Karma & Suffering | Karmic influence & Diseases| Karmic Debt

Karma is one of the Natural laws of the Universe that seeks to assign effects to their causes. Simply put, “What you reap is what you sow.” Karma is the law of spiritual dynamics related to every act in our lives. Every thought, desire, or action in some way affects the equilibrium of the Universe. Karma is the process by which the Universe seeks to restore this balance.

In Eastern traditions, “negative karma” is believed to be an accumulation of imbalances, gained through many lifetimes. These imbalances create our suffering, more karma, and limit our ability to express and realize our pure essential Being.

Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning “action”, but is generally understood to mean the consequences of one’s actions. The word “karma” is commonly used to indicate bad karma, and the word “merit” is often used to indicate good karma. The law of karma is best described as “cause and effect” because every action (or cause) has a corresponding consequence (or effect). If you plant good causes you will reap good effects, and if you plant bad causes you will reap bad effects.

In each incarnation we acquire some bad karma and some good karma. In each incarnation we suffer the consequences of some of our previous bad karma and reap the benefits of some of our previous good karma. During the early stages of our human evolution we all acquired large amounts of bad karma which must be gradually worked off. Because many people still have much more bad karma than good, seemingly favourable circumstances often have a sting in their tail. This is evident from the tumultuous lives of some celebrities and the people whose lives have been ruined by winning the lottery.

Think of your karma as being two bank accounts – one for good karma and one for bad karma. Good karma can either be “spent” on pleasurable life circumstances or it can be used to “pay off” some of our bad karma. Less-developed people nearly always choose the first option; whilst more-developed people usually choose the second. This explains some of the iniquities of life where honest and hardworking people live in poverty whilst selfish and corrupt people live a life of opulence. When a less-developed person chooses to spend all their good karma in one go they will enjoy wealth, power or fame for few years or perhaps an entire lifetime, but once their good karma is used up they will be relegated to many lives of poverty and suffering. The real sting is that an undeveloped person usually generates more bad karma in a prosperous life than they do in a poverty-stricken life because the money, power or fame goes to their head and makes them more egotistical and unpleasant.

According to some in the Christian Church, wealth and abundance are gifts from God – signs that he is pleased with us and has blessed us. This belief is completely wrong; God does not have favourites and our financial status is of no concern to him. Wealth is the result of good karma or merit; the result of “good investments” we made in previous lives. The Bible describes karma in Ezekiel 18:20: “The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them”. Galatians 6:7 simply states: “People reap what they sow”. And let’s not forget the stories of Saint Peter standing at the pearly gates weighing our good deeds against our bad ones.

Karma exists to protect us and to guide us back on track when we go astray. But karma is often slow to respond and, because of its intimate relationship with destiny, often waits until a future incarnation. The delayed effect of karma explains how non-smokers can end up getting lung cancer. They were probably smokers in a previous incarnation but their good karma or destiny in that incarnation prevented them from suffering the consequences at the time. We never know how long ago we acquired the karma that is manifesting in our lives today, and we never know how or when the karma we create today will manifest its consequences. This is because karma works behind the scenes – we only see the effects in the physical world and have no idea of the causes that are operating out of sight in the subtle worlds. Karma and destiny are woven into the very fabric of our lives to the extent that the average person barely notices their effects.

Wilfully and knowingly transgressing the laws of life generates a lot more negative karma than unintentional or ignorant transgressions. The more developed we are the more responsibility we have, so the consequences of abusing the laws of life are more severe. Although bad karma usually results in suffering it is not a punishment for punishment’s sake; nor is it divine retribution. Karma is simply an opportunity to make good – it neither punishes nor rewards; it simply guides. The law of karma is not the cause of suffering; it is merely the agent. 99% of all human suffering originates from the simple fact that we cannot and do not want to control our subtle bodies.
Karma is self-balancing divine justice; it is 100% fair and absolutely infallible. It doesn’t matter if a criminal seems to “get away with it”, because there is no getting away with it – karma will eventually catch up with him. If we are honest with ourselves, wanting justice is just a nice way of saying that we want revenge. If we suffer as a result of someone else’s wrongdoing we want them to suffer in return. But we need to learn that vengeance is not the same as justice, and that an act of vengeance will result in bad karma for ourselves. Even holding onto vindictive thoughts, self pity or grief prolongs our own suffering and generates more bad karma. If something unpleasant happens to us we should realise that we caused it, not the person who was instrumental in manifesting it. This not to say that people who do bad things or cause accidents should not stand trial for their offences. The Lords of Karma always see to it that both people who are involved in an unfortunate incident have a related karmic debt to repay, although not necessarily to each other. As long as both parties reap the appropriate effects it matters not whether their original transgressions were against each other.

Karma is usually played out on the same stage as the original transgressions occurred, i.e. physical crimes usually result in physical punishments. But supposing a Nazi murdered a hundred Jews in World War II, there would be no point in him being murdered in a hundred different lifetimes. In this sort of situation some of the bad karma would need to be worked out between incarnations – in hell (the lowest subplane of the emotional world).

It is not just serious offences such as theft, violence or murder that generate bad karma, even small things like a harsh word or a judgemental thought generate negative energy which contributes to the contamination of the subtle realms. You might not think that one bad thought would have much affect, but think how many negative or harmful thoughts you have each day, multiply it by several billion and you have some idea of the amount of negative energy we put out into the world each and every day! This negative energy accumulates and can manifest itself as hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, floods, plagues, earthquakes, etc. This is known as collective karma because it applies to an entire town, region, country or planet. The effects of collective karma are sometimes allocated individually so that diseases, afflictions or “accidents” can be the result of our allotted portion of mankind’s collective karma.

Karma is not justice for justice’s sake, and it is not necessarily “an eye for an eye”. Karma provides situations that will best help us to learn from our mistakes. This may involve experiencing the other side of our original transgression, e.g. a racist white person may be black in their next incarnation, or it may be seemingly unrelated. It is impossible for us to understand the intricacies of karma because it is controlled by intelligences that are far superior to us. Karma is managed by three hierarchic groups of highly developed cosmic beings who record every thought, emotion, word and action that occurs within their respective sphere of responsibility:

These Lords of Karma are known by a variety of different names, including: the Lipika Lords (Lipika is Sanskrit for scribe), the Angels of the Presence (Christianity), the Book of Life (Christianity), the Recording Angels (Kabbalah), the Assessors of Amenti (Egypt), Devarajas (Hinduism) and the Guardians of the Four Directions (Hinduism).

The best way to deal with bad karma is to accept our fate and let it work itself out. We should accept the hand that life deals us and go with the flow, because if we resist life and try to wriggle out of our karma we will only make matters worse in the long run. Karma will always catch up with us, and when it does we will have incurred an extra penalty for trying to escape. It is a bit like a prisoner who gets caught trying to break out of jail – he is sure to have his sentence increased. Please don’t confuse accepting karma with fatalism, i.e. don’t see everything as pre-ordained and give up at the slightest obstacle. We need to use our intuition to guide us when to stand up for ourselves and when to just accept things as they are. If we are honest with ourselves and put our egos to one side we will know. Our egos don’t like giving in and accepting the consequences when we can see a way out, but we have to show our egos that we are bigger and braver than they are.

Flagellants often reincarnate with the physical defects that they themselves caused in their previous life. For example, those who drag themselves around on the floor and refuse to use their legs may be born with a physical disability or be paralysed in their next life. Karma is only made good by bearing the trials of life in an honourable and accepting way.

Bad karma can affect our physical lives in a variety of ways, including: disease, disability, ugliness, abuse, miscarriages of justice, lack of intelligence, poverty, low social standing, etc. We should never blame our parents for a disease or disability that we inherited from them because our own karma and destiny determine such matters. Children should never say to their parents “I didn’t ask to be born”, because they did – no one is forced to incarnate against their will.

Whilst it is generally true that those who suffer deserve to suffer, it is a great mistake to think that we should not show compassion and help them out. We must do everything we can to alleviate all suffering because every good deed contributes to a better world for everyone. Relieving another person’s suffering not only helps them; it generates good karma for us and sends out good vibrations into the world. Sitting back and letting people suffer is selfish and vindictive, and will result in bad karma. This does not mean that we should give to every beggar who asks us for money, because many of them will spend the money on drugs or alcohol. We need to let our intuition guide us to help only those people who are willing to help themselves.

