment for us and those with whom we share the environment, to gain experience and learn who we are. The circles created between souls need to be closed, because closing the circles created between souls, is a convenient way for us to gain awareness of the true circular nature of all that is. If we shared ongoing experiences with different souls in each lifetime we would loose an opportunity to understand the circular nature of our existence.

There is a karmic aspect to the circles created between souls, but the nature and purpose of karma has been misunderstood. The principles of karma allow our experiences to become complete, though experiencing both sides of the coin, with the same souls who conveniently also need to experience both sides of the coin, but the opposite side of the coin to us. For example; we may take it in turns to be murderer and victim. Karma is a learning and experience cycle, not a punishment cycle as has been supposed.

Past life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect (karma) and the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are based in the past. What is a session like?

Past life regression sessions are about two hours long. I first interview you and ask about your present life. Together we look for recurring patterns that may create problems in your life and that will prompt your subconscious mind to lead you to the past life source of these issues. Then you create a focus or intention for the session. This is followed by deep relaxation which enables you to access important subconscious memories from this lifetime or another. The subconscious, in its infinite wisdom, will selectively reveal what is appropriate and healing for your current life situation. Some people see glimpses of several past lives; others may delve into one specific past life in more detail; another may discover important repressed memories from the current lifetime. Oftentimes people feel they are “making up” the past life memories. As you become more comfortable with the process, you will discover that this information is valuable and authentic and contributes to your healing and well being.

What if I uncover a really scary past life and I can’t handle it?

I create a safe and supportive environment for you. You will only experience traumatic memories if you are ready to let go of them. You’re in charge! Releasing emotional and/or physical trauma stored in the body and mind is very healing. What if I see and experience my death in a past life? Is it safe to do this?

The re-enactment of the death moment is where the real healing happens. Facing a death experience—and the peace that accompanies it—has great therapeutic value. It is enlightening and comforting to feel the release of the soul from the body and experience the peacefulness of the between life state. You no longer need to fear death when you realize that your soul is immortal and that you will live again and be re-united with loved ones. Clients who have experienced a past-life death exude a special radiance and inner peace after a session.

How will I feel after a session?

Some people feel very happy and peaceful; others may feel tired or even experience some pain or a headache related to the release of stored trauma. All of these reactions are normal and not harmful. Most people prefer to be alone afterwards to integrate and review the session. You may want to rest, take a relaxing walk, or write up any notes or reflections from the experience. You may continue to have past life recall after the session through dreams or intuitive insights that will give you even more detailed memory of that life.

Healing Relationship Issues

Is healing possible in our relationship?  What would our healthy relationship look and sound like?

Life is really all about relationships; we can hardly exist without them. And that is why relationships are sometimes the solution, and other times the problem.

Living in this modern world we are forging a new way more than we realize. And when it comes to relationships, there are new challenges facing us and few places to turn for guidance. The traditional roles of the past are no longer as prevalent – and we luckily have more freedoms these days. But there’s also a price to pay, for society’s structures and norms make it clear how we are supposed to act. Therefore, while we are free to just be ourselves in this free society, knowing how to build and maintain relationships isn’t always easy.

To a large extent we have to depend on other people to meet our needs and it’s hard to negotiate relationships all on one’s own. Doing this can cause people to burn out; they become frustrated because they think they are self-aware, communicative and fair, but modern relationships are really challenging. We all have our own secret, inner worlds and have to communicate them, which is hard because you can’t literally show someone your emotion. There’s the working on our own internal state, and then communicating our needs and desires to someone else. Yet there’s still another component: How they respond.

As humans we have a myriad of relationships in our lives. They can include personal relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances. We have relationships related to our business lives with employees, suppliers, and other companies. Sometimes we have relationships that are legal in nature and could include lawyers, judges, courts, defendants and plaintiffs. In any and all types of relationships problems can develop and we can feel powerless to change or improve these relationships. Well, since all relationships are essentially energy we do have the ability to remove the negativity or energetic charge from these “problem” relationships. The first thing that helps to create relationships that are in our highest wellbeing is to clear our own energy field. When we find ourselves in a particularly difficult relationship, we can’t clear other people’s fields without their permission, which could be a challenge to obtain, however we can clear the negative energies or energetic charge from the relationship that could be affecting a mutually beneficial resolution to the problem at hand.

Sometimes – well, most times – there’s pain in a relationship.

And sometimes, things can become so fragile and hard to navigate that irreparable cracks surface, and the relationship becomes broken.

You might feel confused, afraid, alone, deeply saddened, or betrayed. You might want to give up and move on, or you may want to stay. And those are all normal, natural, valid feelings to have when a relationship is at its breaking point. But regardless of how it looks and feels to you, brokenness sucks. There’s no denying it.

When you’re in the middle of any sort of relationship crisis, the very last thing you want to do is let go. Conflict with someone you love often makes you want to do the very opposite, especially when the other person is already doubting the future of the relationship.

When we’re feeling threatened by the loss of someone we love, we act from a place of fear. Our stress hormones skyrocket as we react with our fight or flight instinct. Suddenly we hold tighter, talk more, do more, and think of nothing else.

However, with a little space and hindsight, it is easy to see this sort of intensity around a negative situation only works to amplify the anger and resentment that both parties being feel.

When you are mid-crisis and fighting though, it is very hard to see that the very thing you are doing to try and resolve the situation is actually making everything far worse.

All relationships are based on Energy. Positive relationships reflect intimacy in every aspect of togetherness: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. The energy of a loving couple in an intimate relationship blends in a harmonious way, allowing love and good emotions to flow between them easily and freely.