We all make mistakes and do stupid things from time to time. These out of character aberrations are the karmic effects of their action from previous incarnations. We must all clear our karmic debt before we graduate from the human kingdom, so it is not uncommon for highly advanced people to have difficult lives or suffer from ill health. We must continue to reincarnate in the human kingdom until our karmic debt has been fully repaid, which shows we have learnt all the lessons karma had to teach us in this kingdom.

Karma springs from all your past lives and carries forward. If not cleared, you can become imprisoned by these very karmic patterns and issues. If you’re not truly happy, at peace, fulfilled, or haven’t realized unconditional love, then your True Nature is obscured.

The degree you’re not experiencing your True Nature is the degree to which your real essence is obscured. This obscuring of essence is caused by past impressions and memories. Clearing away these obscuring old patterns is the focus of the Karma Clearing sessions.

The diseases we suffer from the births we get here on earth are all products of actions done by us in previous times. Every action has its reaction and no action goes unrewarded in a suitable manner. Evil actions do not go without their bitter effects upon the doer.

The goal of this work is to free yourself to realize your True Spiritual Nature. Becoming free of karma, brings an innate responsibility to express compassion with complete joy and humility. This is the freedom that you want to realize. As you eliminate your own personal suffering, so do you then cause less suffering to others, the earth and to all living beings.

Remember this: The universe gives you everything you NEED, but you have to pay for everything you WANT

Reincarnation

Karma and Reincarnation | After Life | Atma | Rebirth | Hell

What is Karma?
Karma can be thought of as similar to Isaac Newton’s 3rd law of motion: every action must be followed by an equal and opposite reaction. When Newton discovered that law, however, he didn’t realize, or at least didn’t mention, that the same principle applies to emotions and behavior. If we get really excited, we will inevitably feel tired and depressed later. If we hurt someone, someone will later hurt us. Even our desires cause karma; they must eventually be satisfied or overcome. However, if we hurt someone unintentionally or if what we desire is also the right thing, then there is a much smaller repercussion.

Karma is a natural law – just like gravity is a natural law. It is not about punishment, and certainly not about vengeance. It is perfectly exact, just and fair and applies to everything and everyone in creation. It can be speeded up, and slowed down – but never avoided; hence it is sometimes termed the law of inevitability. In essence it is Divine simplicity itself – but its manifestations can be highly complex.

It is surprising how universal the fundamental precepts of karma are – in religion, popular culture and even science. In the Bible it says “…whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7), which describes karma simply, but perfectly. “Action and reaction are opposite and equal” stated Newton in his third law of motion, a definition commonly used to describe karma in Buddhism. In everyday conversation, people sometimes say “what goes around, comes around”, which is a loose but nevertheless truthful description of karma. The word “karma” – and the basic concept behind it – appear in songs, television programs and movies – and most people in the western world seem to have some grasp of what karma is about.

When people refer to a person’s karma, they are referring to the person’s past actions and feelings that are waiting to be balanced out with it’s opposite. As long as we have unfulfilled desires and actions that have not yet been repaid (good or bad), we we must reincarnate to neutralize them, which keeps us from merging completely in God. The difficulty is that each time we come back to balance out our previous actions, we create even more karma. Before we know it we have lived millions of lifetimes and have a seemingly insurmountable store of karma.

Of course there is free will, or how we choose to respond to a situation. If someone hurts you, and you hurt them back, then they hurt you back, this cycle of karma could go on indefinitely.

Karma gives us all individual tuition 24 hours a day. Each lesson is perfectly tailored to our spiritual needs, and we are never presented with any test we cannot pass. Karma gives us experience, and experience gives us the opportunity to learn to live in harmony with the eternal laws which are God. As we learn, we advance – coming ever closer to ever higher spiritual states of consciousness, and enjoying ever greater spiritual freedom.

Viewed in this light – the terms “good karma” and “bad karma” become almost meaningless in a way – because in fact all karma is good for us, even if it might feel unpleasant in the short term.

Reincarnation and karma are core concepts for several religions of India, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism.

Basically, both concepts have to do with an understanding of time and how we as human beings are propelled forward through life in time.

Reincarnation is sometimes called transmigration of the soul. To believe in this is to believe that the soul migrates through many different physical lifetimes. The soul undergoes rebirths into different kinds of lives – human, animal or even supernatural – until it reaches its final destination.

So, reincarnation implies a cyclical understanding of time instead of a linear understanding. In the Western world, people tend to think of time in a linear way – you are born, you live, then you die. Depending on one’s belief about afterlife, the soul may live forever in a place of suffering or blessing. But, it does not return to earth to live again as a human or animal.

Those who believe in reincarnation, however, hold to a cyclical view of time in which the soul undergoes cycles of life, death and rebirth. The soul may be born into a human body and then, when the human body dies, it may be reborn into an animal body or the body of a supernatural being (angels, demons, etc.). This cycle may be repeated many hundreds of times.

What propels the soul forward from life to life? What determines the kind of rebirth or life the soul will have in the future? The answer is karma.

Karma is the positive or negative energy that accompanies all actions of moral worth. Hitting someone with a stick brings negative karma to the person who does it. Using the stick for a positive reason brings positive karma to the person.

So, each person – each soul or atman – goes through life doing both positive and negative actions and accumulating the karmic energy or “baggage” that comes with them. The nature of one’s karma determines the nature of one’s rebirths in futures lives. Negative karma over many lifetimes will cause an unfavorable rebirth as an animal. Positive karma will cause a favorable rebirth as a human or auspicious spiritual being.

This belief in karma and its impact on future rebirths is at the heart of basic ethical sensibilities in Hinduism and in all the other religions that affirm it. People should do good actions and avoid bad actions so as to not accumulate bad karma to themselves.

Karma and reincarnation are inseparable and reincarnation is a logical consequence of karma. When someone dies, they will not have worked out all their karma. What has been “sown”, will not all have been “reaped”, and there will not have been an “opposite and equal” reaction to their every thought and action. Therefore, logically speaking, although they have left their body, they cannot cease to exist. They have to come back.

Between incarnations we spend a period of time on another “plane”, also called another “realm”, of Earth, which exists at a different frequency of vibration. These realms are physical – but physical at a higher or lower frequency than this realm. The existence of these realms explains the orthodox notions of “heaven” and “hell” – the higher realms being the “heavens”, and the lower realms – the “hells”. After death, we go to the realm which best suits our level of spiritual evolution, prior to being reborn here. The more basic level, or levels, of so-called “heaven” are sometimes referred to as “the spirit world”.

When all the lessons which reincarnation on Earth can offer have been learnt, we then either go through the initiation of Ascension, or begin the experience cycle of another, more advanced planet.

Signs of a Past Life Links & Soul Mates | Regression Therapy

Have you ever met someone who you had an instant connection with, and you just intuitively felt that you had met them somewhere, somehow, before?

Have you ever experienced the nagging sense of deja vu — the feeling that you have been in a certain place and experienced a certain moment before? Often deja vu occurs because you’re recalling something or seeing a similarity with something that happened in a past life. If you’re in touch with your psychic ability, you probably have moments in which you remember aspects of your past lives, which is when deja vu kicks in.

If you’ve experienced this feeling before, then you have likely met someone from a past life who you have run into once again on your current journey.

You might not immediately think “Hey, I knew them from a past life” when you meet them, but you just know that their soul and yours have crossed paths at some point in time before. You might not have even believed in reincarnation or past lives before this experience, but something so powerful and intense can easily open your mind to other possibilities.

Sometimes those of us who are in touch with our psychic ability will sense that we have an instant connection with someone. That is also often our past lives communicating with us. We’re not the only ones who have lived multiple lives. Our loved ones have also lived multiple past lives. And typically we travel in the same circles. Your instant connection could even be a sign that you’ve found your soulmate.

We also often have the same problems. When we don’t learn a certain lesson in one lifetime, we’re likely to repeat it. If there’s a part of your life that frustrates you so because you just can’t seem to get it right, you may be experiencing a challenge that you first encountered in a past life. And the reason you’re having so much difficulty with it today is because you can’t remember those important a-ha moments from your past life that can help you solve the problem forever. Whether it’s money woes, relationship drama or even health challenges, an answer may lie in a past life. Famous psychic

Often the people that we shared our past lives with are the people that we share our current life with. We might not come back in the same roles. For example, your husband in a previous lifetime could be your brother in this lifetime. Or a person that you hate in this lifetime could have been your best friend in a lifetime that has passed. It’s not unusual for us to come across people in our current lifetime who shared another lifetime with us. The book Return to Life: Extraordinary Cases of Children Who Remember Past Lives lays out some of these stories of past life experiences.

Here are some signs that we might have shared a lifetime with someone who is currently in our lives.

  • There was an immediate positive connection. Have you ever met someone and immediately been able to share your feelings and vulnerabilities? Chances are your soul recognizes the person and you know instinctively that this is someone you’ve loved and trusted in a past life.
  • There was an immediate negative reaction. We don’t just come back with the people we love. We often come back with the people we hate. Our greatest lessons are taught not only by our loved ones, but by our enemies, as well. In fact, often our enemies are our greatest teachers. If you have an immediate negative reaction to someone it could be for something that happened in a past life rather than this one.
  • You experience a strong sense of deja vu. We already discussed the origins of deja vu. If you experience deja vu when you’re with a particular person, chances are the two of you experienced life together before.
  • You have a telepathic connection. Is there someone in your life who you understand so much that you know what they’re going to say before they say it and vice-versa? If so, there’s a good chance that you two have traveled many lives together. Souls that share lifetimes tend to have a deeper connection than souls who are just interacting for the first time. If your connection is on a subconscious level, you’ve probably been together before.
  • You recognize their eyes. This is a trait that’s common with soulmates. If you come across someone and recognize their eyes it’s probably because you’ve been together in previous lifetimes. While our bodies change from lifetime to lifetime our eyes stay the same so you can recognize someone from a previous lifetime in this manner.
  • The relationship is short-lived but intense. Have you ever met someone and had an intense relationship with them only for it to end within a matter of months or even weeks? Often we have unresolved business with someone from a past life but we don’t need a long time to resolve it. A short, intense relationship can provide the closure that both parties need. While such a relationship can be painful and confusing in this present lifetime, it can be exactly what both parties needed to do on a subconscious level to resolve an experience from the past. That relationship could hold a major key in helping you to achieve your dreams in your current life.

Why you must learn what your past lives are trying to tell you

Knowing about your past lives and past life relationships can make a tremendous difference in your current life. If there are lessons that you didn’t get in a past life, those lessons will be particularly powerful in this one. The Universe wants to make sure that you don’t miss it again. Is there something very painful that you’re dealing with? It’s possible that you’re dealing with a past life issue. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can determine what you need to learn, and the sooner you’ll be free of that pain.

Look for the lesson. Are you learning something about yourself? Either in relationship to other people or your own behaviour? If you’re being challenged in some way – either positively or even negatively, this is one sign that there is an important soul connection here. The bigger the challenge and the more you have to grow on a soul level to meet it, then the number of lifetimes you have spent with this person increases. Remember – this goes for negative experiences as well as positive ones because often we learn more from failures than we do our successes.

Is the situation you’re in with this person part of a recurring theme for you? While you may not feel you have known this person before, does the situation you’re in feel oh so familiar? Is history repeating itself in some way yet again? We all come into this lifetime with set learning tasks. Sometimes we learn the lesson the first time – but if we don’t, then we are set to repeat it until we do. If you find yourself back in a situation that is repeating a past experience but with a completely different person then this is another sign of a deep past-life connection. As you failed to learn the lesson in the past, a new ‘teacher’ has appeared. Once you begin to recognise you and not the other person, are the common denominator, you will begin to release the lesson and your situation with them will transform – either by them leaving your life and you will have no more ‘lessons’ of this nature or by your relationship continuing but now on an entirely different level.

Is someone helping you for no apparent reason? Someone gives you a helping hand in some way with no expectation of anything in return. This could be a business mentor, a teacher or someone who offers you something you badly need right when you need it – and doesn’t necessarily expect to be paid back. This is a sure sign that this is someone you have helped in a past life, paying you forward in this one.

Is anything owed or left over after the relationship is over? You owe them something or they owe you. Or they’ve left something with you. This can be anything from a book, to money, a child or even a horse. Whatever it is, you or they aren’t going to get it back or take it back – not in this lifetime anyway!

Remember, past life soul promises are complex but look for these key signs as to clues you may have deep connections to people you wouldn’t have dreamed were that important!

By doing the work to discover your past lives, you may be able to:

  • Recognize your soulmate.
  • Understand why you keep making that same mistake. Then you can stop making it.
  • Understand why you have an instant connection with someone and you may be able to figure out who they were to you in a past life.
  • Learn how to break free of challenges that have been plaguing you.
  • Finally achieve that goal that has been so elusive.

One way to learn about a past life is to get a past life regression.

Past Life Regression Therapy | PLRT Benefits & other FAQ’s

A Introduction about our soul and past life regression therapy

A past-life regression recalls scenes, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now.

To quote from Shakespeare’s ‘As You Like It’: “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts….”

We are our soul, and the soul of each and everyone of us is beautiful. Within each lifetime, we adopt and experience a character, and often a series of characters usually consecutively, but sometimes concurrently within any given lifetime.

We experience or ‘play’ the character we have chosen to experience or ‘adopt’, in any one lifetime, or perhaps during several lifetimes. When we have completed the role, regardless of the nature of the character that we have played, we move on to play another character, often taking time to reflect on our ‘performance’ in between roles.

When we begin to explore our past lives, we feel a little confused and conflicted and we seem to place ourselves somewhere between believing and wanting to believe. We usually begin to explore past lives when there is an issue in our life which reflects a lesson which has not been learned in previous lifetimes. We will seldom begin past life exploration when we are living a happy, settled and contented life. We will usually begin past life exploration when we are looking for an answer within our lives, which is why our early past life experiences are often difficult and unpleasant memories.
We will usually begin to recall (through one means or another), memories where people who are currently in our life treated us badly in another life, or we treated people who are currently in our life badly in another life. We will begin to wonder if we have ever experienced joy, but if we allow ourselves to do so, we will begin to see how all the pieces fit together, and aspects of our relationships in this lifetime which did not make sense, will suddenly begin to become clear.

In time, we will stumble upon the key past life memory which will unlock our current experience. When we become aware of the key past life memory, which may well be the original cause of the events that we are living, and have perhaps have lived in principle many times, we will usually become very emotional as we begin to release events which we have held within us for a very long time, and we will usually begin to cleanse our soul.

The soul cleansing process can continue for some time, and we may well find ourselves bursting into tears at the slightest trigger, and at inopportune moments. We will begin to wander what we have unleashed and why we began the process of understanding our past lives at all. However, each time that we experience soul cleansing tears, we will feel a little lighter, and we will walk a little straighter, as we begin to release our burden.

In time we may begin to receive seemingly unrelated ‘flashes’ or ‘snapshots’ of memory from our lifetime and from our past lifetimes. We should allow the snapshots to enter and leave as they will. Our subconscious mind, or our spirit self is sorting and presenting pieces of memory to assist us to fully understand the memory which we have unlocked. Suddenly, like a jigsaw puzzle, all of the pieces will fall into place and we will be presented with a clear picture which will explain precisely what we have been experiencing, and why. At this point, when we have understood the experience, we are ready to release the experience and move on. We will no longer carry the emotions from the experience with us, and we will have left at least some of our excess baggage behind.

Not all of our past life memories are difficult and unpleasant, but it is the unpleasant memories which usually create the negative emotions that we carry with us and feed, lifetime after lifetime. Therefore, it is the negative emotions that usually lead us to past life memories which are difficult, but nevertheless need to be released.

We can also allow ourselves to draw on pleasant memories from our past lives. As souls we live many lifetimes in very many forms. During our existence we experience a life as all of the living things that we can imagine, and many that we cannot imagine. Our human existence is but one of our experiences, we also experience lifetimes as animals, plants, insects as well as on other worlds and in other forms, such as a light body. Living thousands of years, we can imagine how many different lives we have had. As an example; we may be sitting on a beach and we ‘daydream’ about gliding on the winds like a bird. We know that the experience is not ‘real’, but the experience somehow feels real. This is because we have existed as a bird and we are remembering what it was like to glide on the winds.

There are many situations in which we remember our past lives, and in time we will come to recognise these situations, or ‘past life triggers’. We will find that we have far more past life memories which have surfaced than we realise.