Conversely, when a couple is in a poor relationship, arguing and fighting, the energy fields don’t blend and flow. They actually clash and repel, manifesting as even more painful friction.

Spiritual Healing utilizes esoteric techniques to disintegrate the negative thoughts and emotions of couples. This helps empower individuals to react less to negative energies, while promoting good energy to flow freely between both partners in a relationship.

The next step is to increase intimacy. Often couples fail to understand that intimacy is about more than sex. When intimacy exists only in the physical body, it tends to fade when the physical body changes.

The same is true on an emotional level. When emotions change, so does the intimacy. The heart chakras of two people have to be highly activated and in tune to each other to form a “heart connection”. This energetic method makes loving each other “effortless”.

On the mental level, people often put their partner’s faults and weakness under a “microscope” rather than focusing on the positive traits. An easy technique is to mentally enhance the positive qualities your partner has, no matter how small.

From a spiritual standpoint, it is important that the energy fields of two people in a relationship merge together. When we project love, love is projected back to us. We have the Power to literally harness energy to create positive effects and invoke healing in our relationships.

There are ways to recapture the positive energy and loving feelings. Sometimes unhealthy patterns become endless negative circles.  There is a way out.

First, decide if you want to stay in the relationship.  You may feel unsure and confused, with part of you hopeless, and another part of you remembering how good it can be.  Also, there may be cycles of good times, bad times and when it is good, you want to stay, but you tire of the roller coaster up and downs.  Can you create a positive change if the other feels therapy is useless and you come by yourself?  Yes.  When one party can see a new perspective, learn about  destructive patterns of fighting or withdrawing that are common and correctable and not always about the personality or character of either person….CHANGE IS POSSIBLE.

Often,  relationships suffer from stressful illnesses, complexities with children or relatives, different expectations of how to have a healthy relationship, or losses.  When going through stressful periods, without awareness depression or anxiety in one person has a strong negative impact on the relationship. Since most people are often usually strong and able to solve their own problems, a person may only be aware of “not feeling like my usual self'” or realizing a feeling of being out of control and not knowing how to regain balance.  Being able to recognize distancing or increasing irritability, loss of desire or other troubles and getting outside help can prevent blaming the person you are with (which frequently feels like the reason for the difficulties…the other person).  Either alone or together with a therapist, you can “put the problem” outside of you or the relationship, look at it in a problem solving way, learn a few new skills (did you ever really have lessons on how to have a healthy relationship?) and transform many troubled relationships into loving, warm, supportive friendships or partnerships.  CLUES FOR TRANSFORMING NEGATIVE PATTERNS INTO HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS STYLES ARE LEARNABLE WITHOUT A PERSONALITY REPLACEMENT OPERATION.  Being able to be who you are as an individual, feel appreciated and respected and attractive helps to heal relationships.  Learning how to manage conflicts and fights and how to build on positive strengths of each and of the relationship will help.  Most of all, the laughter needs to resurface and can by learning how to heal old wounds, develop forgiveness and mutual support, and how to give each other feedback without it seeming like criticism or attack.

We would like for all of our relationships to be positive and to get what we want or need from them. The purpose of removing the negative energies attached to any relationship is not to create a specific outcome. However it does help to influence the process in a positive way which could affect the results so that they are more aligned with the highest good for all.

Discovering your past lives is a fascinating way to understand who you are as an immortal soul living a human life. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace.

Curious on how to find your Past Life? Wondering who you were or where you’ve lived before? Ever have that feeling of deja vu, like you’ve been somewhere before even though it’s your first time there?

For most people, by the time that you’ve begun to take an interest in metaphysical spirituality, psychic abilities and other similar topics you’ve already had many past lives. This lifetime is just one of your lives where you’re beginning to become aware of who you are as a multi-incarnation Being.

Getting in touch with your previous lifetime probably won’t be some dramatic event like what’s often depicted on TV. And even for the people that have these vivid recalls involving detailed scenes, they often question if it was really a prior lifetime or if it was just their own imagination.

When you have these recalled memories and feeling sensations it’s actually both, part memory recall and part your imagination filling in the blanks. But this is true of most memories, especially childhood memories.

If you’ve ever shared a childhood memory with a sibling or friend that was also there during the recalled event you both probably won’t agree on every single detail. You may be able to “see” what was happening in your mind or “hear” sounds and voices but your friend that was also there may not agree with your details. However, the one thing that cannot be disputed is how the recall makes you feel now in this present moment.

You may recall a memory and say, “Oh, that always make feel happy.” Or something like a song may trigger a memory and make you feel sad. Similarly, this is the easiest way to find your past life memories, by allowing an emotional trigger to lead you there.

Yes, some of what you will experience will be completely your imagination filling in the blanks. But if you allow yourself to just go with the experience, you may find that much of what you see, hear and feel will come from an actual previous incarnation.

And even more interesting for most people, is the life-experience connections that exist from past life are continued on into this current lifetime. So often by accepting and allowing the emotion, as it was in the memory, it may resolve a situation in the present.

How can I remember a past life?

Some people have spontaneous flashbacks during the waking state. This may be triggered by an event, such as visiting a place where one has lived in a past life. Past life memories may also appear in dreams or during meditation. The most effective and therapeutic way to recall a past life is to have a session with a past-life regression therapist. In a deeply relaxed state, one travels back through time with my help as the facilitator to discover the roots of skills, relationships, problems, attitudes or other patterns that influence the present life. Some people have very vivid and emotional recall while others may have an intuitive knowing without a lot of emotion and imagery. You discover them yourself as therapist will help you move backward and forward in the story of your past life by asking you questions. This is more therapeutic, effective, and empowering than having someone “read” your past lives. You are in control of the session.