That we encounter people from our life within our past life memories, is not really surprising, and not a product of an over active imagination.

Circles are created between souls to establish an environment for us and those with whom we share the environment, to gain experience and learn who we are. The circles created between souls need to be closed, because closing the circles created between souls, is a convenient way for us to gain awareness of the true circular nature of all that is. If we shared ongoing experiences with different souls in each lifetime we would loose an opportunity to understand the circular nature of our existence.

There is a karmic aspect to the circles created between souls, but the nature and purpose of karma has been misunderstood. The principles of karma allow our experiences to become complete, though experiencing both sides of the coin, with the same souls who conveniently also need to experience both sides of the coin, but the opposite side of the coin to us. For example; we may take it in turns to be murderer and victim. Karma is a learning and experience cycle, not a punishment cycle as has been supposed.

Past Life Regression Therapy

Past life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect (karma) and the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are based in the past. As a skilled therapist, I can guide you back to a time before birth in this lifetime to discover the root causes of problems you may be experiencing in the present and heal them. This may include relationship issues, chronic illnesses, phobias, addictions, sexual dysfunction, inexplicable attraction or aversion to someone, recurring nightmares, fear of death, etc. Conventional psychotherapy focuses on the present life and may not be able to get to the source of a problem. “Talk” therapy often stays on an intellectual basis and does not allow for the transformation that comes from unlocking deep emotions and experiences stored in one’s cellular memory. It’s also why “talk” therapy often takes so long to produce results. Past life regression therapy can speed up the healing process as one understands and feels on a much deeper level the source of one’s problems.

What are some more benefits of past life regression therapy?

Past life regression therapy can transform your life! It will help you to develop your full potential, unlock hidden talents, and create more compassion and love for yourself and others. It can reveal your life purpose and reason for incarnating, and help you to overcome the fear of death. After a past life regression session, many clients report feeling a greater sense of inner peace, love and self-acceptance when they understand that they have chosen their life circumstances and the lessons that they need to learn. Past life regression therapy supersedes other therapies in its more profound perspective on the meaning of life. It transcends religious dogma and is beneficial regardless of your religion or spiritual beliefs. You do not have to believe in reincarnation to receive healing from this amazing technique.

What is a session like?

Past life regression sessions are about two hours long. I first interview you and ask about your present life. Together we look for recurring patterns that may create problems in your life and that will prompt your subconscious mind to lead you to the past life source of these issues. Then you create a focus or intention for the session. This is followed by deep relaxation which enables you to access important subconscious memories from this lifetime or another. The subconscious, in its infinite wisdom, will selectively reveal what is appropriate and healing for your current life situation. Some people see glimpses of several past lives; others may delve into one specific past life in more detail; another may discover important repressed memories from the current lifetime. Oftentimes people feel they are “making up” the past life memories. As you become more comfortable with the process, you will discover that this information is valuable and authentic and contributes to your healing and well being.

What if I uncover a really scary past life and I can’t handle it?

I create a safe and supportive environment for you. You will only experience traumatic memories if you are ready to let go of them. You’re in charge! Releasing emotional and/or physical trauma stored in the body and mind is very healing. Most people feel relieved, refreshed, and more peaceful after discovering hidden past-life memories that may have caused unnecessary anxieties and phobias in the present life.

What if I see and experience my death in a past life? Is it safe to do this?

The re-enactment of the death moment is where the real healing happens. Facing a death experience—and the peace that accompanies it—has great therapeutic value. It is enlightening and comforting to feel the release of the soul from the body and experience the peacefulness of the between life state. You no longer need to fear death when you realize that your soul is immortal and that you will live again and be re-united with loved ones. Clients who have experienced a past-life death exude a special radiance and inner peace after a session.

How will I feel after a session?

Some people feel very happy and peaceful; others may feel tired or even experience some pain or a headache related to the release of stored trauma. All of these reactions are normal and not harmful. Most people prefer to be alone afterwards to integrate and review the session. You may want to rest, take a relaxing walk, or write up any notes or reflections from the experience. You may continue to have past life recall after the session through dreams or intuitive insights that will give you even more detailed memory of that life.

What is a life between lives spiritual regression?

Life between lives regression therapy is an expansion of past life therapy. It enables you to connect with your soul-self and discover what your immortal life is in the soul world between incarnations. You are able to see your karmic growth patterns through many lifetimes, why you have chosen certain bodies and lifetimes, connect with your spirit guides, and understand your soul’s lessons on a profound level. Sessions are generally three to four hours long and require that you are able to be regressed into a deep trance state. I offer this service to those who have been able to access their past lives and want to go to the next step.

Past Life Regression Therapy in India

Have you ever met someone and wondered how they instantly became friends with you? Do you have unexplained phobias or are you plain curious about the purpose of your life?

Answers to all these questions and much more can be found out by guided introspection, popularly known as Past Life Regression Therapy.

Discovering your past lives is a fascinating way to understand who you are as an immortal soul living a human life. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace

What is a past-life regression?

Past life memories are the autobiography of your eternal soul-—personal stories that explain who you are now and why you’re here on Earth.

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique for accessing and re-experiencing your past lives directly.  A past-life regression recalls scenes, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now.

Traumas and issues from our past lives can be reactivated by events in our current lifetime without our conscious awareness. We might react to people and situations in ways that seem counter-productive. The problem maybe actually rooted in dynamics set up in prior lifetimes or past experiences of present life.

Re-experiencing the key events of a past life and reprocessing the impact helps to bring closure to the events of the past. This enables one to move forward more freely in the present. Even if one believes these memories are not true past-life experiences, they function as symbolic stories and are equally as effective in resolving current issues.

Past life regression therapy is based upon the philosophy that we are eternal souls who carry forward learning and experiences from one human lifetime to another. Few people believe that we only live one human lifetime. In this case, the stories coming out by this therapeutic approach serve as wonderful symbolic metaphors for the issues and situations being faced in the present time.

Past Life Regression is Spiritual

Past life regression is gaining recognition as a legitimate form of spiritual healing.  No matter what religion you profess—or even if you don’t follow any religion—experiencing yourself as a soul in other lifetimes gives you a profound awareness that you are more than a physical body. You encounter your soul’s essence, connected and aligned to a greater universal energy, perhaps for the first time in your life. This has happened often in my sessions. For those who experience it, they feel truly at peace.

PLR Therapy

Past life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect (karma) and the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are based in the past. A skilled therapist can guide you back to a time before birth in this lifetime to discover the root causes of problems you may be experiencing in the present and heal them. This technique is also valuable and enjoyable for self-discovery if you are feeling problem free!

How the Healing Works

Past life regression is healing.  You were born not as a blank slate, but as a soul rich with both the wisdom and scars from many lifetimes.

We all carry memories from past lives into this life–unconscious memories that carry an energetic charge and continue to affect us. They can be things left undone, vows made, accomplishments, failures, mistakes, success, emotional debts, guilt, gratitude, traumatic and sudden deaths, wisdom, and love.

These charges from the past set up patterns which are continually triggered and repeated in our present life. These patterns can be positive or negative. They can affect our relationships, behaviors, motivations, and even our physical bodies and health. Positive patterns can feed talents, bestow wisdom, influence tastes, and energize life purpose.  Negative patterns fuel destructive, compulsive behavior, cloud judgment, cause injury, and block your way.

By making these memories conscious, we can release the patterns that no longer serve us, freeing us to live more fully in the present. Beneficial patterns are reinforced, negative patterns are neutralized.

Past life regression is the process of healing the soul by healing the past.

What Results Can I Expect?

Past Life Regression is one of the most effective psychological and transpersonal tools available and often saves many years of psychotherapy, however, nothing is a panacea and rarely does just one or two sessions solve a lifetime of problems and habits. People often notice profound changes after one or two regressions, but without continued work and follow-up, these changes tend to be short lived. Rarely does one past life hold the answer to all of our problems, nor does one regression cover all the subtleties and insights of a given life. Our past lives were lived in the same way that your present life is, with growth spurts, times of stagnation, moments of sorrow as well as joy.

Dedicated and consistent effort in your healing process provides the best results. In the case of regression therapy, you will find that a series of lives around this issue. Successful lives around particular problems can be accessed to give you more resources and energy to move forward, difficult and painful lives can be brought to closure and redirected, again to give you more energy and resources to your own personal becoming.

How will I feel after a session?

Some people feel very happy and peaceful; others may feel tired or even experience some pain or a headache related to the release of stored trauma. All of these reactions are normal and not harmful. It’s best to schedule your appointment at a time when you can take the rest of the day off. Most people prefer to be alone afterwards to integrate and review the session. You may want to rest, take a relaxing walk, or write up any notes or reflections from the experience. You may continue to have past life recall after the session through dreams or intuitive insights that will give you even more detailed memory of that life.

Scientific Proof of Reincarnation

A lot of people are resistant to the idea of a “soul” because of how this term has gotten wrapped up in religious superstition and dogma.

Some people think it is outright silly. But the concept of consciousness being able to detach from the body offers a lot of explanatory power when it comes to phenomenon such as Near Death Experiences, Out-Of-Body Experiences and even reincarnation.

In fact, the evidence for reincarnation is the best hard scientific evidence we have for the existence of a soul. This is a bold claim, but the evidence for reincarnation is undeniable and cannot collectively be attributed to chance or any other physical explanation. If reincarnation exists, the soul exists. Let’s take a look!

Before we explore the evidence, it’s helpful to remember that we do not need hard PROOF in order to be justified in believing in something.

If the weatherman says there is a 70% chance of showers, I don’t need proof that it’s going to rain before I am justified in bringing an umbrella with me. I don’t have to be certain that a meteor isn’t going to fall on my head before I go outside. I don’t need hard scientific proof of extra-terrestrial life in order to be justified in believing that life exists on other planets, because there are so many good reasons that, when taken together cumulatively, provide a plausible account for belief in life on other planets.
This is known as “abductive reasoning” and is the kind of reasoning we use most in our every day lives.

Reincarnation is not something you can objectively measure in the same way you can measure a chemical reaction, so it may even be in principle non-provable using the scientific method. Science is the empirical measurement of the natural world, and the soul is something which would exist beyond the natural world. So, the question is, “Are there enough solid pieces of evidence that, when taken together, provide a compelling case for reincarnation?” I think the answer is a resounding yes.

The scientific evidence for reincarnation

Dr. Ian Stevenson, Ph.D., former Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, spent 40 years researching reincarnation stories within children.
This former chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology investigated over 3000 independent stories of children who claimed to have memories and know people from their alleged past lives. According to Stevenson, the number of cases that are worth considering is so high that it exceeds the ability of him and his team to investigate them all.

Dr. Ian Stevenson

Probably the best known, if not most respected, collection of scientific data that appears to provide scientific proof that reincarnation is real, is the life’s work of Dr. Ian Stevenson. Instead of relying on hypnosis to verify that an individual has had a previous life, he instead chose to collect thousands of cases of children who spontaneously remember a past life. Dr. Ian Stevenson uses this approach because spontaneous past life memories in a child can be investigated using strict scientific protocols. Hypnosis, while useful in researching into past lives, is less reliable from a purely scientific perspective. In order to collect his data, Dr. Stevenson methodically documents the child’s statements of a previous life. Then he identifies the deceased person the child remembers being, and verifies the facts of the deceased person’s life that match the child’s memory. He even matches birthmarks and birth defects to wounds and scars on the deceased, verified by medical records. His strict methods systematically rule out all possible “normal” explanations for the child’s memories.

Dr. Stevenson has devoted the last forty years to the scientific documentation of past life memories of children from all over the world. He has over 3000 cases in his files. Many people, including skeptics and scholars, agree that these cases offer the best evidence yet for reincarnation.

Dr. Stevenson’s credentials are impeccable. He is a medical doctor and had many scholarly papers to his credit before he began paranormal research. He is the former head of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Virginia, and now is Director of the Division of Personality Studies at the University of Virginia.

In order to help the reader become familiar with Dr. Stevenson’s work, a 1988 Omni Magazine Interview is reprinted below. Following the interview is a summary of one of Dr. Stevenson’s most famous cases.

Birth Marks

Facial recognition software confirmed that there was in fact a facial resemblance to their alleged prior incarnation. Some had birth marks on places where they allegedly suffered fatal wounds from in their past life. They were often dramatic and sometimes bizarre lesions, such as malformed digits or missing limbs, misshapen heads, and odd markings.

As Dr. Stevenson writes in his paper “Birthmarks and Birth Defects Corresponding to Wounds on Deceased Persons” in the peer-reviewed Journal of Scientific Exploration: “About 35% of children who claim to remember previous lives have birthmarks and/or birth defects that they (or adult informants) attribute to wounds on a person whose life the child remembers. The cases of 210 such children have been investigated.

“The birthmarks were usually areas of hairless, puckered skin; some were areas of little or no pigmentation (hypopigmented macules); others were areas of increased pigmentation (hyperpigmented nevi).
“The birth defects were nearly always of rare types. In cases in which a deceased person was identified the details of whose life unmistakably matched the child’s statements, a close correspondence was nearly always found between the birthmarks and/or birth defects on the child and the wounds on the deceased person.
“In 43 of 49 cases in which a medical document (usually a postmortem report) was obtained, it confirmed the correspondence between wounds and birthmarks (or birth defects).”

Verifiable memories of past lives

The memories the children recalled were far too specific to be chalked up to chance. In an article where 3 cases were looked at in great detail by Dr. Stevenson, he reported that each of the 3 children made roughly 30-40 claims regarding memories that had of their past lives, 82-92% of which were both verifiable and correct. The particularities and specific details that were given by the children ranged from anything from the names, personalities, and occupations of their former parents and siblings to the precise layouts of the houses they lived in.

It was not uncommon for Stevenson to encounter a child who could go into a town he had never been in before and give him the details of the village, former personal belongings, the neighborhood in which he lived in a past life, and the people who he use to associate with. As he concludes: “It was possible in each case to find a family that had lost a member whose life corresponded to the subject’s statements. The statements of the subject, taken as a group, were sufficiently specific so that they could not have corresponded to the life of any other person.

“We believe we have excluded normal transmission of the correct information to the subjects and that they obtained the correct information they showed about the concerned deceased person by some paranormal process.”

Phobias from past-life traumas

Something which interested Dr. Stevenson was the phobias that were developed from past-life traumas.  As Dr. Jim Tucker writes: “Another area that interested Ian was the behavior of these children. He wrote a paper about phobias that many of the children showed, usually related to the mode of death from the life they claimed to remember (Stevenson, 1990a).

“He reported that 36% of the children in a series of 387 cases showed such fears. They occurred when the children were very young, sometimes before they had made their claims about the previous life. For example, he described a girl in Sri Lanka who as a baby resisted baths so much that three adults had to hold her down to give her one.

“By the age of six months, she also showed a marked phobia of buses and then later described the life of a girl in another village who had been walking along a narrow road between flooded paddy fields when she stepped back to avoid a bus going by, fell into the flood water, and drowned.”

Recognition from the scientific community

What seems to be more than mere chance is that children were able to accurately identify former acquaintances and relationships they had with people in their prior lives.

Most impressively was a Lebanese girl who was able to remember and identify 25 different people from her past life and the interpersonal relationships she had with them. His best findings were put together in a book called Twenty Cases Suggestive of Reincarnation.

For further reading, this book would really be your best bet. The American Journal of Psychiatry reviewed these cases and said there were “cases recorded in such full detail as to persuade the open mind that reincarnation is a tenable hypothesis to explain them.”

He had several other books and papers published and widely accepted in the mainstream community. As a review in the Journal of the American Medical Association stated ‘‘In regard to reincarnation he has painstakingly and unemotionally collected a detailed series of cases from India, cases in which the evidence is difficult to explain on any other grounds.”

The reviewer added: “He has placed on record a large amount of data that cannot be ignored.” His one paper called “The Explanatory Value of the Idea of Reincarnation” had thousands of requests for reprints by scientists all over the world.

His findings were also published in peer reviewed journals the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, and the International Journal of Comparative Sociology. During a presentation at Penn State University in 2005, Dr. Jim B. Tucker, a child psychiatrist at the University of Virginia, described how a mother was leaning over the changing table to change her son’s diaper.

Her young toddler unexpectedly said, “When I was your age, I used to change your diapers.” Sam Taylor, of Vermont, was born 18 months following his grandfather’s death. When he made this comment, he was only a few years old. When he was four and a half years old, however, Taylor was able to pick out his grandfather from a class picture of about 20 people and identify his grandfather’s first car from a photograph.

It’s important to note that this case is American, so the parents are not influencing or encouraging the boy to believe in reincarnation in the name of culture or religion:

Conclusion

This is just a small fraction of the amount of evidence that exists for reincarnation. Upon coming to a conclusion about all his findings and his publications, we have to ask ourselves “What is the best explanation that can accommodate all of this evidence?”

Why would there be so many cases of children who claim to have been other people, who know the specific names and interpersonal relationships of the person they recall being, who have similar behavior and personalities as the people they claimed to be, who have birthmarks and abnormalities where they claimed to have suffered wounds in their past lives, and who have specific phobias linked back to alleged past life traumas if reincarnation did not exist?

When we consider that there is no naturalistic explanation that can account for all of data, and when we consider the explanatory power of reincarnation, we are more than justified in subscribing to reincarnation for scientific reasons. The accounts are far too precise to be chalked up as chance, and all other explanations are impoverished in trying to explain such a wide array of data.

Reincarnation can no longer be looked at as some woo-woo, pseudoscientific, religiously dogmatic New Age fantasy, and neither can the soul.We can infer the reality of the soul because it is the best explanation for all of the given data. There must be a non-physical part of us (consciousness itself, perhaps) that contains memories that leaves our body and then enters into a new body.

This is a hypothesis which has gotten serious attention in the mainstream academic community, and is still ripe with investigation to this day. When we take all the evidence together and look at it without religious or scientific bias getting in the way, it seems as though we are not only justified in believing in reincarnation, but it also may be the best of all explanations for the strongest cases.

Past Life Regression / Connections, Soul Mates,Reincarnation

There are people that we have relationships with where tell ourselves that we’re in love and that we’ve met our soul mate because we’re thinking about that person all the time or tuning into their feelings when actually what we’re dealing with is a kind of addiction. You know that you’re dealing with addiction rather than real love when you feel that you simply couldn’t live without that other person and when the thought of being without them is too terrifying to even think about.  That kind of love that actually knocks you off of your path, but it can also be the kind of love that teaches you something.

In contrast, past life relationships can be just as intense, but there is a particular kind of familiar feeling about them. When you meet someone that you had a past-life relationship with, you often feels as if that person is your soulmate because you know them with a profound feeling of recognition, you understand each other, you have more of a bond when you’re separate from each other and you can kind of feel where they are.

Past life relationships can be confusing at best and hell at their worst.  They are confusing because they can they often involve ecstasy and agony.  There can be so much intensity between you.  You might even share all sorts of spiritual experiences such as telepathy or seeing colours when you make love. But such relationships are usually plagued with  problems.  It’s like you’re repeating the same relationship you might have had in ten lives with that person.  It’s obviously very potent and intense magic.  Even if you don’t see them for ten years you can feel this complete and utter bond, because in a way it’s a timeless bond.

Sometime, those relationships are not meant for this life, however, and it may be that your learning in this life is to let go of that so that you can find the right energy for you. It’s hard, because people find it very difficult to let go of that intoxicating experience, even though, in most cases, those kind of relationships will never work – it’s always ecstasy and agony and drama.

When you’re in that experience it’s very difficult for you to think that it’s not for you, because you’re determined to fit that square peg in that round hole, and make it work but it all comes back to your relationship with you.  If you are your best friend and you love you, you’re not going to let yourself go through that trauma all of the time. And ultimately it’s about actually believing that you are worthy of a relationship that is worthy of you – a relationship that nurtures you, a relationship that is equal. A relationship that doesn’t destroy your heart, and take away with your self-esteem.

In contrast, and despite anything else that you might have heard anywhere else, soul mate relationships just tend to work.  When you meet soulmate, you get on, you may have a few struggles, but fundamentally you click.  It’s a functioning relationship, and you have each others’ best interests at heart.

Not all soul mates are destined to be lovers, either.  If you have a friendship or you have a connection that’s absolutely stunningly beautiful, and pure and delightful, and you merge together, it could also be a soul mate connection.

So if you’re confused about whether the person you’re involved with or have your heart set on is a soul mate, a past life connection with some karma to work through or an outright addiction, just ask yourself:  Does this relationship bring me peace? Does it work?  Are we better people for being in it? Does it allow me to be my best me?  If the answer is yes, it could be a soul mate relationship.  If your answers are no, then it’s likely to be a past life connection and only you can make the decision to set yourself free.

Even more importantly, don’t let yourself get confused by labels.  I would say that a lot of problems in our lives are down to labelling ourselves and labelling every experience – but more about that next time!

Few signs of a past life connections :

  • Immediate Connection or Immediate Negative Reaction. There are some people that we connect with instantly, whether as friends or potential lovers. According to the late sage Yogananda, you can recognize a soul friend/mate from a past life when you instantly connect and have a deep understanding of each other. “When you feel in your heart a deep harmony with another person, you know that you knew each other before.”

Likewise, there are others that bring out instant hostility within you. You’re not sure why you don’t like them, but your reaction is so negative it takes you by surprise. Past life experts agree that this person may have done something to harm you in a prior life.

  • Telepathic Connection. You can sense what they are about to say, or you receive a phone call/text shortly after you think about them. There is a sort of unexplained connection that can’t be broken.
  • Eye Recognition. When you look into their eyes upon first meeting, they seem familiar and quickly draw you in.

Have you noticed that with some people you can stare at them for hours as you converse, but there isn’t a connection? While it takes just moments to connect with others? Past life experts believe this isn’t a coincidence. If this happens, they suggest you should pay close attention.

Some have concluded that the eyes don’t change from birth to birth. This allows for us to recognize one another throughout time.

Heal past lives through Past Life Regression Therapy

Discovering your past lives is a fascinating way to understand who you are as an immortal soul living a human life. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace.

Our past life selves are not only characters in past dramas, but they also live within us today as ‘sub-personalities’. Their ‘unfinished business’ can make itself known through irrational fears, phobias or patterns that are not easily changed. We feel their emotions; manifest their talents; think their thoughts; are limited by their fears and perpetuate their quandaries often without consciously knowing we are doing so.

Can problems from the past be healed?  Yes of course! Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) is the answer. Past life regression therapy helps tremendously in resolving them. Regression literally means ‘going backwards’. In PLRT, after getting into the trance state, people subconsciously go back to the time where their fears and phobias are coming from. The issue is then acknowledged and resolved in that life and time, and what they bring back are positive healing resources to heal and eliminate the effect of the issue in this life, using different scientifically created techniques that have been practiced and mastered over years by many experts of PLRT, thus successfully eliminating the fear or phobia.

Not claiming to replace any medical therapies, all that techniques like Hypnotherapy and PLRT aim at doing are strengthening the subconscious mind by filling it with positive ideas that empower us to heal and resolve any issue, any fear, anything which is affecting our life negatively and is coming in the way of living to our full potential, of living a more positive, confident, happy and healthy life. They aim to empower us to get in touch with our deepest desires and to achieve success. They aim to empower us to be the masters of our lives and take responsibility of our selves. They aim to empower us to be stronger beings – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. One may respond better and benefit more from one technique than another. Find out for yourself!

Past life issues that carry into the current life are often thought of as being the result of karma. The wounds and unhealed traumas that we have experienced in past lives contribute greatly to our current life experience and constitute a large part of our karma. To understand how past life wounds impact us in the present, we need to look at how trauma affects the psyche in the current life.

A traumatic event is any overwhelming experience (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual) that has caused an inability in the psyche to integrate it fully and continue in the same manner as before the traumatic event was experienced. Thus trauma leaves a lasting and damaging impression that manifests as a combination of symptoms, including but not limited to chronic dissociation, anxiety, phobias, fears, hyper vigilance, inhibitions, paranoia, neurosis, avoidance, armoring or rigidity, suppression of emotions, emotional or physical numbness, mental confusion and compulsions. In psychological language combinations of these symptoms are classified as post traumatic stress disorder/syndrome (PTSD or PTSS).

The natural “fight or flight” response is activated when an individual is faced with a threat. If the person is overwhelmed or defeated (they can’t fight or escape) the natural response becomes a frozen impulse — an action that was never completed. The potential to develop PTSD varies from person to person, but when it does take hold the physiology changes as does the psychological state. People with PTSD cannot integrate the memory of the trauma properly. Psychologically unable to integrate the trauma in conscious terms, a part of the psyche becomes ‘split-off’ and stays, in essence, frozen in time. This is what shamans have described for ages as ‘soul loss’ or ‘soul fragmentation.’ This part of the psyche separates from the ego structure and remains that way. When these soul fragments are encountered in past or present life regression or through inner journeying, they seem to have a life of their own. The fragments appear to be the same age they were when they split off. Often they don’t have an awareness that life has moved on, or if they are aware of the present day personality, they are reluctant to be a part of it. The difference between conscious and subconscious memories is a matter of the perception of chronological time. The conscious mind perceives time as changing, moving from the past through the present, to the future. To the subconscious mind, memories (especially traumatic ones) retained there, are happening in the now.

Sometimes when the soul fragments, the conscious memory of the traumatic event goes away with it or becomes buried with the split-off part. This inability to remember a trauma is commonly called a repressed/suppressed memory. Split-off parts of the psyche do not always leave the energy field of the person to ‘go off’ somewhere. They also can be buried deep in the interior world of the psyche, making them inaccessible to the conscious mind.

In essence a trauma is a scar that won’t seem to heal. This scar then becomes a weak or vulnerable spot in the psyche, seeming to attract to it similar experiences over and over. Traumatized people find themselves reenacting the whole trauma or aspects of it without conscious awareness that they are doing so. This often happens on anniversaries of events or can be a chronic recreation, such as an abused woman who continually, subconsciously, chooses abusive partners. By recreating the event, symbolically or in actuality, the psyche is attempting to gain mastery and completion. This idea of ‘Repetition Compulsion’ that applies to a trauma experienced during a single lifetime also makes sense in a longer timeline — over the many lives of the soul. It would seem that the soul over the course of many lifetimes attempts to heal by recreating in essence or in actuality, traumas experienced in its past. This also needs to be understood in the context of karma.

Eastern traditions that have reincarnation and karma central to their belief system teach about an aspect of karma called Samskara.  Karma literally means actions, and many of those actions come from the deep impressions of habit that are called samskaras. Samskara then is intrinsically tied into the laws of karma that govern the cycle of rebirth. Keeping in mind the nature of traumatic imprints and how they cause continual recreation of the original traumatic event, one can also look at samskaras as trauma imprints re-manifested from life to life. It is the essence of karma to bring forth the actions of the past to the present. The inability to complete even the simple action of ‘fight or flight’ as a result of trauma in past lives is also carried into the present as the soul continues to create from its own wounded place in an ongoing effort to heal. Because of this, the reality is that most of us are born already with some degree of PTSD. Our past life physical, emotional and mental bodies are not wiped clean in-between lives, but continue to recreate themselves in each incarnation through the subtle bodies. This transmission of past physical, emotional and mental wounds constitute a large part of what we are meant to heal in our present lives.

Beside the repetitive nature of trauma, the thoughts, feelings and attitudes we have formed, also dictate how our future is created from the present and past. It would seem that the circumstances of past lives are less important to the soul than the attitudes we have formed because of them. These are the imprints we carry, that are in need of change and healing. What is true for the individual is also true for the collective. Thus the adage, History repeats itself! In fact, look back at history and look at the present. Most of the recorded history of humanity has been one of dominance and war, violence, suppression and exploitation of the weak — you were either the victim or the perpetrator or both! Man’s inhumanity to man has known no bounds, especially in the last few thousand years. If we take reincarnation literally, then by just looking at history we know that each of us carries these imprints as unresolved traumas. It is a part of our collective and individual psychic inheritance that we are here to heal.

Past Life Regression & Spirit Releasement Therapy

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression allows for the recall of memories, experiences, and emotions involved with previous lives that continue to influence an individual’s present day existence on an unconscious level. By allowing hidden influences and behaviors from the past to be expressed in present day awareness, it is possible to free oneself from negative patterns, beliefs, and physical ailments that no longer serve an individual in this life.

Reincarnation:

For the most part, people in the East believe in reincarnation, but it’s not readily accepted by Western society. Many churches reject the doctrine of past-lives, and their members can be skeptical or even hostile when confronted with the possibility of the soul having previous incarnations on earth. Past-life regressions under hypnosis are most often cited as evidence (the only evidence) substantiating the concept. For those who doubt that hypnosis is real, or think it imagination or confabulation, the evidence seems shaky. Nevertheless, the case for reincarnation is far from insubstantial.

The best evidence we have that reincarnation exists consists of:

Waking-state (normal) memories of past-lives. Many young children have memories of a previous existence, and make remarks to their parents that may seem preposterous. Yet, in documented cases, some children were able to identify their previous homes and recognize their former relatives and friends. Adults retain memories of past-lives too. There are some cases where past-life information would have been difficult to obtain, yet when researched, the information proved accurate.
Documented cases exist of two or more people, strangers to each other, remembering the same past-life event in great detail. People speaking or writing in foreign languages (even dead languages) while regressed to the appropriate time and place.

Is Past Life Regression Real?

Not all experiences recalled in a Past Life Regression (PLR) have actually been lived out in a former lifetime. Whether or not hypnotic past life regressions consistently uncover past life experiences is likely to remain open for debate. Past life recollections are not necessarily complete or accurate; so the mind often remembers the most emotionally laden events, and fill in the rest with confabulations. This is typical of us in our present-life memories as well. Your memory and your imagination come from the same source. However, that which comes out of the subconscious mind in dreams, imagining or fantasy symbolizes some aspect of a person’s life, so what is retrieved as past-life memories can also be metaphors for present-life events and circumstances. Yet, whether the memories are real or imagined, it’s of no significance if the recalled experience solves the problem or offers insight; which is usually the case.
Successful resolution of trauma can result from properly conducted past life regression therapy; and the value of past life regression has been demonstrated again and again. Recalling a past event, usually done with vivid emotion, typically results in resolving the problem; and people tend to identify with the memory far more dramatically than if they were fabricating it. From a therapeutic standpoint, the hypnotherapist need not evaluate the truth of the client’s story. The story merely has to help heal the client.

Metaphysical Exploration

More and more people want to explore their inner awareness through a past life regression. PLRs can be done in a private session or in small groups. Private sessions have the advantage of focused interactivity between the regressionist and the journeyor and that allows for a deeper exploration because the client can answer questions and describe his experience while in trance.

Clinical Application of Past Life Therapy

Past life memories may come to us in many guises, i.e.: the deja vu experience; recurrent dreams of a specific location or of a frightening event; or perhaps a crippling phobia or an unexplained fear.

In a clinical setting, clients explore the possibility that present life problems may stem from traumatic events  from prior lifetimes. For example, a fear of water, public speaking, or heights (to name a few common phobias) may relate to the ‘memory’ of a death by drowning, hanging, choking, or perhaps falling from a high place.
As these past life traumas are explored and resolved, the phobias can cease to be for the client. Today, past life therapy is being used effectively by increasing numbers of mental health professionals all over the world.

In the “Affect Bridge Technique”, through the emotional “feelings” and “body sensations” associated with a present life problem, the client is prompted to locate the source or cause of the “feeling”. Sometimes this leads to a painful past life memory. The client, in the personality of the past-life character, is guided through the traumatic episode in that lifetime, and possibly through the death experience in that lifetime. The hypnotherapist assists the client in resolving any remaining emotional issues, any unfinished business in that life, and integrates the experience into the present life situation. The past life character, as spirit, moves away from the body and the death scene and fully into the light in a way similar to the near death experience (NDE).

A surprising number of emotional problems and conflicts are quickly and effectively resolved through past life regression therapy, and often in far fewer sessions than with conventional therapy. Many psychosomatic physical ailments can diminish or cease altogether through past life regression therapy.

Spirit Releasement Therapy

When a trained Therapist in Past Life Therapy and Spirit Releasement Therapy, recognizes the possibility that some of the scenarios may not be those of the client, but of someone else, i.e.: an attached spirit of a deceased human being; this condition has historically been labeled spirit possession . A better term might be spirit attachment , indicating an interference, which is a much more common event than possession, which implies complete takeover. Oddly, even those who deny believing in spirit attachment, speak language that reflects an inner knowledge of it: “What’s gotten into you?” “What possessed me to do that?” or “I’m not myself today.”
The possibility of spirit possession, (the full or partial takeover of a living human by a discarnate entity) has been, at the very least, theorized , throughout the world, throughout history and by every culture. A disembodied consciousness seems to attach itself and merge fully or partially with the subconscious mind of a living person, which exerts some degree of control on their behavior, mental and emotional functioning, as well as producing sensations and symptoms in the physical body.

Spirit Releasement:

Spirit Releasement Therapy is a spiritual healing used to clear a person of additional spirit attachments and its associated negative energies. Entities attach to a living being when our energies are low. Fear, depression, angst and foul moods, alcoholism or drug abuse opens the door for attachment.

Spirit releasement procedures are not dangerous or frightening once the client is aware of the reality of the situation. Spirit Releasement Therapy is not magic but has been of great benefit to many. Once a person is free from possession, their own energy returns and they begin to feel like their usual self. Most people will notice some type of energy shift right away and better experience with healing as time progresses.

Spirit Release Therapy is different from exorcism or black magic. In the Spirit Release Therapy process, the external entity is spoken to directly and shown a better way to live by going into a new life or light. By being released to new life the external entity too receives a healing and will not return to the host or anyone else. Once the unwanted energy is removed, the aura of the affected person is healed and sealed with positive Energy.

The discovery and identification of any and all attached discarnate spirits or entities is the first step to releasement.

The possibility of attached entities seem to fall into one of the following categories: 1) the spirits (or fragments of same), 2) of deceased human beings, 3) terminated pregnancies, 4) the mind fragments of living people 5) the dark force entities, historically described as demons; 6) extraterrestrial or other-worldly or from other dimensions or densities). Although some defy classification, the second step is to differentiate between them.

The next step is to establish a dialogue with the entity. Inducing it to recognize its unwelcome discovery, getting it to release its (now aware and unwilling host) and guiding it to pursue its own destination. (The actual release of the attached entity).
At this point, guided imagery of light, protection and shielding are given to client. (And self-induced in the practitioner). Next, metaphorically, the newly vacated space is filled.

Occasionally, in ongoing therapy, more ‘entities’ may be found and released in subsequent sessions. Past life therapy and fragmentation recovery are both vital to restore balance to the client. It’s important to resolve both the presenting conflict as well as the emotional vulnerability which first allowed the spirit attachment.

Black Magic Effects Of Past Lives, Curses, Regression Therapy

black magic‘Black Magic’- a phrase denotes magic done through negative powers to harm someone physically, emotionally or spiritually. If someone, with bad intentions, does black magic on a person, then a negative black aura surrounds and wrap the affected person to empower him/her with negativity and it becomes a hindrance between him/her and positive divine powers, so that the positive thoughts and divine blessings will not be able to reach or even touch that affected person.

The question  is: Is ‘Black Magic’ so powerful that it can affect life after life or after reincarnation? The answer is: Yes, it can. It will be clear to you after reading the story of a girl who really suffered.

A little dark complexioned, tall, having athletic kind of body, well dressed but a bit egoistic or you can say arrogant girl came to my clinic one day. She was in her thirties. Her name was Neha. She seemed not much interested in Past Life Regression Therapy, just came to know, “Is this therapy really works?” Moreover, her mother insisted her to try Past Life Regression as she believed in PLR therapy, being my client. She tried everything, say, tantra and mantra healing, astrological remedies and so on, to find a life partner but failed. Very practical, analytic and left brained looking girl surprisingly fell into the trance state within twelve minutes on a comfortable couch in my clinic.

The moment I guided her to go to her past life and instructed her to look down on the floor and on her feet, she responded instantly, “Its a street made up of bricks…and…I have worn Punjabi Jutti (An Indian footwear) on my feet.” I inquired,” What dress are you wearing? Are you a male or female? What is your age?” “I’m wearing a traditional Punjabi suit with gota and dupatta (A traditional Punjabi/Indian dress)…I am a simple Punjabi girl, my age is around twenty one…walking on the street…towards my home.” She replied. I took her to her house to know about more details and asked who all were in her house. I can see her eye balls scanning under her eyelids as if she was wandering around and surprisingly saw her own uncle and aunt in her present life as her mother and father in her past life whereas her paternal grandmother was the same. She saw an old house in Punjab, India, during nineteenth century. When she entered, she saw that her grandmother was cooking (her grandmother was same as her present life’s). Neha said,”My paternal Uncle is there and my Aunt (my uncle’s wife) is also there…but they are not my uncle and aunt…they are my parents…my aunt is glowering at me…she doesn’t like me.”

Actually, she found her present life’s paternal Uncle and Aunt in her past life. Sometimes we instantly recognize in past life whom we know in our current life, if the vision is very clear, sometimes it takes some moments to understand. Usually, I have to say to the regressed person, “Recognize that person you are seeing in your past life, face may be different, gender may be different but soul can recognize another soul by looking into the eyes.” In Neha’s case, the situation was different. She recognized first who were they, in front of her, later she came to know that they were her parents in her past life. It showed that her vision was immeasurable.

“Why she doesn’t like you?” I asked after a while. She replied, “Because she is my step mother..my real mother is no more.” Before I inquired more, she continued, “Geeta is also there (Geeta was her cousin sister from the same uncle and aunt in her current life)…she is my step sister. No body loves me. My step mother curses me all the time. She always says, you will live alone and you will die alone.” I took her to an important event of her past life. Her face exhibited a blend of sadness and fear. Her facial expressions told me that she was living that moment again, “My step mother curses me…she is saying that I should die..I am like some unwanted material for her..she doesn’t even like to see me…” I asked with a sigh,”Isn’t your father stopping her. He is your real father…and what about your grandmother.” She said,”Nobody can say anything to her…she dominates..she likes everyone else…but for me…she has no feelings..she hates me..” “What happened next?” I wanted to know. She stated,”She sealed me in a dark store room with no window and no light at all…I am crying..begging in front of her…don’t put me here..please…what I have done to you…why you are doing this to me..” Tears rolled down from her eyes to her cheeks. Her pain came out from her heart and from her subconscious mind, repressed for years, in the form of tears. I could feel the pain she had suffered years ago and living again, now in my clinic.

I controlled my emotions and asked,”After putting you in the store, where is she? Has anyone opened the door?” “No, but she has gone somewhere to do black magic on me” She replied. I took her soul to chase her step mother and to know where she had gone and what she had done. Neha  saw everything,”She is doing black magic with someone…a Mantrik (the man who does black magic) is there. He is chanting something…some bad mantras. He is giving some ‘ash’ to my step mother..he is saying something…he says, mix it in milk and give it to your step daughter..she will not be able to get out of her bed..and will die soon…alone.” Neha’s step mother returned home.

“My step mother opened the door, she has a big glass of milk in her hands….she is showing so much affection and love for me, you would be so hungry, have this milk….I know why is she doing this…I will not drink this milk…no…I will not…she is forcefully putting the whole glass of milk in my mouth..more than half of this glass of milk is inside me.” She started gasping and could taste the milk with yuk kind of feeling. Most probably that was the reason she hated milk in her current life. Anyway, black magic started working on her.  She caught fever and had been on bed for about a month. She never recovered. At last, the day of her death came. She was all alone. No one in her family even liked to see her. She was in pain, wanted to leave that body soon. Ultimately, She died. Her body floated above. She sighed with a feeling of relief, “I am feeling so relaxed..all the pain has gone.” “What lesson did you learn from that life?” I asked. She said,”Fight for your Right.” That was what she was doing in her current life. That was the reason she seemed to be so arrogant, but in fact, she was not.

The continued affect of that black magic done by her step mother in her past life was unbelievable. She was suffering the same state of loneliness in spite of having a loving family in her present life too. The circumstances of her life dragged her to the same situation. She was all alone, longing for her life partner. She still remembered the harsh words of her past life’s step mother,” you will live alone and you will die alone.”

She came for second session after a week. In that session of PLR Therapy, some more secrets of her current life revealed. With the blessings of divine power, with her bulldog spirit and with my guidance, we succeeded to undone the affect of that black magic in her present life.  When I checked her aura, which was extremely negative before the first Regression therapy, was absolutely clean after that second session! She was amazed to see that much positive effect in just two sessions of regression. She was free from the affect of black magic done by her step mother in her past life, but continued to affect her current life. She is going to be married soon.
